After a 2 years due to COVID we were back too our 2nd home what a great welcome when we arrived seeing familiar faces with the staff and friend's.

For those who don't know about this gem of a hotel located in a great quiet place just a 8 minute walk to the beach plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Food and drinks are fairly priced within the hotel staff will do anything for you very friendly place to come, most of the guests are regulars like ourselves the last 12 years at least twice a year.

Rooms are basic and clean cleaners are in every other day wish fresh towels and bed linen

Overall a great place to stay I guarantee most of you would stay again

You can see why so many people on here have given this hotel full marks with their scores.
The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. The towels were changed daily, bedding every other day, and we had no problems with it.
We go home tomorrow after a 10 night booking and paid £75 for both safe hire and aircon. Wifi is in reception, but you can pay £35 a week to have in your room too.
The food is lovely and good priced too, and though we didn't eat much in the restaurant, we were happy with what we had.
What has made our stay very enjoyable above everything else is the staff. They have been very accommodating and friendly, and a special mention to Umeral who runs the place. She's been the friendliest, most helpful person we've had the pleasure to have look after us, and incredibly understanding with our autistic son.
I would definitely return, and recommend anyone to go here.

Home from a fantastic 10 Night stay at the Seda apartments, this really is the best hotel I’ve stayed in for many many years, we usually do big hotels but so pleased we choose this small family run hotel. All staff from the owners, bar staff and cleaners are always happy smiling and very welcoming. Myself, my mam and my 2 children have not got a bad word to say about this hotel. A special thank you to Ali who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Rooms and pool area are nice and clean and the kids loved the slides which were open much longer than other hotels we have stayed in. Thank you Seda hotel for our fantastic holiday. We will definitely be back next summer 🌞 ❤️

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Owner(male) think he can tell you what to do and who you can talk to the shouts in Turkish ( I think he was slagging people off )

His wife was very friendly and helpful

Room are basic on first glance look very clean but when we made pull out beds underneath was dirty and there was kids Lego so obviously haven’t had good clean .

The pool got very little sun and was misty / cloudy water .

Not a hotel we will visit again due the male owner.

We spent all our holiday in hotel over the road Club Likiea were it was faultless spotless staff went above And Beyond .

As a couple, we stayed at the Seda apartments for 10 nights. Not to be a negative Nelly, but the reviews we saw when booking were not an accurate reflection of the apartments. When we first arrived the staff were all very friendly and welcoming and this continued for the first few days. We soon realised that the friendliness was only given when we were purchasing from the hotel bar/ restaurant. Once we started venturing out to bars, restaurants and shops, and buying our own food to bring back to the self- catering apartments, we both noticed the staff looking at us funny as if they disapproved. The staff also stopped speaking with us when we saw them. When we went to pay the bill for the food and drink we did purchase, the amount we had to pay had changed from the amount on the menu. We have also never stayed in another self-catering apartment (which are serviced daily) where we had to purchase our own toilet roll! To start with, we were given a half used toilet roll and then when it ran out we were told we had to buy our own, a little bit of a shock! The sun beds are also an issue. The owners of the apartments allow people who are not staying at the apartments to use the sun beds, pool and other facilities as long as they’re spending money in their bar/restaurant. This then takes away from the amount of Sun beds available to people actually staying at the hotel. We found that on 2 separate days we could not get a sun bed. The rooms have been refurbished to a relatively good standard, however the air-con is not great. On a better note, the housekeepers are absolutely brilliant. So friendly and always smiling. They come to clean the room daily and change towels and bedding every few days. The pool is also a good size. The location is good, around a 15 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby!

Just returned from a family holiday to marmaris. We chose this place as it was family run. We arrived around 02.30am and where greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. Our bags where taken to our rooms and told the bar was open but the kitchen was closed but if we wanted food they could order no problem . Total family experience with the staff and owners. If you want a place for your family to stay this is the one. Bar and restaurant the food and drinks are spot on especially the food and is really well priced . Staff cannot do enough for you especially Ali and Mehmet so friendly and it's genuine they make your holiday. Will definitely return again. Absolutely recommend

Second time at this amazing family run complex. The rooms have recently been refurbed to a high standard with a lift also being added. Ali, Mehmet and the whole team can't do enough for you! The pool area has a good family vibe with no battles for sunbeds. Drinks served regularly pool side. Choice of food on the menu is great! Already booked for next year and only left yesterday! Thanks to you all x

Thank you to all the staff at Seda Apartments for making our first family holiday so special.
Nothing was too much trouble.

Our room was spotlessly clean and as was the rest of the apartment building.

The pool was fantastic and the kids lived the waterside.

The food at the restaurant was delicious but if you fancied leaving the Apartments there are plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

Seda is about a 15 minute walk from the beach front so is really quiet.

Lovely little family run apartments every person we encountered were so friendly. I see a lot of people advising they weren’t treated well because they prefer to go out, we literally only used it as a base and everyone was still lovely to us. A special mention to the older lady who does the housekeeping, what a beautiful soul, she gave us a hug every time we passed her, she was just lovely.
The apartments were spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels every day.
My only 2 criticisms would be the shower, it wasn’t very powerful so took forever to wash your hair, hot water could also be lacking.
The pool area is also a little cramped, we tried to get a bed a couple of times with no success however as we have friends who live in marmaris we just used their pool so It wasn’t really an issue.
All in all it was a lovely stay and I would return.

Me and my partner just came back from staying a week at Seda Apartments, and it was a lovely place. The people there were very friendly and chatty and also were very helpful with any questions we had. Would recommend for any that don't need extremely fancy facilities. We also paid £20 for the air con for the week.
