Unfortunately I had a negative experience staying in this hotel in October 2023. The reception staff were rude and totally unprofessional while admitted us ,this fact undoubtedly put us down from the start. Although the nice scenery from the balcony (we stayed in the main building) the room was extremely tiny for 3 of us. The shower wasn't powerful, the bathroom's door didn’t close ,walls were thin (we could hear all the noise ) and domestic staff had never moped the floors (we could see all the dust and dirt). The hotel internet worked only in specific areas and we kept searching connection all the times. The food menu was ordinary and very repetitive ,drinks were cheap and weak. The food was pretty much the same every day. However ,I can complement the bakery. The fresh baclava, cakes and pancakes were delicious. I was surprised to find out that coffee was available only at the breakfast time. They were only served black and milk coffee ,there were no other choice which was very frustrating. Moreover,I couldn’t call this a coffee it was more like a dirty water, weak and disgusting. The entertainment was awful. They played the same music every day, which was so annoying. There were few good animation within a week ,such as caraoke,Turkish night with dancers and disco. They did bingo but charged £5 for the ticket. The only positive point was the hospitality of waiters. They worked really hard to satisfy the customers needs and has been welcoming and friendly. I would not recommend this hotel for people without kids and for people who expect good services as they will be disappointed .Better to stay somewhere else.

We loved this hotel every day it was a case of loving it more and more. Great views. Bus stop right outside. Loads of shops. Food was what you’d expect from an all inclusive but we managed to find something there every night which was nice when we ate there. We did dine out twice as a bit of a change. Can’t wait to come back at some point soon 😊

On arrival we were upgraded to a different room however in all honesty it didn’t feel like an upgrade as the hotel was facing hotel roof so we could see a corner of the street and a corner of the pool area. As we didn’t really arrive for the hotel room view, we didn’t focus on it too much. Room itself was clean and we had fresh towels on daily basis. The hotel area itself is lovely and always clean. There’s a beach just outside the hotel and many sunbeds for the hotel guests. Usually if you can’t find an empty sunbed by the pool, you can find one by the beach however it’s definitely a struggle. 90% of the guests wake up at around 8am and go to reserve the beds with some then not even coming back to them throughout the day. There are some sunbeds stacked so your best bet is taking few and placing them in an empty place you can find (at least that’s what we ended up doing for majority of our stay). Pool itself is never too crowded so you can always freely swim without having to worry that some kid will jump on your head any second (no offence to those who have kids). Food was good. Not much choice with fair few dishes being repeated in multiple areas, but you can always still find something nice to eat. I’d rather have less choice than thousand of options and then be surrounded by overfilled tables of food people leave to be thrown away. Food options may be a disappointment for picky eaters but those that ain’t picky, you’ll be fine. All drinks throughout the day are served in small paper cups so if you’re looking to enjoy the drinks I’d highly recommend bringing (or buying locally) a bigger plastic cup and reuse it as majority of people were doing that. I’m not much of a drinker in heat so the few cocktails I’ve tried were quite nice. Water is refilled too so have your bottle or reuse the plastic ones you get in the hotel room fridge. During dinner you are served drinks by the staff. We had multiple occasions where after asking for drinks they’d forget about it and only when given a smile and a wave they’d remember but it’s understanding with the amount of guests they have to serve. Entertainment is poor, we watched it for two nights but both were lacking so ended up going to pubs for most nights as it was much more fun. Would highly recommend No Name Bar just outside the hotel which was in a very close proximity and always good entertainment. There are lots of shops near the hotel so you can find anything your heart desires from sweets and tea to high quality designer brands. We once went for a walk from hotel to Grand Bazaar which took us approximately 40min. I enjoy walking so didn’t mind it plus you can stop in multiple shops on your way there in case you see anything you like. If you’re not much of a walker, there’s a bus that runs frequently through fair few hotels and takes you to main area (Grand Bazaar/Bar Street). Lastly, hotel staff was good and majority spoke English which was nice. Always felt comfortable around all staff and they were always happy to help when needed. ☺️ I think I covered most of the important bits I’d look for when researching hotels but if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. ☺️

Lovely hotel, has the wow factor when you first arrive. The room was spotlessly clean and the housekeepers did a lovely job every day. The food is standard all inclusive. Amazing location on the the beach front, def worth the upgrade for a sea view room. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the entertainment, the ents team do not interact or try to get guests involved, they are happy sat in the Dj booth not having to do much, they all have the same day off so on that day there is no entertainment whatsoever.

What can i say, what a beautiful hotel. We stayed 2 weeks October. Travelled 2 adults one 15yr one 12yr ,One week before half term and one in the half term. The first week was busy, sun beds were hard to get but we were lucky that we wake early so always got a bed. Food was amazing, lots of salads, grilled meat rice or potatoes of some kind. Always something for all the family. Even the desserts were nice and i never eat them while away. A-lot of people were complaining about the food but we all thought it was lovely. Great location around 15 minutes to Blue port where you will find lots of shops and bars along the sea front and streets. We went to Roxy bar that was brilliant. You turn left out the back on the beach side its a 10 min walk and a must go to bar. They have shows on every night, they get fully booked so id advise booking through their fb page. We were spoilt with the weather between 27-35. 35 was the hottest day there. Entertainment we found boring, always let down by the entertainment at these hotels. They do a lot during the day but the shows they put on the evening are not very good. We went out most nights its cheap to do so with the bars around and they often put their own shows on which are much better. I must mention how clean the hotel is! Always seeing staff cleaning surrounding areas and the outside kitchens getting a deep clean every evening! I was very impressed at how hard the team work. The staff are pleasant, they work very longs hours 6 days a week they can look grumpy but if you take the time to say good morning/afternoon/evening how are you they are most pleasant. The pool areas are not big enough for the hotel guests. I can imagine in the summer holidays it was carnage! It was quiet on the second week as its end of season but we enjoyed this, the hotel started to empty out less queuing at the food times. Again i wouldn’t want to be there in the summer when the hotel is full. The ice cream served 4-6 is lovely! Cake selection is also good served between 2-6. The only thing i can pick at is out shower was awful. Just dribbled out but we survived with it. I love Marmaris i would consider booking the same hotel but would not go in peak times.

We have had a great 9 nights here! We didn’t arrive till 2am and we were quickly given our keys, we had 2 rooms booked and on arrival to our room we had an amazing view (room 2303) we had emailed ahead to say it was our anniversary and they had left us a welcome basket of fruit and a bottle of red wine ❤️. Food: we always found something to eat, my daughters are extremely fussy and loved lunch time where they could have kfc style chicken and pizza, the adults loved the food inside, the beef stew was lush. Rooms: we had a double bed and a single, the rooms are quite small and not much room to move about in but they are just for sleeping in and we hardly spent any time in them, the aircon and safe were free which were great! The cleaner was amazing she always left lil patterns on the bed made from the blankets. Entertainment: the kids mini disco was great my 6 year old loved it! I enjoyed a game or 2 of bingo while we were there, we loved the white party night! But the people swinging snakes about like lassos was not for me! We went to the Turkish bath the first day and that was so relaxing and they took so much time with us, I also won a treatment at bingo for my hair and I paid extra to have my hair blow dried which was again a really lovely touch. Bar: drinks were fab, I enjoyed the cocktails and took the advice of others and bought the plastic cups from the on-site shop so less trips to the bar. Sun beds: the first day I actually removed towels off the beds and no one came back the whole time we used the beds, after that it was so quiet with it being end of season, we did see people reserving the beach beds early every morning but we always had a bed by the pool. Shopping: accross the road behind the scooter hire there was a great shop and he was so lovely, I got some fab bargains, we hired from the scooter place and we booked our trips with Leo next door for our trips to safari and big boss diamond boat. Overall: Would we return absolutely and we would come back to the Ideal prime, great hotel, location, staff and food 🥳. I have read the negatives before my review and I can imagine in high season there would be difficulties with sun beds and queues for the ice cream and jacket potato etc. While we were there they were taking photos to advertise hosting weddings next year which looked great!

the hotel is spotlessly clean and your rooms are cleand daily if you dont hang the do not disturb sign....lol,,,the food is plentiful with lots of additional stalls ...would highly recommend the jacket spud stand ( and the ice cream cone stand)....my family loved it and a short walk through the back gates straight onto the beach... a trip through the front door takes you straight onto the strip with loads of shops...loved this holiday and the staff are brilliant with you ....

after reading some reviews before our stay at ideal prime beach it didn’t sound promising but i totally disagree with any bad reviews that have been made. my stay here couldn’t of been any better. every single one of the staff members were so kind and we’re always ensuring that you had everything you needed. the entertainment and atmosphere of the hotel was so lively and they always had plenty to do for children and adults at the night time. The hotel had plenty of facilities including water slides, a hairdressers, a doctors and a little cafe so you could get anything you needed! the bar was open from early hours until 12:00 am. there was a few things that could be changed including serving ice cream all day instead of 4-6 in the afternoon, the food was pretty much the same the whole time but there was always something that you would eat so you wouldn’t starve haha. there was plenty of shops and bars right outside of the hotel including loads of excursions that you can do, i would recommend the jeep safari as my family and i loved it! it’s great for young children. overall i would definitely stay here again and would recommend it if your looking for a clean and enjoyable hotel with friends or family!

Had the best holiday here with my husband. I have mobility issues and was relieved to find the grounds fully accessible. Staff were polite and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily. Probably one of the better AI we have stayed in. Even the nightclub was AI unt 1am! We even got offered a free late check out as our flight was a nighttime flight. Will definitely be back
