Went for my wife’s big birthday, located conveniently in the centre of Goreme the hotel is set as a cave hotel like many others in Goreme.
This is good, mid range cave hotel offering different levels of room to suit all. The service experience is a bit mixed one as had requested some sort of gesture to welcome for my wife’s birthday but was ignored and when mentioned we were told we have the room we booked, we were not looking for an upgrade but just something to show in the room to acknowledge the birthday, oh well! Every time we try to request something out of norm they didn’t seem to understand proper English but when we enquired about booking any tours they could understand us well??
The staff didn’t in the hotel didn’t speak much English but got by.
The rooms were nicely designed offering tea, coffee and a fridge. The bathroom had some amenities with some leaks behind the toilet that we didn’t care to mention due to the lack of communication.
It was cold but the rooms could be a bit stuffy with central heating so had to have AC on at all times. The rooms are not sound proof and the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows properly.
The breakfast was served on roof terrace with good views of Goreme, offering same traditional variety everyday and the staff wasn’t all that apart from one Ali he served us with smile and always at hand to help us.
We went to other hotels for drinks in the evening which seemed better with better views.
We opted for half board and was a mistake as they offered good food but from a small set menu and not all the items available as we found hardly any customers had dinner in the hotel as there are many places to eat outside with better settings.

I stayed here recently with my wife , room 115 . The room was fantastic, extremely large and comfortable. Breakfast was vast with plenty of choice and the food served in the restaurant cheaper than town and more delicious especially izgara kofte . The staff attentive especially the 3 Alis in the kitchen and serving the food . It was quiet, clean and the trips organised by the hotel exceptional, and wernt pushed. They told us what was available and didn't try and upsell . If you want peace and quiet in a good hotel whose standards of cleanliness and service is exceptionally high , stay here . The hotel is situated within reach of the centre of Goreme but far enough away from the hustle and bustle but not too far as others are . We want to thank everyone at the hotel for a lovely experience and the chef for amazing food .

I wished we stayed longer than 2 days at the hotel it's such a beautiful/unique hotel. In a great location in the heart of Göreme, you have restaurants, a really good convenient store that we used at least (3 times) and tourist shops.
Breakfast was included with our stay there was a good selection to choose from for a Turkish breakfast.
The receptionists were so helpful, attentive and friendly you can also book excursions through the hotel so there is no need to worry about finding a company to book your tours with. We booked a sunset Jeep Safari and it was loads fun better than we could have imagined.
Our room was beautiful I personally loved the stone carvings on the wall, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, WiFi and has all of the facilities you would need in a room.

Great location and excellent service. They were very considerate and also arranged for our tours in Goreme as well.

The breakfast was adequate with enough options and the dinner was also of a great quality.

The room was cave style and when we checked in we requested a change which they were happy to accommodate as there were room available, we decided to stay in our room which was just perfect.

Hotel location is walking distance to restaurants and sunrise and sunset viewing points.

Fantastic ballon view from the private terrace in the rooms at the top.
The room is partly caved into the rock and even the bedframe is made of stone.
The breakfast is sumptous with wide selection.
All Goreme is easily accesible

This hotel is situated in the heart of Goreme. We had a family room and it was so spacious, clean and beautiful. We ended up having all our evening meals there after the first night as the food was lovely and a lot cheaper than most of the restaurants in the town itself. Although there is no pool approximately 2 or 3 minutes up the road there are two hotels with pools that allow outsiders to use them for a charge. Also you can get a lovely view of all the fairy chimneys and the town if you take a walk up the hill to where the flag is situated on top of the rock, it’s almost as good as being in the balloon.

Lovely hotel . We had a nice room only problem was the drains in the bathroom was disturbing. This was fixed immediately we mentioned it but the smell did return the day after. Breakfast was plentiful and very good maid service was also good, only thing you don’t see any staff around apart from one guy at breakfast. Good base in Cappadocia,

One of the best hotel I have been to in Turkiye. The hotel itself is like a small paradise niched in the heart of Goreme. It is strategically located near cafés and restaurants. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was buffet type and there was a wide variety of food offered. You have a great view of the fairy chimneys on the rooftop. Room was very clean and so spacious, with a rustic decor i adored. The hotel also provides for tours such as red tour, green tour, hot air ballons. We tried the red tour through Eye of Cappadocia and ferham was such an amazing bespoken guide who knows about history. He is well conversant and always made sure that our needs were catered for. As regard budget, well it is defo a value for money hotel and would recommend anyone staying in Cappadocia this hotel. Much love from Shaziah,Nawaz,Mishaal and Fadiilah of Mauritius

It’s a very beautiful hotel almost in the center of the village of Gereme. This service is good and his room is also well furnished, besides an unusual interior the offer everything you need during the trip, laundry is also available (50TL). A very cheerful and helpful guy at the reception desk provided all the necessary info and organized an ATV tour for us.

Yes the staff will take your luggage up to your room, there were wonderful! I think it's best you contact the hotel about the rooms, I'm also not sure how many ground floor rooms there is.

The room with a view that i booked, was on 3rd/4th floor and the entire big terrace was only shared by another room that too with such a setting that my privacy remained unaffected as they have built both rooms in such a way that u don't face the other room n each room guests have their separate sitting area, sofas and a swing sofa as well. Beautiful n serene they make it for u.

You should not need have to book in advance... There is plenty of room in n dining area. We enjoyed a couple of excellent meals at the hotel, but also went out. Variety of restaurants within very short distance. Burgers and soup were both great at hotel. No liquor served on premises...
