We really enjoyed our 6-night stay at Surban Hotel and the perfect interaction with the helpful and friendly owners, Mr. Halil and his lovely wife. They gave us good advice on what to see in Cappadocia, where to go first and how to make the most of our time. The hotel is very cosy and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent,...

The very friendly and knowledgable owner, Halil, was always there to help us. He's speaks excellent English and French. Excellent tips on hikes, shopping, wine, ballooning, etc. In our 10 days of touring Turkey, sometimes in 4 star hotels, Surban's breakfast was the best. Our room had a simple "cave" elegance, with real Turkish decor throughout hotel. Very friendly staff....

Cosy and beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. Food was simple but well cooked and tasty. The big hall allows for the interaction with other guests. The location is very interesting, specially for a night walk around the village and some photography.

This was a delightful hotel with rooms set in the style of caves. Our double room was lovely, but a bit small, what else would you expect from a cave. The whole building was authentic and very welcoming; log fire in the bar area and cave rooms for the dining area. The food was ok, not great, we had breakfast...

We stayed at Hotel Surban as part of our tour. The room was nice and clean, but a bit on the small side for parents and one child. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. WIFI was a bit on the slow side. All in all a nice boutique hotel with a unique construction.

A very well kept place to stay, nice rooms and public areas, very clean, quiet and peaceful. Location is also very good, within 10 minutes walking to the downtown center, next to the fine Ziggy restaurant and next to a nice winery as well (-: Loved this place. Hotel stuff is also very nice, speaking English and doing their best...
