I have bn going 2 Julian for years,the last time was 5 years ago,I have loved it every time n would have recommended it 2 every1 especially kids,amazing entertainment team.i went back in October this year,it was changed alot,for example it's meant 2 b all inclusive,however I found out now it's £8 per day per child 4 kids club,also ther is a sweets candy stall,aimed at the kids but it's not part of the all inclusive,and is very expensive also one of the pubs has bn removed.the food was repetitive.the little minx hair n nail salon,the guy was nasty cos I didn't want 2 buy his product his name is am in.the guests relation manager ozlem was lovely n real helpful,but I think they need 2 change things back 2 actual all inclusive etc free kids club free candy cart xxx

We have just got back from a week at club Julian and have had an amazing time. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and helped a lot especially with helping my sister get food within her dietary requirements. And the food was amazing with loads of choice every day. The room was clean and comfortable and if we had any problems they’d fix it immediately. As well as this is the pool area was always clean and the entertainment team always worked there hardest to keep everyone happy with games and music etc. we will definitely be coming back :)

I have been reading some of these bad reviews and think some of these people must honestly hold a grudge against the hotel. 15 of us returned yesterday from a 10 night stay at Julian Club. Our party was made up of 8 adults. 2 older teenagers. 4 children and a baby. The hotel was just brilliant, spotlessly clean! The food was lovely, lots of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the snack bar having delicious burgers, hot dogs, chicken kebabs and amazing jacket potatoes! Coffee and cake can be had in reception around 4pm and soup and cheese in the restaurant at 11.30pm, ice cream is available at certain times too. There are coffee, juice and water machines dotted around and a lot of choice of alcohol drinks, including cocktails, and mocktails for children. There are 4 pools, one is shallow for children, another has 2 slides, which are open 2 or 3 times a day. On site you'll find a shop selling sweets, crisps, toys etc, a clothes shop, a trinket shop, a tattooist, a barber, a photographer and a turkish spa, also Candy Corner which sells popcorn, candy floss, slush, bubble tea etc. The staff are mostly welcoming and friendly and the yolo entertainment team work hard to keep you happy. The aircon/heater was free but a safe will set you back £40. Your room is cleaned daily and the cleaners really work hard. There are 2 bad points, my autistic grandson scribbled on a bed sheet with crayon, and because it wouldn't wash out , they charged my daughter £30 for the sheet, which we thought was way too much , and the kids club, from 9.30pm until 11pm has to be paid for, some nights it was £5 and some nights £10 which is scandalous, especially if you have more than one child, which is why I have given4 stars instead of 5. DONT BE FOOLED went for our first family holiday with our 1 year old grandson and was very disappointed from pulling up outside, the pictures that are shown on the website must be from when they first opened because the hotel is nothing like it looks on the pictures, from getting to our so called family room we wanted to turn round and come home we had 2 cups 2 towels an 1 toilet roll in a family room also when we looked around it was disgusting mucky horrible mould growing in the bathroom, a drain hole that didn’t have any cover on it not very good when you have a 1 year old boy running around. The sofa bed was filthy and broke and the travel cot well I wouldn’t let a stray dog sleep in it let alone my grandson absolutely shocking, the play area was just a wooden frame that when we tried it it seemed like it was going to fall apart, there were food left all over the play area for days at a time and not to mention the mess that had been left on the stairs for 4 days. We spent most of our days getting a taxi to the beach and using a bar there so we could use the beach but then had to pay more for food and drink (which we had already paid for with all inclusive) the staff at the hotel were very rude made us feel like we wasn’t welcome also refused to serve more then 2 drinks to a family of 4 totally shocking, the little pool was like getting into a pool of ice and round the sun bed area was totally disgusting, we spoke to many people who were disappointed and been fooled by the pictures, people are been sold holidays to this hotel under false advertising and it’s not fair our first holiday with our first grandchild was totally and utterly ruined by this and I will NEVER return to this hotel I have tried uploading a video of the bathroom but it won’t allow me to do so …

What can I say this was a great holiday, the hotel is clean and all the hotel staff our lovely. I’d say Marmaris in general is full of lovely people. The room and facilities are good I could not find a fault at all. The entertainment are just lovely something for everyone. The food is lovely and again something for everyone I would definitely come back just maybe this time of year as I felt it had the perfect balance of people no struggling to get a bed, we were in the perfect spot on the roof terrace every day. Special mention to Izzy in the food hall and Rio on entertainment. We visited turtle beach which was amazing fed the turtles visited the bud baths swam in the med. transfer there and back and lunch included £100 for 4 of us. But in all we will miss everyone ❤️

Great hotel for families. Rooms are clean but lacking storage facilities for storing clothes etc. Bar and catering staff can not do enough for you and always with a smile. What makes the hotel is the entertainment team/YOLO team, fun, caring and energetic people! Always had us laughing and the kids really enjoyed the kids club with them! Without them the hotel would not be the same!

Upon arriving at the hotel at 5am and emailing the hotel 8 weeks in advance, we were separated not only by room but by floor. Also, 2 adults and 4 teenagers over 2 rooms and only one double bed per room. We were advised to go back at 7am to change rooms. At 7am we were told to go back at 9am. At 9am we were told to go back at 11am. At 11 we finally got our inter connecting rooms only to find a double bed only in each room. We then had to wait for an extra bed to be put in each room before we could sleep. Rooms are absolutely tiny and not suitable for an adult and 2 teenagers. There isn't enough space, or anywhere to put anything. We were right by the stairs and the walls are paper thin and could hear every single flip flop and every single person who walked past. The food is generally OK but when they say breakfast is 7am until 11am, if you walk in at 10.30, you will be met with them clearing everything up, nothing left but scraps and the staff trying to take away your plate before you've finished. Pools and surroundings are cleaned daily. Bar staff are friendly, restaurant staff not so much. If they run out of something in the restaurant then it's tough luck and they just tell you finished. The absolute worst thing and the reason I wouldn't stay in this hotel or recommend it was the fire alarm. Every single day barring 1 we were woke up anywhere between 2am and 8am with the fire alarm waking up the entire building. I moaned to reception twice and was fobbed off before I lost my temper and spoke to the hotel manager who promised it wouldn't happen again and offered us free WiFi for the remainder of our stay (we had one night of peace and then back to the fire alarm wake up call at 7.30am)... another thing, in2023 we would expect the WiFi to be free but it is so so poor and the free one only works in a tiny area of the pool if you're lucky. It's then about 40 pounds for the week if you want it in your room and it still constantly drops out. Pools are absolutely painfully cold even in 28 29 degree weather. Pool slides are only open as and when they feel like it and for about 2 hours a day on and off. Entertainment appaling but so bad some of it is quite funny. I would come back to Turkey but definitely not this hotel. The jeep safari was so much fun so definitely do that but avoid the party boat with dinner..it was so so boring and dinner rubbish. I am definitely not a complainer and don't usually leave reviews but this hotel needs to be run better.…

I never write reviews and we are not a fussy family at all!! We had to leave the hotel every day and get a cab to the beach due to the fights and violence around the pool! We ended up borrowing money from a family member because the £1000 spending money we took on top of being all inclusive didn't even touch the side's!! 2 rival families trying to drown children, throwing glass ashtrays at 10 year old and being crammed all-round the pool like sardines! You couldn't pay me to to back!! Never ever again!

Been to this hotel three times in the last year and a half . The hotel is amazing . The hotel is nearby all amenities a taxi tank outside hotel and the beach is ten minutes walk away. The hotel itself is very welcoming and the staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you . Rooms are basic but kept spotless . Fresh towels and bedding everyday and extra little touches from the maid that make you smile 😊 There is four pools in the hotel and a flume that is only opened twice throughout the day . But there is plenty entertainment going on all throughout the day and the yolo team are amazing they make this hotel very special . Especially Jay and Omer . Couldn’t meet nicer people . There is a kids club . In every night and the kids make T-shirts, face paints pictures ect . My daughter loves it and all the staff know her by name . Food is amazing and plenty to choose from . If you have fussy kids like mine then don’t worry there is something for everyone . There is an ice cream cart also that the kids love . In sight there is a shop for all your basics a clothes shop, gift shop , tattoo parlour and a hair dressers . I’ve used all of these and amazing service from All . I could go on all day but we have had three amazing holidays and will be going back Out in the summer and October again . Honestly by far the best experience we have had . And made some lovely friends . I read the reviews about this hotel before I experienced it for myself . I won’t lie it put me off and thought I’d made a mistake . Where do I start, what a wonderful experience at club julian for our family we cannot thank Team Yolo enough for always making things fun, something for everyone to do all age groups catered for and the entertainment staff go above and beyond to welcome and keep guests entertained. The staff are always on hand and sit and chat to the guests like friends so welcoming. They play bingo and football card games also kids corner and kids club is amazing for the younger kids. You can sign kids into the club for a few hours here and there each day while you go off and enjoy a Turkish bath and spa at the resort .they have a barbers on site and spa. The food caters to all there's something for everyone . The staff go above and beyond keeping pool side clean and safe etc. The rooms I see keep being slated on TripAdvisor but they are clean and more than enough for all the time you even spend in them. The only down side we experienced was no fault of the hotel or the staff but there are some guests who are extremely messy and disrespect, also lazy parents taking advantages of the all inclusive drinks menu while the kids they bring run about ferral and unaccompanied . We had a party with 8 kids with us and a few times the kids were slapped by other guests older kids etc but this is just lazy parents who don't care for their children behaviour. We went out on excursions in marmaris on the pirate ship and jeep safari and let's just say there were happy tears all round for the breathtaking views in turkiye 🥰 Team Yolo keep being amazing 👏🏻 you guys truly make the experience and stay at club julian you are all so friendly and fun .
