Reception - was excellent quick plenty of help and a bell boy took our bags to our room . At reception they couldn’t do anything else to help us thank you you guys were great and very professional.

The restaurant, all the staff were good but a special mention to Antonio and Adam the food was to our taste and delicious mostly, best fish and chips and steak with pepper sauce I’ve had in Marmaris but try the home made Hamburger very tasty indeed !!! Price wise for the quality was excellent, portions were very good and the drink were very reasonably priced , the serves was brilliant second to none so so so attentive in every detail.

Stayed for 10 nights bed & breakfast, would book room only next time breakfast was to our taste and was repetitive - ended up with just bread & jam then ended eating out...clean towels & bed change everyday staff didn’t mind you taking your own food & drinks in even though it said you were not allowed would stay again... and again and again you simply don’t get better for value or service than at the Maris Beach Hotel .

Recommended a big 10 out of 10 well deserved

We stayed here having moved from the 'hotel from hell' Grand Villa Sol after one night.

The staff were polite and courteous and couldn't do enough to help. The rooms are immaculately clean and modern. There are fresh towels every day. The promenade facing bar/restaurant is very popular, with good reason. The food is first class and very reasonable.

Maris Beach has its own strip of beach with complimentary sunbeds and parasols. There is waiter service on the beach as well, again prices are reasonable.

The hygiene standards are very high, hand sanitiser and complimentary face masks are readily available.

Having come from a nightmare place, this hotel exceeded all expectations and restored our faith in Turkey. This hotel is highly deserving of 4 stars. The staff, location, food and cleanliness make this hotel a winner in my book. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We stayed for 2 weeks 24th September. Had a lovely sea view room which was cleaned daily by the lovely maids. The reception staff and restaurant staff are wonderful , so attentive to all our needs . The temperature checks and sanitiser throughout the hotel , bar and even onto the beach are something we should take heed of here in the UK.

We have booked again for same time next year .

Stayed at this great hotel in September
It's in a great location right on the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants
It's about a 15 min walk along the promenade too bar street ,grand bazaar and the marina
Rooms are small but well laid out . Beds a abit hard but after a couple of days they were fine
Bathroom was an ok size but has a tiled floor which can be slippery when wet
The balcony is small but a Frontal sea view is definitely worth getting as the view is fab
Looking over the beach and sea.
This hotel has one of the best restaurants we have been too
If you go you must try the steaks

The hotel is in a great location, we booked a sea view room which was advised on here by previous guests and definitely worth booking. Our room was absolutely spotless, not a huge room but everything we needed. Balcony isn’t very big either but enough room for sitting. We took a travel kettle and mugs with us as we’d noticed on previous reviews there wasn’t any in the room. Room was cleaned daily and cleaners were so friendly.
Breakfast room was great, staff were lovely. Restaurant is great, menu had so many choices that we ate there every evening and if we missed breakfast we would have our breakfast/ lunch there too. Waiters were so friendly and attentive. Spikey was our main server and gave my husband great advice on where to go to get his hair cut and a tattoo.
Sunloungers on the beach are plentiful and never stuck for one. Waiters served us on our sunloungers and added it to our bill which we could pay along with our evening meal.
There’s plenty to do close by so fine and central too.
We loved it so much we have rebooked for next year!!

We paid just under £700 at the time of booking for 2 weeks B&B but I wouldn't pay more, the breakfast was vile I lived on boiled eggs, the only decent cup of coffee was at the breakfast machine cafe au lait, when it worked that is. There is only a tiny lift that just about fits 3 people, not good if you have mobile issues, but if you don't mind waiting it's fine. Reception staff hit and miss, their beach wasn't pleasant either it was always dirty and we have been to marmaris many times before and never seen a private beach this messy, the tables were hardly cleaned on the beach, some of the restaurant staff don't bother to make much effort unless ur a single female or up their backside, they only had 1 poor lad doing the running on the beach he worked every day while we were there non stop, so not surprised it wasn't clean he didn't get much help just got moaned at by management, I personally wouldn't stay here again, but each to their own.

Stayed here in 2019 and finally just spent another 11 nights there.
Fab beachfront location.
Shops, bars and restaurants close by.
Sea view room was good size, clean, modern the cleaning lady came everyday.
Breakfast was good.
The restaurant was good also had lunch and a few beers, prices very reasonable, this was charged to your room so you could be on beach and not worry about carrying money.
We had a late flight and for £20 could keep the room till 4pm.
Already looking to book for next year.

I consider hotel Maris as one of the best hotels in the Ulcinj area due to its cleanliness, friendly staff and location. Besides having it’s own private beach with clear water and on-duty life guards, the hotel has spacious and beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with heated pool. Guests there can enjoy lunch and late dinner with drinks while watching the sunset. The hotel also serves breakfast on the main floor’s Terrance. There are plenty of popular bars/restaurants and souvenirs shops within a walking distance from the hotel. You must reserve rooms in advance as the hotel is always booked with tourists from every part of the world.

Another lovely stay at maris beach, my 4th time staying here 7th till 16th June this time. I love this hotel and the staff make the hotel it wouldn't be the same without them.

Cleaners do such a good job to keep the hotel spotless, and the rooms. very lovely ladies.

Reception staff very easy check in and check out and I love how it's never a problem when you ask to keep the room for a later check out, there is no messing about its a quick check to see if its not a problem and then pay.

Restaurant staff you cant fault them I have no words apart from they are just amazing, and I love coming back to the hotel to see them.
Jel as I call him looking after everyone on the beach it was lovely to be able to interact with him abit more as the last time I came he was behind the bar but again amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food fron the restaurant you can't fault I have never had one meal I haven't liked, each one has been very nice.

I would say my only downfall this year was how loud it was in the hotel in the middle of the night. People slamming doors that was quite often, 1 night a lady was having an argument in the hallway shouting, we had a female and male next door to us and the tv was on full blast till most nights gone 3am so I suppose sleep was awful this year.

would definitely still come back tho :)

Avoid this hotel if you can. Your included breakfast is disgusting! same thing daily, horrible sausages, beans, eggs, soggy chips, same type but different cut cheese and some disgusting ham. Not much to choose from at all and its the same every day ( sausages stay there probably for 3-4 days, they do look rotten!). Lets move to the rooms. Even though it says AIR CONDITIONED you wont have acces to air con unless you pay 150TL per day extra and they only tell u that at the reception. there is an aircon in the room but they dont give you the coroller for it, it costs extra. No kettle in the room either. i am lacto intolerant so couldnt make my drinks as downstairs bar uses normal milk only (same for breakfast). it also advertise a flat screen tv in room, well let me tell
you, my laptop screen is bigger than their tv (only one english channel and thats BBC),wardrobe stucked in the room oposite the bed and the doors of it wont open full as there are no space. I dont know how this hotel have good reviews. it is honestly shocking. the only nice thing in there is staff. would never recommend to anyone and will not return here either…

My understanding is that if you buy drinks from the hotel, then the sun beds for us were free. The hotel is not like some of the huge complexes you see. There is no rush for sun beds, there are lots of them often stacked up not being used.
