We spent 3 nights at Gerdis Evi and it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Our room was very clean and well decorated (very comfortable mattress, hard wood floor, wall made out of stone). The bathroom was also very clean and made out of stone. The pension is very nice and relaxing (terrace, organic garden, access to a lounge,...

I stayed in this place for on the weekend. Our room was really nice indeed. I have to say that it is one of the best places I ever stayed. It has a very unique structure. The price is reasonable for bed and breakfast. Breakfast was good. Beds are extremely comfortable. It is also very close to the restaurants in...

really nice, clean, well decorated, well kept place run by a lovely English lady. We stayed in the master suite with a sitting room stocked with books and a sofa for lazing about, but its just as nice (probably nicer) to sit outside in one of several patios and nooks designed for just that. It was hard to leave the...

I stayed just one night but this place was perfect for me. A nice clean room with a big selection for breakfast and a good location. The owners are English speakers and full of advice on tours, directions to sights in the locality and tips for local restaurants.

This hotel was a huge contribution to our spectacular experience in Goreme. The Gerdis Evi could not have been more hospitable. We stayed 10 days in the Gerdis Evi and it felt like a home; the rooms are beautiful and for such a great price. We organized a Hot Air Balloon ride through the Gerdis Evi, and what other way...

I have fallen in love with cappadocia and it is largely because of my incredible stay at gerdis evi. The friendly staff helped us to book hotairballooning with butterflyballoons (a must do), day tours, airport transfers and recommended amazing local eateries! The delux rooms are beautiful and decorated in traditional Turkish flare for the endulgant traveler or group! And the...

Took a chance and very pleasantly surprised by the level of service and quality of rooms. Great location for the access to surrounding adventures and really calming to come back each evening to a warm and hospitable welcome. Clean, functional rooms and really helpful staff especially for organizing local trips and giving advice on family orientated trips. Thanks.

What a delightful stay! The staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the best ways to explore the area both on the ground and in the sky. They helped to book in tours and recommended some delicious local restaurants. Beds were comfy, good wifi access and a large selection of fresh local produce for breakfast each morning. Will definitely be...

This hotel has just been refurbed and everything looks new, but still a bit rustic - which I like as opposed to the big chain hotels where every room is the same. The hotel is run by locals and an English family who have lived there for ages (and balloon!!) and they are very helpful. We only stayed a couple...

Was really sceptical about this one and as we are seasoned travellers, we didn't expect too much, just hoped for clean rooms and bed linen! We had just got back from a 5* trip to America but I cannot put into words, the difference, the tranquility and our hosts were fantastic. We were given heaps of local knowledge and places...
