Stayed there solo for 10 days. I dont usually complain about little things post holidays (such as hitting my head numerous times on floor 5's sloped room ceilings and staff lanquage barriers getting meal orders wrong as 2 examples!) but Im afraid I never enjoyed my holiday there. In my 10 nights I was woken between hours of 00.30 and 05.00 4 times in the first 6 nights from the children of adult guests fighting in the corridor (2am) to drunken guests returning to the sister hotel nearby shouting (3.30am) at Turkush staff. That went on for over an hour! A Party in a room at 2am another night etc! An extraordinary amount of guests were smokers as I noticed a fair amount of the staff were too. Its a democracy so no issue with that of course however as the sunbeds are so densely packed, I would have someone smoking so close to me on most days our elbows could touch. As a non smoker, it was difficult and none of the guests would appear to move to another area to light up. This was even the case occasionally in the indoor restaurant. The staff would actually give them an ashtray despite Turkey having the same communal indoor space laws as the UK. Marmaris itself is Benidorm or Blackpool on steroids. Mainly tourist tat shops, bars, fast food outlets and tattoo parlours. Shirtless and helmetless tourists speeding along the roads on quads/scooters arm outstetched filming themselves on their phones. I understand great for some (note my lack of sleep in the early hours!) but not for me.…

First family holiday abroad with our daughters (11 and 15). We travelled on a budget so expectations were quite low/realistic! Club Cettia surpassed all of our expectations. The actual apartments are a little dated and definitely not 4* - BUT our apartment was clean and comfortable and we were thrilled to have a little balcony overlooking the lovely pool area. We stayed half board and thought it was good value for money - plenty of food options and we enjoyed the food - remembering that we were on a budget holiday and therefore not expecting fine dining! The chef/s worked so hard behind the scenes. We had fresh towels and bedding every day and the lady who serviced our room was wonderful - so friendly and helpful ❤️ The pool is lovely and attended to diligently by Neil who has worked at Club Cettia for 18 years - Neil was so lovely and even insisted on carrying our suitcases down at the end of the week and waved us off! 😍 The staff are what really make the stay at Club Cettia - we were particularly served by Dez, Rio and Alex - all of whom were kind, fun and so helpful ❤️ We visited the main Cettia Hotel a couple of times (the Turkish Spa experience was wonderful!) but preferred the quieter, relaxed feel of the apartments and pool area. We took advantage of the 'free' trip to Tiki Beach provided by the hotel and enjoyed a lazy beach day - be prepared to buy lunch/drinks at Tiki Beach Bar for use of sunbeds/private beach - we enjoyed our lunch there. We loved how quiet Marmaris is in October. Approx 20 min walk to beach and then another 15 to the main town and Grand Bazaar. We'd recommend Del Boy - shop opposite the apartments - for essentials like water or inflatables for the pool - super friendly. And 'BatMan', down the road from the apartments for booking excursions. We did a boat trip which was wonderful (but very loud music!!!). We stopped in several coves for swimming in beautiful blue/green, clear water 👌 We had the best experience at Club Cettia and would definitely recommend for anyone on a smaller budget seeking a simple but lovely holiday 😊…

Awful experience. A family of Celtic fans arrived and began washing their green and grey football strips in the pool. They were drinking from the minute the bar opened until the minute it closed. Singing sectarian hate songs and playing IRA tunes

Room- dated but very clean. Cleaners changed towels every day and made beds. Air con was enough to cool the bedroom too Reception - very polite and professional. Especially the one with longer hair and earring (sorry I don’t know name he didn’t have a name tag) Food - very nice. We had breakfast and lunch and one evening meal Drinks - all ok Staff - Alex and Rio were the friendliest and really made our stay there very enjoyable. Local area - it’s at least 20 mins to walk into town (I’m fit) You restaurant - a few mins walk away was amazing you must go there. We went 3 times 😂 Lash in the shop was very nice Trips - we booked from across the road. the boat trip was really good, with swimming and a visit to a village for shopping The jeep safari was awful. Basically each stop off was for a photo opportunity to be charged for. And so strangely planned Sister Hotel next door - nice pool area and slide on all day Spa - had the Turkish bath and massage which was nice The hairdresser woman was very pushy wouldn’t take no for an answer followed us around every day looking at our toes 😂. What's not to like about these apartments ? Arrived and put us in an apartment that was fine but the balcony was overlooking bushes .....I didn't complain but put photos on their face book page stating " not impressed". Within an hour staff came looking for me and gave me choice of 2 rooms , never had service anywhere like this , I was amazed . After swapping rooms cettia apartments has really impressed me , the lads around the pool are genuinely nice lads and always take time with the kids , playing games , throwing them in the pool and really enjoying their work . The staff at reception are faultless and very professional . The cleaners are superb and lovely with it . I would highly recommend the Cettia apartments and the staff to anyone .......I have had 5 cruises , Mexico, .....stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world ..... It's people that make holidays not trivial things and the Cettia apartments should be proud of their staff from maids to management. Well done !!!!!! I hope they read this and hold their heads up high…

Had a fantastic 10 nights here as a family of 3 all staff were amazing, Reception team, Cleaners, Nail the pool manager, All of the waiters around the pool, bar staff, the entertainment team and dont forget the chef's as the food was amazing. They are the hidden heroes. The rooms and pool area was very clean. Would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back. Special shout out to jimmy and alex the waiters made us smile every day. And to nail the pool manager kept ontop of the cleanliness of the pool side and to leo and popey who made the days and evenings enjoyable for everyone. Well done everyone.

Lovely apartments, clean and tidy. The staff are a credit to the hotel, always helpful. The entertainment team do amazingly to accommodate for all. It's not too busy in Oct, but it's not empty either. Would definitely recommend. We will be coming again

Back again for the fourth time and really can't fault the hotel or staff. Leo and Popey are fab. Suat has grown in confidence and is now a fab addition to the team, along with all the new bar staff. We do miss Mustafa's cooking but the food is still amazing and fresh! We've already booked to come back in June x

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff at this hotel couldn't do enough for us! We stayed half board for 10 nights and didn't have a bad meal the whole stay, the food was excellent! Reception staff were friendly and the pool manager, bar staff were extremely entertaining. To many to name them all but stand outs were Jimmy, Dez, Alex and Rio. Good location. Great facilities. If you stay at Club Cettia you also get access to the Grand Cettia hotel and it's facilities, Turkish bath, salon, pools etc.

I loved every minute about the holiday and stay at the cettia apartments the staff was as great and helpful and the pool boy neil very hard working, everyone help you everyday pool clear he is good man everything look after he is a ⭐Alex think that’s is name was great to always asking if needed anything sure that’s his name did party trick with drinks on his head funny lad, in all fairness all staff was amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ definitely go and stay there again
