Excellent views, good service, clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location, central to all amenities. Even though the rooms were comparable to travel lodge/ premiere inns the views and service was truly 5* and very clean

Very nice family run hotel with super friendly owners. The rooms are clean and big enough. The hotel is perfect if you want to visit the sites in Pamukkale. Great location, great views, amazing firm beds, friendly staff and a nice pool. If you want a quiet place, this may not be your best option depending on the other guests. As all of the rooms face the pool and it is open-concept, if other guests decide to congregate for a chat in front of your door or lose their...

We realize it's November And we didn't have pre booked reservations so when we walked up on the hotel it was a little disheveled. The lobby had stains on the floor garbage out and people watching tv. The pool was drained and laundry was draped everywhere. The room was nice though and clean. We did note a slight toilet/sewage smell...

The location is the best: right across from the white "snowy" mountain of Travertine pools. The veiw from my room was fantastic. All of the rooms have glass doors (with curtains) and overlooking the pool (and the mountain). I did not try the pool, because the night temps were freezing. ))) Plus, who needs the pool, when you have natural...

We were forced to stay one night in Pamukkale against the plan. This hotel is really nice and the staff is kind and helpful, always ready to give advice! I can recommend this place although we haven’t had much time to explore what they offer.

This is our second stay at Alida hotel. As usual the owners were warm and friendly and even let us check in earlier than the advertised time. The hotel is located across the street from Pamukkale and you actually get a good view from the hotel's restaurant. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and so is...

Nice basic hotel directly across the road from the Pamukkale travertines. Views to the travertines from the restaurant terrace and from some rooms. Helpful staff and a good breakfast. Has a pool in the courtyard but we didn't use it. Our room was quite small but clean and comfortable. Good value.
