We booked a room for two and 1 week before our arrival we requested the owner for an early check-in as we were arriving in Pamukkale at 8 AM. The owner gladly agreed but they did not tell us that they won't be giving us the room that we booked. When we reached there, the lady at the counter told us that they only have the room without aircon available at the moment. Since we were too tired from our overnight bus journey, we agreed to take the room. The room was very small. So small that you don't have the space to walk in the room if you have kept your luggage inside. There are no elevators or escalators here. It's actually a remodified house. There was a window in the room which we could not shut after repeated attempts. The bathroom was Okish but there were no amenities provided. The room was not clean. There was dirt on the floor which had not been properly cleaned so it had now made a permanent home in the room. I must say that for the price we paid I certainly hoped for a better experience. The only plus point was the location of the hotel. It's around 100 meters from the entrance of the travertines and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. But considering that Pamukkale is such a small village, I think this would be true for almost every hotel in the village.…
We spent one evening in this hotel, but that one night was more than enough to regret choosing this one. So we arrived late (check in at 21:00) and upon entering the room we find: door that doesn't close properly, poor wifi signal, the shower that is broken and the tap that leeks. So, yes we didn't spend much (26 euro/ 160 tl for three people) but compered to the hotel we had in Selcuk for 5 euro less, it was not a good experience. If you don't mind a '60 television, one of the two plug sockets not working, and the window that opens to the wall of the other room, it is a cheap and 3 min form the town gate of pamukkale natural park, it is fine for you.
This place has bad reviews and I don’t know why. If you are budget traveler this all what you need. Absolutely perfect location, literally 1 minut from when the minibus drops/leaves to/from Denizli and another 5 min from Pamukkale, which means you can walk even with wet clothes after swim at the park. I stayed at the dorm, it was very fresh with a good fan even if it was 35 degrees outside, 2 toilets with showers, and smilling staffs with a sweet mum around. If you are like me just staying for one or 2 days on a budget travel, don’t think twice, this will fit you.
Basic accomodation on perfect location for to visiting the natural park. Really nice and friendly family who runs it. Old building with a charm and character. I had all what I needed for the money I paid. Room was quite clean and cosy, Airconditioned, though i didn't need it. There was no TV in the room but I didn't need it. Free wifi quite fast. Restaurants all around, so no need to worry about the food. Near the bus stop and agencies. Nice.
Positives: The location is the biggest advantage of this hotel. You can see the cotton castles and Hirapolis from the room windows. The rooms are not big but it's a good proposition in the money we pay. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and I find it decent enough. If you are not looking out for luxury, then this is not the place for you. The bus travels - Metro/ Pamukkale are nearby and u can easily book your further journey buses. The Hirapolis is five minutes walk from the hotel. Negatives: No lifts, the breakfast is average.
