We had a 7 night stay and would really recommend this to families. The facilities are amazing, pools stunning and the beach is really easy to access. The cocktails are really good and nothing is off limits in this all inclusive venue. The food is varied however by the 7th day it all blends together. There are 4 a la carte restaurants of which one can book in for 1 dinner for free, unfortunately we were unable to get a booking which was a pity so book in advance. There were 2 dinner waiters that really stood out for us. When there is a buffet it is harder for the waiter to engage however we were served by Lokman who immediately engaged with my son about football and they were mates until the end, we even got a hug goodbye. Then there was Engin, after the first night of serving us he immediately knew our drinks from the night before and that I had 4 blocks of ice in my wine. Even my son thought this was exceptional. As a seasoned hotelier and general manager I feel these two need the recognition as they went above and beyond their role. Housekeeping was also exceptional and our cleaner did a superb job. Thank you to all the hardworking staff and mangers in this great resort.

Well, what can I say after almost 2 years without a holiday this was long overdue. We had been looking at the mixed reviews hoping that the hotel was going to be amazing.
On first impressions, we were blown away by the look and feel of just the reception area. It looks really nice, the welcome was great and the staff all looked smart in their matching clothes.
After a slightly longer check in due to COVID protocols we were taken to our room. This was a family room which consisted of 2 single beds and a bed settee in one room and then a large double bed in another. This room has a balcony which was very nice and overlooked the kids club.
Restaurant: This is a nice place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The table service for drinks is good and they are always plenty of staff.
The food is a little bit of a let down if I am being honest. There seems to be a good selection each day for the adults but not for the kids. But the main pet hate I have is cold food. The food is always just too cold to really enjoy the heat lamps above the food just don't work and for a 5 star hotel I think this needs looking at. Shame because most of the food tasted nice.
Pool:
This area is great plenty of sunbeds, these are some of the nicest sunbeds I have had the pleasure to be very lazy on. There is an over 16 area as well which seemed good but it will be a while until I get to see anything like that 😂
Snacks:
This is again pretty good you have a choice of eating at your sunbeds or going to a little sit down area. The sit down place was nice but again my good was cold. If it was hot when it was served I am sure it would of been nicer to eat.
As for snacks they were generally hot so we went there mostly. There were hotdogs, chicken nuggets, kebab wraps and wedges.
Beach:
This is beautiful and there are loads of sunbeds for guests it's done really nice. There are some expensive beds to hire if you want a really nice experience these were €100 but you get food served on the beach.
Drinks:
These are some of the best we have had. All the biggest brands no local stuff it really is great and can be easily overdone 😆
Overall: This hotel is a very nice place and we have had a great 7 days here. I would possibly come back but I think the hotel needs to listen to some of the reviews especially around the cold food. I don't think there is much else that would need fixing. Avoid the shop if possible. Robbing bugger, I would rather get a taxi than pay his stupid prices. £50 for a float!
Just one that this the place is spotless and the cleaning was none stop. The rooms were always cleaned daily it was one thing I think needed mentioning because it was a standout during our stay.

This holiday was a culmination of many cancelled holidays for both families. When our Orlando holiday was cancelled last year my daughter suggested the next best place to get a deluxe family holiday. She chose Liberty Fabay and it didn’t disappoint. We were here early May for 11 days. The hotel is stunning our rooms although not as described in Jet2 website were lovely we had a standard pool access room via stairs on the 3rd floor in Patara. Our daughters family pool room via stairs was directly below us. Unfortunately the pool was too cool to use although my granddaughter and son-in-law did brave once. The main pool is heated and this is where we stayed most of our time. Most of the fun and games happened around this pool. We were intrigued the day spin bikes started being plonked in the pool but soon realised a spin class was about to happen. It was fun watching all those that took part. Some of our family did darts and some of the pool frivolities that were going on during our stay. Onto the food well what a choice from breakfast, lunch, and evening meals there was so much and something for everyone. We had a youngster 2 teens and 4 adults in our party and the hotel were quick to organise a table for the 7 of us every meal. We tended to sit in similar areas every meal so the waiters became aware of what we liked to drink it was such a lovely touch. The staff in the hotel are great and go above and beyond to make you have a great time. The evening entertainment again was great and some of the acts were simply spectacular. We only ventured out of the hotel a few times. Twice into nearby Chalis which is lovely for a bit of retail therapy and has a good offering of bars and restaurants if they are needed. We also went to Fethiye market and a wander round the town. It’s bigger than Chalis but again has plenty bars and eateries. We used taxis ordered from Guest Relations on both occasions and were very pleased with this service. My daughter and myself also used the Spa within the hotel. What an experience it was absolutely lovely I hadn’t had a Turkish spa experience before but I would definitely recommend. We had to haggle a bit on the price but it was worth every penny we paid again the staff in the Spa were lovely. Onto our last day we were able to keep one of our two rooms until 8pm as we had a late flight home it cost 80 euros but was worth it to enjoy our last day and have somewhere to shower and change before or journey back. I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely like to go back whether with our family or on our own. My husband and I are 74 and 70 but this hotel suits all ages as has adult only restaurant, pools etc so if you don’t want kids around you can still enjoy this wonderful hotel.

We stayed for a fortnight in April with our two children aged 8 and 12. Having reviewed the website and customer reviews before booking we were impressed by the layout of the rooms and the children loved the idea of having their own room rather than a sofa bed. There is always a worry when you go to a new hotel that it may not be as good as seen online. This hotel did not disappoint and was exactly how we had hoped. Areas were spotless and the staff around the grounds worked tirelessly to keep them clean. Thank you to Cennet for keeping our room so clean and all the fun towel animals which my children looked forward to seeing every afternoon. We never had a day where our room wasn't ready on return which is something not all hotels manage.
We upgraded to the pool access room on arrival which we swam in a couple of times but as others have said it was too cold to make any significant use of. However the larger balcony was great for having a place to relax in the afternoon. The main restaurant had plenty of choice and the children loved themed nights. Staff were attentive but midway through our stay the restaurant did become a bit difficult to get a table at, and there was a feeling that this was the busiest it had been since opening and they were a little overwhelmed. We found eating as soon as it opened at 7pm avoided the rush. Special mention to Peri in the sushi bar who kept an eye out for my son coming each night and helped him choose some of his favourites!
The food court outside was great and so handy with the children. My two loved the gozleme which are like roti but stuffed with savoury mince or cheese/potato.
The only negative we had was around the family pool, where people were putting towels down on sunbeds from 8am and not using them. The policy stated that beds should only be left for 1 hour but it wasn't really being enforced. This was only an issue as my youngest can't swim and we wanted to be around the pool to keep an eye on him. There were plenty of beds at the beach however and we found it a much nicer place to relax.
The shows were first class and of a higher standard than I have seen in similar five star hotels.
Perhaps the most important aspect for us, as it is for most parents, was the entertainment for our children. My two have never gone to children's clubs as they usually just want to hang out with us and are a bit shy. Kaan went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and was extremely patient and kind in his manner. My husband and I had our first time without the kids on holidays in 13 years! Thank you Kaan!
Another great aspect was the tennis which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. Enes who is the tennis coach and part of entertainment was very welcoming and tried to gather people together without being pushy. My husband strained his ankle and Enes purchased a bandage for him during his time off which was extremely thoughtful. Both Enes and Kaan made our holiday so enjoyable, we have booked to go back for the same next year .... please don't leave!!

We visited this hotel in June as a group of 7 adults and a child. We all had upgraded sea view rooms which offered great view. The rooms were large, really clean and bright. The rooms had great bathroom amenities as well as a fully stocked mini bar with soft/alcoholic drinks and sneaks which was refilled daily.
The patisserie did amazing coffee and offered a range of dairy free milks. The cakes etc during the day looked amazing and of an evening this was available for sandwiches etc, which was welcomed some evenings after too many cocktails!. The drinks are great, with waiter service around the pool all day.
The entertainment team work so so hard and get involved with all the guests. They even had a day festival for children. The evening entertainment is second to none, all the shows were great but a couple of them felt like you should have been paying extra! Incredible.
The a la carte restaurants were great and only cost €20 and the food was insane. Some of the best steak we’ve ever eaten. We didn’t have a problem with getting sun beds but we are early risers, the hotel try’s to limit people reserving sun beds.
We had a fabulous holiday and would recommend this hotel. It’s a great hotel especially for families and children.

Pros Nice hotel with clean grounds Staff very friendly and always willing to assist Nice rooms but some of the appliances need to be fitted properly like plug sockets A la carte restaurants not included in all inclusive price but were nice. Cons Asked for early check in by email a week before but nothing done when we arrived. Hotel did sort it out but 2 hours later. Shame as we emailed the manager and wpuld have paid more to check in early. Hotel was not full so that qas a shame. Hotel has pool rooms but not heated so waste of time charging more for people in April and early May Adult pool not heated Pool bar not open even though hotel was pretty full Food was good but some food not chilled properly so 3 of us got ill whilst there for 5 days.

We recently travelled to the Liberty Fabay for a last minute holiday in April of 2022 and we certainly were not disappointed. We have done a lot of lovely 5 star hotels and this one is certainly up there with the best of them. The rooms are beautiful and decorated very tastefully - ours was a great size. We had a room with direct pool access via the stairs, which was brilliant (we normally have a sim up but would certainly do this again). The bed was very comfortable and the monsoon shower was amazing! All of the communal areas are really nice, the lobby and bars are so modern and contemporary. The hotel is spotlessly clean and there are constantly staff cleaning everywhere (we were really impressed). The pools are beautiful and there are so many of them, all of which are a really good size. The main pool is heated, which was lovely; it would be good if a few more were heated. There were plenty of bars around the resort as well as sun beds. When it was busy, the staff went out of their way to get more sun beds so that everyone could relax by the pool. Food was lovely. The buffet was really nice and had a huge amount of variety. The themed nights added to more this variety. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard and the staff regularly made beautiful towel sculptures - the children loved coming back to them. The staff in the resort are really friendly and went out of their way to make the stay special. The variety of drinks that are included in the all inclusive offer is brilliant!!!! We were really impressed with the amount of brand name spirits that you can get, which were not additional costs! In the heat, the Gordon's pink gin was a welcome relief. A few people that I want to mention due to superb service include: firstly, Oykum from guest relations who went out of her way to ensure that we had the best time, she also helped us a great deal when my son had a medical dilemma; secondly, Faith from the buffet restaurant whose service made several nights that little bit more special and thirdly, Ulku from the Italian restaurant who had provided us with excellent service on both occasions that we visited. If you are thinking about visiting the Liberty Fabay, do it!! You won't regret it.

I have just arrived home from 8 days spent at this location. I stayed in a family room with my wife and two 14 year olds sons in the K building which provides access to the best lagoon on the property, in my opinion. We travelled a very long way to visit Turkey (from Canada) and very much enjoyed spending our days sitting at the swim up bar and getting to know the bartender Selman. He is a very friendly, kind, and proficient bar tender who shared many details about his country and offered us several great options for activities and adventures off of the resort. Selman also made amazing cocktails for the adults and also looked after the kids. Of all the staff we interacted with, Selman stood out as truly exceptional. He is a true asset to the resort!
The family room was perfect for our needs and provided an exceptional view of the beautiful lagoon and easy access to the pool. Cleaning staff were highly attentive to our needs each day and were sure to stock the bar fridge with snacks and drinks for adults and kids!
As some others have mentioned in their reviews, at this time of year, the temperature of the water in the pools was a disappointment. The water was very cold and almost entirely excluded my wife from enjoying them. We were shocked when we learned that there are absolutely no hot water pools (spas or hot tubs) in the entire resort and this was a disappointment. With enough feedback about this, hopefully they will sort that out in the future.
I believe that as the resort moves forward next season that many of the kinks will get worked out and for that reason we would absolutely visit again.
We were the only Canadian guests and there were very few UK guests, all of whom that we met were extremely pleasant and friendly. The remainder of the guests seemed to be Eastern European or Russian. The Russians were not very pleasant to deal with and were rude to other guests and very rude to staff. There were times where I was appalled at the way I saw them treat staff members that were trying to do the best job they could. It must be a cultural thing.

We stayed here for a week at the start of July, 2 adults & 2 teens.
This was our first visit to Turkey and glad we chose this hotel to stay in. We had a family room which was spacious and clean with plenty of toiletries and accessories. Our room was land view at the side of the hotel and whilst the view was of the building site next door mainly this didn’t detract anything as we spent barely any time there!
We had a minor issue with the sink in the bathroom, but this was quickly fixed when reported.
One thing I would say – if a booking is for 4 people, could you please put four cups / glasses in the room and also enough towels for four people not 2! Though we were supplied with extra when we asked.
The resort itself was very clean and tidy and cleaners were always in evidence in all locations including round the pool.
The food options are large and varied in the main restaurant but the snack restaurant and snack bar was great when you just wanted to grab something pool side.
Roller skating waiting staff was good to see and impressive! I was also impressed that water is also supplied frequently without asking, easy to forget when you’re enjoying the Gin Fizz and it’s 38 degrees.
The entertainment and entertainment staff made it for us, they really seem to be enjoying what they are doing – specifically naming Soulhamin and Deniz with the bingo and darts, and jeez Deniz can dance! The teens enjoyed the novelty of the foam party and it definitely took me back to my teens.
We took a boat and scuba trip while we were there and can recommend Mehmet from the Denmar team as a brilliant guide.
Final massive thanks goes to the beach bar team – Hakan, Damla and Erol. We spent most nights in the beach bar and their hospitality and service was second to none, by day 2 they knew our drink orders and kept an eye on us.
Please pass on our thanks to those mentioned.
We would definitely recommend Liberty Fabay and also go back without a doubt.

Wow wow wow! We had never been to Turkey before but booked as attended a family wedding. This hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in! We have a 1yr old and came away with my partners family and the hotel resort catered for all ages. Only a 45min transfer from Dalaman airport.
The weather was around 28-31degrees with a small sea breeze most days which was perfect for our baby and us. The views are stunning, the most picturesque sea view.
Most people had children at the hotel but it didn’t feel like it was just for children, the music played around some parts of the pool is brilliant, the beach party, foam party etc allows parents to still enjoy themselves! There are numerous pools, adults only, childrens pool and general pool with pool bar. The water is heated slightly so you don’t get the usual ‘it’s warm once you are in!’.
The beach is stunning and the activities/entertainment schedule is vast so my 1yr old and 35yr old partner were happy!! There are numerous places to eat and all the food is outstanding! x3 separate restaurants (Asian, Fish, Italian) you can pay to visit also but we didn’t get chance due to only visiting for a week and the variety in the main restaurant is brilliant. There are grill restaurants during the day, ice cream, crepes and a 24hr patisserie. All alcohol is branded and the measures are generous to say the least.
The spa is out of this world! Highly recommend booking for a package - we had the Aphrodite package including Turkish bath, sauna, massage and full body exfoliation for £70pp.
There are also numerous water sports including diving, jet ski and a boat hourly into Fetiye. Other entertainment includes a sports bar, games room with PS4/Xbox, pool tables, games machines, tennis courts, beach volleyball, aquagym daily.
The evening entertainment is on a proper outside stage and the acts are brilliant, no usual ‘rep’ amateur dancing. There was dancing, singing, acrobatics, opera, DJs.
Everyone at the hotel is so friendly, there are numerous staff constantly cleaning, providing drinks, entertaining. We highly recommend this hotel resort and will definitely be back!

Hi! We had a really late flight & we were able to use everything after we had checked out. There are rooms that you can use in the gym building that have a shower, sofa, towels etc that are huge & great to get changed in but you can't book them so we tensed to go a few hours before pick-up so we got time to get ready & then just sat in the bar.
Or you can still use the showers & facilities in the spa. Both are great if you don't want to pay for a late check-out.
The staff are really helpful so will be able to get you sorted.
There is a gift shop, little market, a jewellers, a boutique and a shoe shop all in the hotel. There are also shops across the road.
There is a hairdressers/barbers in the hotel too.
There are more places to choose from in the Fethiye area.
