Great location and very professional and friendly staff with excellent english. Rooms cleaned daily fresh towels daily and extra if required. Fully Airconditioned and modern rooms with power showers all new and modern with flat screen tv. Full Covid19 PPE used by all staff and lovely chilled atmosphere. A peaceful and relaxing hotel with a 10min walk to the bars and beach. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. Only down side was the lack of a lift to the floors on the side we were staying but we soon got the hang of it. So best if you stay on the ground or first floor if that's going to be an issue. The top floors have amazing views of the area and some with pool views all with balconies. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would stay there again without even thinking twice.

Having read so many bad reviews I was expecting the worse. Checked in and was shown a board on reception desk which explained the all inclusive meal times & drinks allowed on AI, you only get one room key but we managed (4 sharing a room). The food choice wasn’t vast but what was on offer was lovely. Room was basic but had aircon (no charge) and a safe (chargeable) Room cleaned several times in the week. Staff was friendly and helpful. there is a supermarket just round the corner, the beach & bars are a 10 minute walk. All in all no complaints and would go back.

Overall is ok. But definitely not even 3 star. We paid 900£ for one week all inclusive, not bad price, begining of June, start of the season. U get what u paid for. Room was cleaned every day, aircon working, furniture and floors and bathroom very outdated. Food was very basic and oriented more for local, turkish people rather british, Europe etc. Staff very pleasant sometimes actually too much, u wanted to be left alone, u could see they wanted tips all the time. It was a little annoying actually. No entertainment organised at allI. wouldn't go back but definitely good value for money.

We paid for bed & breakfast & couldn't eat it catering for all foreigners but trying to charge £5 for an English breakfast, could not even get a proper cup of tea .
Pool was green most days as not getting cleaned. We watched them taking buckets of water from pool at night to wash down the seating area at pool. Not enough sunloungers either.we had to be moved room which still wasn't great either.

It was quite cheap but it’s true that you get what you pay for. first of all we was given an old dated room at the back of the hotel, the floor was all cracking, the Balcony was small and the view was people sleeping in bed in the hotel opposite, the patio door wouldn’t lock properly, the wifi did not work but after speaking to some other English guests it seems thats where they put you when you’ve first arrive but if you complain they move you to a better room. (which you should not have to do)
The food was not good at all we hardly ate in the hotel (not catered for us brits) but they would offer you a full English breakfast if you paid extra so what was the point going all-inclusive. the beer was flat and the amount of times I asked for a diet Coke I was given a normal Coke was unreal the all-inclusive ended at 10 pm then you had to pay after that so overall not the best experience and wouldn’t stay again. I think some of the good reviews are fake to be honest because we spoke too many couples in our hotel and nobody was satisfied at all.
Also it was advertised that it had at the gym and I went to look for this gym and it looked like nobody had used it in 10 years there was a running machine an exercise bike and 2 weights that were all absolutely covered in dust so that was totally false advertising. some of the staff were okay in particular the girl on reception was nice everybody else including the manager was a bit creepy

I have never been so disappointed with my holiday which was booked through Thomas Cook. This was supposed to have been a special holiday with two of my aunts having flown from America for this trip. In total there was six of us booked in at this hotel. On checking in we completed all the relevant paperwork and then we were shown to our rooms by the receptionist. We were escorted through the hotel past the bar to a block of hotel rooms. On entering we were confronted we the most disgusting environment you could ever imagine. Filthy carpets in the corridor, fire exit doors propped open with boxes and the actual fire escape was being used as a store room for the cleaners. On entering the rooms as we had 3 rooms booked we found two of the balcony doors did not lock securely because the locks were broken. In two of the rooms the showers when turned on flooded the bathroom floor every time they were used. My aunt who is 63 slipped and fell on the floor due to this. There were dirty baby cots dumped in the hallway with one having blood stains in it.
As for the food there was only two meal choices and the food was either cold or like warm. When I asked Ozzie the bar manager about this he said this is alinclusive because you have three meals and your drinks included. The drinks were watered down and cheap local branded drinks....
The only thing that was good about this hotel was the staff working there as they were very accommodating. There was the young guy who worked in the bar and the two reception staff Naz and another young guy who were very happy to help with anything along with the chef.
The actual manager of the hotel would be seen most days in the hotel sitting by the pool talking to staff at no time did he come up and speak to the guests to ask how their holiday was going.
Overall this was the holiday from hell.
To anyone considering going to stay at this hotel please do not. The rating of this hotel on Trip Advisor and Thomas Cooks website is not a true and accurate rating

Firstly let me start by saying that all staff , except management, were friendly and helpful.

Arrived around 430am, checked in quickly and receptionist helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. This was Tuesday morning.

Hotel was dated however very clean.

Wednesday morning no hot water. No hot water over next few days. Then no water at all. Then filthy water.

Management not interested in meeting with guests to discuss or rectify concerns or complaints. General manager promised to met with us at 5pm. Then told his staff over the phone that he wasn’t going to meet with us.

It’s worth noting that quite a few guests had no hot water, not just us.

We booked an interconnecting family room as our 17 year old quite rightly deserves privacy, a full size bed and room to himself. What we got was 2 rooms. Essentially his single bed was in the lounge!!!!

All inclusive is 10-10pm. Bottled water is chargeable. Breakfast consisted of ham cheese bread rolls jam fruit. On occasions fried eggs , sausages and mushrooms which did not look appetising.

Pool side snacks consisted of a plate of local biscuits!

We never had one meal there.

Pool got no sun as between two tall buildings. Very few sun beds , with several broken. Guests are allowed to claim their beds with towels and not use them. That being said, no sun so wasn’t too bothered.

Couldn’t stand it no more and the last 2 nights of our holiday we checked into another hotel for 2 nights. A small family owned and run apartments. You can tell the difference immediately, you are regarded as friends and family from the minute you arrive.

Hotels see you as profit only. Nothing else matters once they have your money.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. On arrival went to unpack not a single coat hanger in wardrobe and only one bath towel between 2 of us, tried to phone down to reception but phone wasn’t working ( found out several days later there wasn’t any wires just the a phone) went down to reception was told cleaners had left for the day and would ask them tomorrow (we arrived 5pm not middle of night) , after 3 days of asking we gave up on coat hangers did get towel following day. We were all inclusive food was a joke if you wanted English breakfast that was extra, no bread for toast only French stick( not ideal for toasting) Other meals were always the same some sort of chicken dish , rice, chips ,vegetables and aubergines food was never hot ,the puddings looked all the same just different shapes and looked liked greasy shredded wheat. As for drinks bottled water and cocktails were also extra. I’ve stayed in many hotels and been all inclusive where some reviews have said food not up to much but there was always a selection to choose from and it was always hot. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I couldn’t with any clear conscience let someone else stay here without saying something, spoke to several English people staying here and all had same complaint. The entertainment was only on once a week too not that we stayed in to watch it, we eat out every day only came back to shower and change. On a good note shower was always hot and powerful.

We were travelling with an elderly lady an required a room on the bottom floor(as the building they gave us rooms in didn't have a lift). We arrived late so for the first night she had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the top floor, however, on the next day, a lady who speaks good English had sorted this issue and gave us a room on the bottom floor, however it would have been good if they could have helped us before we arrived(we tried to contact them and On The Beach multiple times with no help). The staff did however offer us use of the safe and AC for free to make up for this.

The rooms themselves were very clean, and were cleaned well daily. However, one of our rooms had an issue where the AC was spitting some water out, so we had to move the beds away from the AC in that room. The balconies on the top floor rooms had a very nice view of the mountains. Some locks on bathrooms would get stuck which was very irritating. The top floor hallway stunk of pee on the last day, which was a shame, as the hotel was very clean during the rest of our stay.

The food in the all inclusive was hit and miss. Half the time it was average and the other half it was quite bad. It seems the food was catered to the majority british tourists who visit the hotel, however, a more authentic Turkish cousine would have been nice.

I can't fault the staff at all. They were extremely friendly and would always be willing to help us with any issues and ordering taxis. The staff save this review from going down a star.

The hamam and sauna were not available, however as you have to pay for these, it is not a major issue, and we could go to one outside the hotel. The gym was not available for use.

The outside area of the hotel was very nice and the pool was nice too. Location was also ideal.

Overall, if they improved the food and issues around AC and locks, as well as the smell on the last day, I would be able to give them a higher review. The staff bring the rating up. The hotel is absolutely fine for a 3 star hotel and I would come again, just not with all-inclusive.
