Prior to our trip, like everybody else, I spent a lot of time reading reviews on TripAdvisor and Booking.com. Since we had never traveled to this region we had no idea what to expect. I have to admit that my choice for accodimations were perfect. The Iris is a small attentive boutique hotel located in a quite part of Ortahisar...

My wife and I had traveled to Turkey in April 2014- and including my cousin's family, six of us stayed in this hotel. The rooms are a world apart from what we have experienced anytime before. The service is excellent, and so was the food including the breakfast. the best part was the very chatty (I mean that in a...

The structure is brand-new, located in a small village very close to Goreme (Ortahisar - just 10 minutes by car). The atmosphere is incredible. You can have a wonderful dinner at a reasonable price on a very nice terasse, in front of a castle carved in the rocks. The rooms are comfortable and perfectly cleaned!! The owners are very hospitable...

I stayed here two nights and had an amazing taste and experience of my first visit to Cappadocia. The rooms had a tasteful touch and the hospitality was beyond anything I could have imagined. This is a fairly new place made out of a family home, hence just three guest rooms, which makes the experience all that cozy and personalised...

“There are three rooms- for upto three persons, the middle room would be sufficient. For a larger family, the first room would be ideal- it has a sitting area and a little cubbyhole which has another bed in it. My nephew is nearly six feet tall and he could easily sleep in that bed. this hotel like many other establishments in the area uses solar heating for hot water, so it can run out when you are traveling as a large group of a family.”
