Just returned from a week stay at this hotel. I was extremely impressed with how they handled the Covid situation, from hand sanitiser, temperature checking and also cleaning of the rooms/communal areas. The restaurant had glass screens put up while the staff placed food on the plates for you. The hotel was extremely well kept and very clean. We had a massage in the spa one day, £50pp for 2 hours and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! My only negative would be lack of entertainment but unsure if this is due to Covid or just the hotels general running. Only one pool so beware of kids! Went for a sunbed at 7am and all taken so not entirely sure what time to get up! Nice location

Leaving here tonight after spending a week here with 2 of my children

My 4 year old especially has lobed every single minute..my moody teenager not so much..and not cause of the hotel hah!
Having been to Oludeniz 3 weeks before arriving here I am amazed at how nice the rooms are!
All newly renovated, the touchscreen tablet on the wall is ace! Led lights in the bathroom. Shower is lush!
I have to praise the cleanliness of the hotel, all workers out constantly through the day and night making sure everything is spotless, rooms are cleaned daily, empty cups and plates taken soon as you've finished although they have a habit of taking your drinks when full if left.
Jack who does bingo and darts is super friendly! I played bingo one day, he was so funny.
The man who does the spa is also super friendly, I booked a turkish bath and massage for me and the kids, the girls who did it I can't fault them at all. They asked how I wanted my massage and went for the anti stress, it was lush!
Breakfast I found was the best food, evening meal wasn't really amazing for me but they do cater for all types of food, I ate out a couple of times just so I wasn't stuck in the gotel all week.
If you want tk go shopping its literally just outside the front of the hotel, definitely barter on price for a good deal!
The WiFi was an issue on our phones but I just used my package on my network provider. Seems to work better sat outside your room than inside.
Most people soo friendly and met some amazing people sone of whom we are keeping in touch with. Some just like to seriously moan about the sunbed situation (please just enjoy your holiday :))..which isn't great as I had to get up at 6am to grab one but soon caught up on sleep. There was a couple of people sat on the floor which wasn't nice. But sadly some grabbed a bed and left it unoccupied most of the day on the odd occasion, but if you have a pool view you will see 2 other hotels next door and the sunbed situation is no different.
Redturant staff super clean too, temp check upon arriving, hand santisiers all over the hotel, there is a member of the resturant staff who needs to chill out lol..its kind of off putting with him racing around like something major has happened haha but he's no harm lol.
There isn't anything for kids to do apart from swim but want to thank whoever it was on the music stand yesterday who played baby shark for my little lewis. He absolutley lovwd that!
We also recieved a snack upon arrival as it was a late night arrival. Fridge wasnt working but that was soon sorted.
I would definitely come back here, maybe without my kids and so I can upgrade to the swim up room lol and recommend this hotel to others for sure!
We are so very lucky to have even got a holiday this year let alone a 2nd one! Thanks Lalila Blue!

Dear Diane, Thank you for your fabulous 5 star review! We understand a holiday with two children could be a challenge, and we are glad to hear that everyone has enjoyed their time at Lalila Blue Suites. As we improve our services we take note of your comments about the situation with sunbeds. Unfortunatelly it's very challenging to ask all guests to follow the rules which are both spoken and written. We will not give up and continue assisting all of our guests who struggle to find a sunbed. We ask everyone to contact our staff at the pool bar if you need assistance. We thank you once again for your time to write a thorough review and wish you a pleasant flight home. We trust we will see you again on another holiday at Lalila Blue Suites. Warm regards,

Before I specifically talk about the hotel I think it is important for you to know that if you do not like getting approached by "salesman" then this area of Turkey is not for you. It was a busy Tourist area with lots of shops to browse and on your doorstep you have bars, restaurants, clothes shops, perfume shops, shoe shops, shops/stalls selling you trips/activities (safaris, boat trips, horse riding etc). I am not exaggerating when I say every single shop you pass you have someone outside approaching you trying to lure you in whether it be for half price drinks, free cocktails, free drinks with the "nice food", cheap boat trip deals, 3 for £20 t shirts - you get my point. Not once were my partner and I able to have a nice romantic walk along the beach or roads because every 2 minutes you are approached and you get followed until you get to the next shop.

Now onto the hotel. Lalila Blue Suites was an absolutely fantastic hotel. Cleanliness was faultless. Pool/Poolside cleaned every evening. At breakfast, lunch and dinner upon entering the restaurant you had your temperature taken. There was always a good selection of food (lunch and dinner differed daily). Pudding was fantastic and my girlfriend says and I quote "possible the best chocolate cake I have ever had." The room was fully air conditioned which we kept on all day which really made getting to sleep easy. The daily entertainment wasn't bad but maybe could have varied - for the week we were there it was only ever darts. Out of 7 nights we were there the evening entertainment was only ever quiz followed by bingo or live music - not faulting this at all but again it could have varied. All in all a very good hotel and one which I would definitely go back to. 100% would recommend to anyone.

We booked this hotel for a quick break during COVID 19. We’ve never been to marmaris before and probably wouldn’t come to this destination out of choice.
The hotel is nicely decorated and feels spotlessly clean throughout, temperatures are taken each time you enter the restaurant and hand sanitizers are around.

Although that’s where the good points stop.
The food is borderline cold unless your there for the restaurant opening at 6:30, the choice is very limited, bland and similar dishes everyday The dishes never really complimented each other so you would end up with a mix match of foods every meal.
Breakfasts were very repetitive, the toast is toasted in batches so by time this is served to you it could have been sat there for ages and becomes stale and dry. This also stops at 9 so there no chance of a sleep in.
The snack bar near the pool was the best meal out of all three.
We were weren’t impressed with the food at all so ate out all nights even though we were on an all inclusive basis as it is so cheap to eat out.

The sunbed situation is a complete joke. By 7am all the sunbeds have been reserved and some people don’t turn up to use them till around dinner time. By 9am the hotel staff start folding the towels up but put them back on the sunbed anyway?
We witnessed a handful of people complain about sunbeds and staff would remove towels, but when the people came down at dinner time they would cause a fuss and get their sunbeds back?!
Due to this we used the beach most days, the hotel has its own section of the beach but this was often full too. Even so, we preferred to use other beach bars as they would give you sunbeds for free for aslong as you were buying drinks and there is no bar at the beach to use your all inclusive.

The entertainment at the hotel was very limited, but I think this is due to the coronavirus. Karaoke and bingo was as good as it got, although Jack is a star to this hotel and tried to make things as lively as possible.
The hotel drinks are VERY limited: watered down beer, wine, local spirits, and 4 ‘cocktails’ which arnt that great either.

Overall this hotel is good for a last minute break away. If I was to rebook this hotel again I would take note of honest reviews like these rather than the 5 star fantastic ones, as they seam to appear in their masses when a honest low rating review is published🤨.

It will be a no return or recommendation from us.

Pros:
Price, location, cleanliness and large rooms with a nice balcony (facing the pool). The cleaning and bar staff were attentive, friendly and always happy to help, although at times with little English

Cons:
Additional cost for WiFi, which keeps logging you out whoch is very frustrating, additional cost for use of a safe, and unbelievably no iron available, instead you can pay the hotel to outsource this service at a cost.
The management/receptionist were not friendly and at times rude. No apology for the internet not being activated until several days after payment despite several calls, no apology for having the electricity in the room turned off requiring a shower in the dark despite other rooms having electricity after a powercut. One would expect at the very least an apology and an inquiry to ensure a shower was taken etc. Instead I was told by the blonde manager/receptionist that 'I had same in my home' with a shrug of the shoulders, the fact I am the customer and not her landlord appears lost on her. Also, we got zero assistance when the taxi to the airport failed to arrive and instead the same woman was disinterested and attempted to justify its non arrival and was less than helpful.

Of course issues arise and accidents happen, but what is remembered is how they are handled. Compassion and an apology would go a long way, which the management and reception staff seem incapable of, perhaps by policy. There is no need to be rude or defensive especially for minor issues. Even the hotels responses to these reviews are often defensive. The management/reception team would do very well to travel to other hotels to see real customer service, or watch and learn how their cleaning and bar staff treat customers.

I would suggest that the extras be included in a slightly increased room price (€10/week), with WiFi that doesn't log you out. Not only will this will reduce the admin time for staff but the customers would not be commenting on the extras (everyone we spoke to mentioned the WiFi/safe in some capacity).

For an all inclusive the food and drink is as expected, good variety, but not to my taste. We ate out quite often. There was some limited entertainment in the evenings (dancers/musicians/bingo) but we chose to go out instead.

For the price, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The games of darts and water polo really brought the guests together and made for a great atmosphere amongst families, couples and friends. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5, is due to the attitude of the management/reception staff.

Currently staying at lalila Hotel, be warned about the hidden costs. First you have to pay £10 for tv upgrade as there are only Turkish channels. Then you have to pay £20 for your safety deposit in your room, but finally you have to pay £13 for WiFi in your room, but it gets better, that's for 1 person, if there are 2 people like my wife and myself it's £26 and so on. Although the Hotel is clean and modern the food isn't great. The staff at the pool are great but reception not so. Will never come or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear John, thank you for writing on Trip Advisor. The fees you mention are for 1 week and those are not hidden fees. These services are additional, because they are not included in your holiday package. For that reason you may choose to pay and use for those or not. Our hotel offers free WiFi in the hotel lobby. We would like to kindly ask you to express your issues to our management team. We have open door policy and will listen and resolve any issues while you are here with us. It is our priority to provide the best holiday experience to everyone. That's why it is important to communicate those directly to us at the hotel. If you refrain from personal contact which is totally understood in this year's pandemic conditions, we have a 'contactless' communication tool right on the wall in your room. Our digital screens are there for you to send messages to all hotel departments. We will be happy to resolve any issues at our hotel for you. Please contact us.

I’m currently staying during the COVID 19 nightmare, hotel is quite a small hotel and me and my 2 sons are staying in a double room. The room is small with limited space but it’s a nice modern room. Can’t sit on balcony as there is no room due to air con unit. We have a pool view. Air con in room is good. You pay extra for safe and English channels. 30.00 In total. Not enough sun loungers for amount of guests so you have to get up early to reserve which I hate but I have no choice. Gym and indoor pool open limited how many people and what you can use. Food is quite nice, you have to queue to be served, snack bar standard burgers etc. Very little entertainment but think that was before COVID too. Not much for kids other than the pool which is quite small. Staff are polite and friendly.
I would prefer a non smoking area of pool, as there’s a lot of smokers.
There is a private beach area but no beach bar for this hotel. However it is just around the corner, and I couldn’t find a lounger as it was so busy so used another bars loungers, free if you buy drinks/food drinks which are cheap.
I’m wAiting to see if I can reserve room as we fly back home late so have to wait till day before I’m praying we can. Asked about upgrade to a suite a bigger room this was 60.00 per night which I thought was too expensive. Rooms with small plunge room are expensive and can only be used by 2 people. They are not swim up rooms it has to be noted!
Overall a good holiday just shame there’s not much entertainment TUI state the entertainment have one day off a week, but I think with COVID going on they could do aqua aerobics or something.
Good exchange rate in Piccadilly across road.
Would I stay here again, yes, when not as busy.

We've just spent 18 wonderful days a Lalila Blue Suites.
This hotel is set in a great location near to all amenities and just a 5 min walk to the beach.
Food was plentiful and always a good choice and excellent quality.
The rooms are lovely and very modern but could do with more storage space.
Also better Wi-Fi is needed for the rooms.
We would like to say a special thankyou to all staff who worked hard to make sure everything we needed was met and always with a smile.
Not much of a animation team (maybe because it was end of season?) but Haribo has to be the best ever at keeping everyone entertained .
The pool area is kept spotless (like the rest of the hotel) and fresh towels are supplied every day.
Would we go back to Lalila Blue?? YOU BET!!!
Looking forward to going back next year and hopefully we will see the wonderful staff that made us feel like family.
Thank you.

Like most of the people in the reviews we booked this destination and hotel due to COVID-19.

we booked 4 days before travelling with TUI tbf we got what we paid for £550 for a week all-inclusive. The hotel has recently been modernised which you can definitely tell, let’s start with the room we was kindly upgraded to a bigger room, we was in L15 which is right next to the lobby and reception so of a nighttime quite noisy and a balcony was facing the main road and next to a restaurant. The rooms are a good size and a decent bathroom(The A/C played up a bit but the manager sorted it ASAP!

Due to Covid the restaurant/food areas are a bit restricted as expected The food was good not many options to choose from we decided to eat out a couple of nights as it was very cheap.

First day around by the pool we realised this wasn’t for us not very relaxing with music and overcrowding so we headed to the hotel beach which was a 3 minute walk away much better and peaceful but on the second day we found the perfect place Vamos Beach club which was right next door definitely worth checking this out.

I know most people don’t like to work out when they go on holiday but me and my partner did and the gym opening hours wasn’t very flexible 9am opening and closed at 5pm.

Would highly recommend you get a Turkish bath in the hotel was the best massage I think I’ve ever had worth every penny.

Overall I would give this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars, Nice and modern but definitely room for improvement.

Cons:

*The safe is for an extra charge at £40 for two weeks :O
I don't know why, because it doesn't cost anything extra to run, it's already there, so it's unreasonable to ask this much for something that is already sitting in the room. We've stayed in other Hotels previously where the safe was already included in the price.

*Laundry cleaning was too expensive at £1 per item, you can have it done much cheaper in town and it smells nicer.

* The hotel has state of the art electronic room management system, but it is of no use when the cleaners are ignoring the messages displayed. They would enter and clean our rooms, even when we selected the Zzzz's (no room service please)
With that said, the cleaning ladies were super friendly and hardworking.

* Sauna, Indoor Pool, and Gym are accessible for all-inclusive TUI clients, only during few limited hours, that was a big disappointment as in other hotels access is not limited in such manner.

*The choice for cocktails was poor compared to other hotels, for example Mojito is only available on a La Carte. In the downstairs bar, only the young Turkish lady (I don't remember the name unfortunately) knew how to make a proper Pinna colada cocktail, waiters were nice but had very limited command of English (reception lady included) so ordering drinks, was problematic at times.
Personally, instead of two alcoholic bars, I miised a vitamin bar, as there was limited choice of fruits overall (no fruit cocktail in the restaurant) no watermelons, kiwis, bananas, pineapples, pomegranates etc.

Pros:

*Food was freshly made in house, very good choice of sweets.

Little and repetitive choice of meat with that said the meat was grilled which gave it an extra nice flavour. It was also undercooked on one occasion, probably cooked too fast.
The Snack Bar was superb, it had a rich menu for a 'snack bar', which included fresh pizza, the gentleman behind the snack bar, was very willing and had a very good command of English.

*Wi-Fi was very reliable and included in the TUI package.

*Hotel is very modern and clean.

*Shoutout to Ekaterina, she's a very pleasant staff member.

Overall, I would say it was very average experience for a 5* hotel, it's a good place for people who like to go out and about, but I would avoid if you like staying at the hotel all the time, as you will get bored.

Dear Guest, thank you for choosing us for your holiday. we do provide free Wifi at the public area of the hotel (like lobby, around the pool, snack bar, restaurant etc.) however according to our contract with the travel agancies we may provide free wifi in the rooms or not. Ultra all inclusive hotels may provide free safebox or extra channels on tv but in all inclusive hotels these items are chargable. Best regards,
