We stayed at Liberty Fabay during the May half term and had an amazing family holiday! The hotel itself is new, large, beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There is so much to do that we didn't manage to enjoy all the facilities in our one week stay...but we will be back! Our room was immaculate and well equipped with a good bathroom, comfy beds and plenty of space. All the fixtures are high quality and it really feels like a true 5 star hotel in every sense. Our room had direct access to one of the many pools via our terrace and the children spent most of the week in the water. Our 5 and 6 year old girls absolutely loved the kids club and spent some time there every day, joining in with activities and making crafts. The staff there were so friendly and welcoming and we felt very safe leaving them in their care. There were so many places to eat food. The main restaurant had a huge selection at every meal and it was not possible to try everything on offer. Our daughter has a nut allergy and they were good at labelling possible allergens although we did not receive an allergy card as some other guests did on arrival, despite making the hotel aware on arrival. This was not a major problem. Our family are vegetarian and we did find a small number of dishes which were labelled as vegetarian but did actually contain meat, as well as vegetarian and meat items mixed together in the same dish. Apart from that the food was of very high quality, always freshly prepared and hot. Apart from the main restaurant there are several snack bars as well as the patisserie which was open 24 hours per day allowing access to snacks, cakes and ice cream at any time! We didn't eat at the A la carte restaurants as we were quite happy with the main buffet restaurant but they also looked very nice. Service throughout the entire hotel was excellent. Staff at the main restaurant were very attentive and made a real fuss of our children; special thanks to waiting staff Sureyya, Ali and Seda who were especially good. Again, the restaurants were spotlessly clean and as soon as someone dropped a piece of food it was immediately cleaned up! The evening entertainment was incredible - not just a low key event but a proper show each evening of such high quality that I would pay to see them outside the holiday, especially a Ukranian dance troupe called Inspire World who were utterly incredible. The entertainment team were brilliant and we also enjoyed poolside entertainment and the Sunday Kidsfest and foam party on the beach. We were lucky enough to be there when the hotel was celebrating their first anniversary and threw a huge party to celebrate - absolutely first class! The other facilities were also brilliant. The gym was large and as well equipped as any commercial gym in the UK. The indoor pool was well equipped with lots of sun loungers and day beds and made a nice retreat in the midday heat. We used the sauna and steam room although did not have a treatment but the spa overall was excellent. There were many bars, pools and areas to relax meaning that nowhere ever felt crowded. The pools were lovely and again very clean. There was a kids pool as well as a waterpark with several slides, a main pool, adults pool and several lagoon pools. Wifi was free and good throughout the whole hotel, even getting a reasonable signal on the beach! Although there was some building work just across the road, we did not hear any noise and were not disturbed by it at all. Our flight home was in the evening but after we checked out we were able to store our bags and use the facilities all day, even with a courtesy room to change in the evening before we left which was a very welcome facility. Overall this was a perfect holiday in a perfect hotel and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you to all at Liberty Fabay for such a wonderful experience!…

Not a bad word to say about this hotel experience. There was plenty of fun things to do. So much choice of food that we were never hungry, the 24hr patisserie with the most gorgeous cakes and cookies was a favourite of ours. Staff were amazing, shout out to Kursat, Zuzu and Gabriel who were great members of staff that took special care of us 🥰 but genuinely they were all so very lovely.

This hotel is Fabulous. The staff are soofriendly and nothing seems to be a problem for them. I have to say they look after their patrons to the best level and more than that. Everything from the bedrooms, the clean water in the pool, The food OMG the food is amazing, the beach, the never ending cocktails it was a truely amazing experience. Partner and I went end of June/start of July with our 11 year old boy. Hotel is not far from the airport, we had express transfers and I think it took us 30 mins tops so we were pleased about this after late arrival. Hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean and the rooms are very modern. We were located in the Kekova block and were pleased with our swim up room and enjoyed having the swim up bar. We enjoyed the food, the restaurants are fab as are the places for lunch. You will be spoiled for choice here. Couldn’t fault the quality of food at all. Drinks are brilliant as well and it’s probably the best all inclusive we have been to. Main pool is very busy so we were glad of the swim up room, dinner can be chaotic in the main buffet area but that’s to be expected. We ate in the Italian a la carte and it was gorgeous, best meal we had whilst there. Not much for kids to do at our boys age, it’s better catered for younger kids but they did have the PlayStation and table tennis area which was good. Spa is fantastic and highly recommend. We spent 10 nights here and could have done longer. We didn’t leave the hotel and that’s unusual for us so that speaks in itself how good it was. It’s quite expensive for next year which is why we will look for other deals but would definitely return if we got it at right price.…

This holiday from start to finish was exceptional. I am actually wondering what can compare with this hotel. The service is first class, the food is out of this world, the complex is amazing. The patisserie!!!! Holy Moly!! Immense !! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, we are hoping to return in the near future. The hairdressers on site were phenomenal, I visited 3 times. The parasailing trip from the beach kiosk was amazing, were taken on a sparkly brand new boat. I run out of superlatives for this place. Give it a couple of years and the place outside will be a little more built up with shops etc, as there’s only a few currently.

Stunning hotel, beautiful bedroom and seaview, booked this hotel as listed as 5 star plus, was expecting luxury sadly let down in several aspects, the main disappointment was the food, ate in adult Restaurant, good selection but the food was never hot,just lukewarm even down to coffee, we had table cloths on the 1st night after that paper napkins,expected more from 5 star hotel, some staff had left for the season so service was erratic, as previous review stated, film crew filming promotional video, restricting several areas eg lobby, half of adult pool,was dangerous as cables/equipment left on floors,hazardous to infirm/disabled.Also as previously mentioned the "cheap" deals the hotel were offering, we was expecting a quiet week but had an influx of Turkish families, no problem with this but the hotel desperately needs designated smoking areas, majority of Turks smoke everywhere and constantly,we struggled to sit anywhere without smoke.The lift in our block broke on our 3rd day,I struggled with 2 flights of stairs due to asthma,all reported to guest relations but never repaired, they appeared to be closing several areas while we still there,would not recommend visiting this hotel end of season but also imo not worth the inflated prices for next year, definitely wouldn't return, not 5 star, have visited 4 star hotels in antalya area which outshine this hotel in every aspect …

We kindly emphasize that the temperature levels of Myros Adult Restaurant and all of our other foods before and during the buffet presentation have been examined three times during dinner service by professional Culinary Chefs in accordance with the standards of the relevant Quality Department, and no non-compliance was found. We want to express our regret that the temperature of the food did not meet your expectations, and this feedback was immediately conveyed to our culinary chefs. We are delighted to say that we serve our valued guests with pleasure in all of our areas from the beginning to the end of the season without closing any area within service. During the filming activities, there was no situation that would affect or disturb the stay of any of our guests and it was completed in a very short time. Considering that the relevant staff and managers were in the area at that time, we did not encounter any problems or complaints Our priority is always 100% of our guests' satisfaction as Liberty Fabay management. Our facility offers smoking and non-smoking outdoor areas to address all of our guests' preferences and likes. Nevertheless, a technical problem in the elevator happened during your stay due to regional heavy rain, and because the technical maintenance is still ongoing, we politely suggested a room change to ensure your pleasure. Three stars has been given only because of the two events mentioned below the hotel is an exceptional place made better by the staff. The good and the bad. Great hotel made outstanding by the staff, Senem, Reda, soufian, Lisa, Lutfiye, gizem and Ufuk who personally made our stay exceptional again. The down side, for some reason the hotel decided to do a promotional film while there were guests there, using professional actors, this put restrictions on access to areas that were in continual use, including seating areas and walkways, the people involved were found to be rude and presumptuous moving chairs taking sunshades without asking, do think this could have been done when there were no guests present or at least some warning given, especially as the hotel was shutting down shortly. As the hotel was closing local expats were took the opportunity to get a cheap weekend deal, there were two large groups that were loud, vulgar continuously drunk and probably worst of all rude to the staff. For such a prestigious hotel it lowered the tone immensely. Evidently this is a common occurrence at the beginning and start of the season, maybe cheap deals should be offered more carefully although it is understood that hotels can’t choose their guests, I will definitely not be going at this time of year again. For the first time ever I was embarrassed by actions of other English people on holiday. Saying that as a final thought i booked and paid for another holiday with my daughter and her family in April before our latest visit, probably would have thought twice on reflection.…

I stayed at Liberty Fabay in Oktober 2023,and was very satisfied with everything. The room was large and very comfortable.The Food was great and the possibility to have it in so many different Restaurants was amazing. The beach,and the endless Swimmingpools allover was more than one could ask for. The spa, hamam,barber shop, and the stores selling quality items were very convenient. The most pleasing part was the staff,they all had a sincere genuine smile.I want to personally thank my cleaning service Lady Ms.Tuğba and Guest relations Ms.Esra and General Manager Mr.Nihat Tümkaya.
