Very friendly family-run hostel, their son Ali, who runs the hostel is a great problem solver and quick minded guy. I arrived at 2 in the morning and was able to find a bed and use their laundry service and arrange my next day activities. They had the cheapest dorms in the few hostels I went to. The dorm didn’t... Yikes... Where to begin? Everything is dirty and shabby and the whole place reeks of mothballs. There is a younger man who is very kind and pleasant but pretty much everyone else I've interacted with has been blatantly rude or acted super inconvenienced by my existence. The trash rarely was emptied and we were constantly out of toilet paper (in... More

The Kale Guesthouse is possibly the worst hotel, hostel, or guesthouse we have ever stayed in, and we just finished budget backpacking Southeast Asia. The plaster in the ceiling is crumbling onto the beds, the floors are dirty, there is black mold on the windowsills, and there are dead bugs behind the bed. The shower was tepid water and the... Liked: This may very well be the first time I am so negative about a place I have stayed. There really wasn't very much I liked about this place, sorry to say, other than the amazing location and proximity to the travertines, which is about a three-minute walk up the street. Yes, they cater to north Asians who eat in... More

The shower was awfull and staff unpleasantly. They said we can have unlimited breakfast for 10 TL, but next day it was not true. I don´t know if they were joking or what. If you go tu Pamukkale, find another "hotel".

This is the WORST HOTEL ever I stayed!! So old, dirty, dark and stink, but I dont care so much about facilities and cleanness, because this one is not three stars anyway. But the owner was very IMPOLITE! First day, they hold my passport to copy, and they said that they will bring me back my passport to my room... More

Very cheap option. Very near to site...but then again the town is tiny. The rooms were very cold...they did not keep the heat on...but didn't mind keeping it on in their own rooms (the family appears to live downstairs). The old man is nice...but is son is rude and seems to hate working with foreigners. In fact...he was just plain... More

I new this would be basic because of the price, but it was actually unaceptable. If the beds had sheets on them they didn't fit, both towel rails fell off the wall as we walked into the room and breakfast was inedible. I could actually put up with this but what finished it off was the disco right opposite the... More
