We arrived in the early hours of the morning, but was instantly made to feel welcome. Our suitcases were carried up the stairs and some people in our party were aided in walking up the stairs by the friendly staff. We made ourselves at home with the 24-hour bar on offer and spent some time in there, before going up to the rooms, which were to a good standard, with decent balconies. There is an air conditioning (costs an extra fee) and a fan. To avoid confusion, the air conditioning will only work when your balcony door is closed, so check that before going to reception claiming your air conditioning has malfunctioned ;)

The hotel was clean, and served good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full credit to the staff members who spared some of their time to talk to us, it really did improve our experience staying here. Additionally, the apartment hosted a Turkish night where exceptional food, including a barbecue, was cooked and good entertainment was provided.

The pool is small but a nice temperature, and there is also a games area which consists of a pool table, a table tennis table and some comfy chairs where you can relax.

Overall, we were made to feel extremely welcome and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The hotel has great location is close every where and the distance from the beach is 15 minutes by walking. The food was very tasty, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and mr Yusuf the owner was very polite and helpful with everything that we needed. Definitely gonna come back again next year I recommend this hotel 💯 percent, you are gonna enjoy every minute.🙏🤍

Great hotel and great location for the money we paid, we stayed here for 9 nights in room 307, overlooking the main entrance.

The rooms are cleaned to a really high standard and the housekeeper was very friendly and pleasant.

Our room was well maintained and had everything we needed. The beds are firm but we preferred that. I found them really comfy.

Air is just in the bedroom but we just kept the curtains closed in the day and kept the bedroom door open at night to allow it to circulate the cool air and our daughter slept fine in the lounge side.

We ate and drank at the bar in the day, it is more expensive than some of the local bars but I suppose you pay for the convenience. The food was fresh and well cooked and on our first night they made us food quite late when we returned back to the hotel, which I thought was really good of them.

We didn’t notice any issues with people being treated differently, even when not eating or drinking at the hotel.

It was really busy but we never had an issue with getting a sun bed, the pool is quite small but it’s adequate to swim in and cool off.

The location is excellent, follow the storm drains to the beach and bizarre, we found this the quickest route.

We preferred to stay near to the hotel at night rather than walking to the front. We found the Mahal restaurant and Dr Jacks bar, which are just across the road less hassle than the other bars with better food and more reasonable prices but we had some really good nights in the other bars too.

The staff are helpful and we never had any problems with the hotel or the service.

The staff have to deal with a lot of unreasonable demands from some of the guests and I did encounter a rather rude family/group being very difficult and the staff actually dealt with them better than I would have and made every attempt to appease them.

It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s clean, well maintained and excellent value for money in a great location.

Booked as a last minute trip and it was a very good price. However, the rooms were not what I would consider good. The beds were awful, we stayed in room 502, two single beds in the bedroom and a third ‘bed’ in the living room area. The beds were so uncomfortable and I’m pretty sure the third bed was just a base, there was no mattress and it was like lying on a brick. The towels and sheets were also quite stained and sometimes the towels were actually dirty. The hotel generally was fine, staff were lovely. The price of drinks at the hotel were considerably more than anywhere else, the prices were also really inconsistent. I would definitely recommend paying as you go. Food was fine, only ate in the hotel once. The pool was nice and chilled, with music playing all day. Not sure the pool area was cleaned regularly, also rough and sharp edges round the children’s pool. There is no garden. The worst thing about the hotel is the other hotel across the road, the Excelsior complex. 502 is at the back of the hotel and all day to the early hours of the morning you can hear really loud, and most of the time not very good music with the strangest sound effects added in. Our week stay was exhausting. The bad beds and the loud music just meant we could not sleep well at all. If you choose to stay here I’d recommend getting a room at the front.

If you want 4star I suggest you look somewhere else and pay more. Value for money I’d say. Location is perfect for bars and supermarkets. Recommend Parkhead (Celtic bar) good bunch working there.

Taxis at side of apartment approx £3-£5/150-200lira to marina, blue port and the beach, a good 15minute walk but not on a hot day.

Family of three one being our teenage daughter, we didn’t have any issues with her and the workers, only pleasant and helpful. Staff all work hard and if you’re nice to them you may get the same back.

Had an issue with fridge not working but was resolved straight away, did have a disagreement with a worker and had a bit of backwards and forwards and the word ‘stupid’ was directed towards my wife but to be fair we was laughing about it with the worker afterwards. Don’t forget you’re in a country where their culture is different, so it’s not always going to be pleasantry’s when people are complaining, they couldn’t have done enough to help us.

We stayed on the ground floor in room 102 which had a small garden view but if you’re a cat lover please carry on fattening them up and share your pictures as we would love an update :) if your odd and don’t like cats there are only a couple around the main areas.
Two at the pool and bar so

The cost of the drinks/foods, air con, safe, WiFi does need to be looked at as I did find it pricey and happy hour for only 1hour isn’t enough and should have an hour in the day also I feel.

Had to start putting towels on the loungers towards end of holiday which I suppose happens most places but there probably is just enough beds most days and only struggled one in ten days to get one without putting towels out.

Could do with some entertainment in the day and evening but I suppose when you go self-catering this is usually the case.

First time to this apartment. Booked after doing some research and looking at all the great reviews, not 1 bad, so went for it. Booked our holiday through Jet2 package, arrived to be warmly welcomed and introduced to all the staff, from the manager Murat, he is so professional and the same attitude throughout with a bit of banter appearing, ever watchful and works very long hours to oversee every aspect of your stay is as it should be. Next is the barman Cobra, he keeps the entertainment flowing, with his quotations and quips, never ending energy. The apartments are cleaned every day, fresh towels, bedding, toilet roll, bins emptied, sterling job, the swimming pool is not freezing like some, a pleasant cool down, never a problem getting a sunbed, table. Air con in bedroom is a must, so needed, TV, safe package available for a fee, Food available all day through late night, varied menu, reasonably priced from, breakfast to late night snack, in superb area of Armutalan, round corner from main strip there, small shops next to apartments have anything from water to souvenirs, excursion office. Little Park for kids just in front of apartments. These apartments are located in a quiet area, the staff, food, whole package has me going back in October and have also booked for next year, give these a go if you like self catering with everything you need..

Another absolutely fabulous 2 weeks spent at the Aegean Princess, we love it here, fabulous place, so friendly. All staff are wonderful, cannot do enough for you.
Yusuf, Murat, Cobra, Onder and team along with all cleaning staff brilliant.
We couldn't ask for more, rooms are comfortable, everything you need for self catering, aircon is freezing, bedding and towels changed regularly and rooms cleaned daily. Food good and a good variety.
We feel like family from the moment we arrive and it's like home from home.
Sad to leave again, had so many laughs, met some great people and had fun in the pool.
Fabulous, cannot wait to go back, thank you all ❤ x

We booked a last minute booking to Aegean via Jet2 and it was very very reasonable priced. On arrival we checked in and paid £55 for aircon and a safe key and made our way to the 5th floor. The rooms are dated but was clean and spacious. The biggest problem is that the aircon is in the bedroom. We let the children sleep in there and we slept on the sofa bed which was horrendously uncomfortable and not big enough for 2 adults; the pillows were awful. We had to sleep with the fan blowing directly on our face all night as we would have just died of heat, although the children slept soundly. The Aircon really is located in the wrong place and made for a difficult 7 nights’ sleep. The cleaners came daily and the towels were changed once. We used the bar regularly for drinks and lunch, and yes it is more expensive than the local area, but it’s still ridiculously cheap! The staff are an interesting bunch and as the week went on they became much more friendly with us, but unlike other reviews, they were never rude. Cobra and Murat worked exceptionally hard and are basically a two man band. We would go to bed and they would still be there in the morning working. The manager was happy and helpful, and the only staff member that I was wary of was the younger man who worked on reception occasionally. He was a bit seedy and made me uncomfortable but all other staff were excellent. I was a little confused by some of the pictures on TA as it shows a lot of green space, but there is none now, just the pool area and a little courtyard with a pool table in. The pool area is excellent and the pool is clean and a beautiful temperature. The only weird issue is the music they play. It’s far too loud and it was such a weird selection of music for young people which wasn’t always suitable for children including swearing. One day eminem was blaring out, which is fine but perhaps not when you have children running around. Overall, for the price paid I am happy with my holiday, but I’m not sure I would return due to the aircon situation!

Me and my husband arrived at 2:30am after a very long day and they couldn’t find our booking. We eventually got sorted and to our room in the basement at 3:30am to find the key/light card switch hanging off the wall, flickering lights and no light bulb in the area between the rooms and the bathroom. We reported both the next morning along with the microwave which wouldn’t heat anything. The microwave and bulb were replaced immediately but the wattage was so low we had to keep all of the lights on all the time as it was so dark we couldn’t see to cook no matter what time of day it was. The guy on reception came and changed the fuse on the wall and stuck the switch back in place. The next night I was kept awake by the key switch buzzing loudly all night. I eventually got up and removed the key so I could get some sleep. We reported it again and they got an electrician out but within a couple of days, the switch was hanging off the wall again making us very cautious in case we got electrocuted.
The shower is over the bath, the only air con is in the bedroom with a ceiling fan in the living room and the whole apartment needs a massive makeover. Doors were splintered, door frames patched up and very very outdated and in need of a lick of paint. Very basic cooking utensils
On a good note, the hotel pool area is very clean, with plenty of sun beds. There are 3 large supermarkets, plenty of bars, shops and restaurants just around the corner and the bus into Marmaris harbour runs every 10 minutes.
Would we return? Probably not

Was a little bit nervous after reading some negative reviews one here. However when we got to the hotel instantly realised how lovely the staff were. We arrived late so paid for the air con (£35 for the week) and went straight to bed. The apartment was a lot better than expected. Very spacious and clean. The only thing that let it down was that the room did smell of smoke. We had breakfast here in the morning and we were met by the lovely day staff. Breakfast was great. All of the food we had at the hotel was amazing and very fairly priced, as were the drinks. They were happy to exchange money for us too. The pool area was lovely and clean and plenty of sun loungers. To summarise, the staff were friendly and helpful and loved a bit of banter with you. The room was clean and ideal. Food and drinks were amazing for the price. Taxi rank just on the corner opposite and 200 lira (£5) to get into town. We kept the room until 4pm which cost us £25 and to keep it until 7pm was £35 (if they can accommodate). I would recommend this place to anyone and the only reason it isn’t 5* is because of the smoke smell.
