Came here recently for 10 days b&b as soon as we arrived we were met by hotel staff who carried our bags up to our room , check in was easy and quick reception staff very helpful and polite , got to our room and we were shown how to work the air con which is free also the safe which is £1 per day . Our room was a sea facing room although this did cost more when we booked but it was our choice . View was of the pool and sea this was stunning, room had everything we needed including a small fridge tea makings and hair dryer also complimentary shampoo etc .the rooms were cleaned every day also clean towels , we opted for 2 beach towels as well .breakfast was fruit , pastries rolls crusty bread ,toast , cakes , paninis cereals beans sausages and a choice of boiled scrambled fried eggs also omelettes all made fresh .all the breakfast staff were great and very attentive the only down side was not all of the food was covered (saw quite a few flies ) although all the hot food had covers , the beach was great although the beach was gravel till about 10foot into the water , the pool was lovely and the bar staff and beach staff brilliant food / drink served to your lounger weather pool or beach , check out again brilliant and we opted for a late check out this was £25 I’ve stayed at places with cheaper and dearer checkouts but it was our decision , would I stay at this hotel again 100% location was nice and quiet but not far from anything my only gripe was the WiFi would recommend a WiFi box from lots of places around thank you Marbella hotel will be back .

Two weeks 4th to 17th September 2022, what a location bang on the seafront, given sea view room 115, very modern & kept spotlessly clean by our maid we also enjoyed her daily towel & flower displays, breakfast for me personally was shocking, if you can spend 2 weeks eating eggs you’ll be fine, the food in the hots plates was cold, they must have realised it was only touched by guests on their first day, I asked if a microwave was available on my first day, was told by another guest the hot plates where broken, not sure what time the bread, cakes, meats, cheese & cereal was put out, it was stale, sweating or sour, my breakfast for two weeks, toast, cheese slice of tomato & coffee, for this reason we never booked the highly rated hotel restaurant. My second gripe & almost every other guest is hotel WiFi, non existent in the rooms & round the pool, you had to sit in the reception to get any connection, the signal was stronger from the surrounding hotels & bars, receptionist told me it was because too many where using it, not at half past one in the morning when most where in bed?
Pool area brilliant, due to the heat we spent most days around the pool & later in the day moved to the private beach, where we had a laugh & conversation with a good happy crowd, pool bar & staff are excellent for a daytime & late night drinks, only let down on our very last day when the barman topped up a luke warm flat pint of Effes from under the counter, hats off he did replace it when he realised I had emptied it on to the beach & saved me parting with the excellent tip I planned to give, you’ve got to watch them.
All in all fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean in a wonderful location, but sadly in 2022 public need access to WiFi for general day to day use eg. tickets, apps, maps & keeping in contact with family members Facebook WhatsApp & the denial by reception staff of its connectivity, the inedible breakfast selection unless you like eggs, I would reluctantly try a different hotel in this area for what’s been a fantastic enjoyable holiday.

I would have no issue in recommending this hotel to anyone.
It was my first time in Marmaris and initially was looking at a lot of hotels that seemed to have thousands of 5 star reviews.... after digging a bit deeper it seems the animation teams pressure people in these hotels to leave great review while they watch you do it and as you dig deeper you'll find the genuine reviews and it put me off every single hotel I had thought would be great. Soooo after a lot of research I came across the Marbella and seen that many of the reviews were from people who didn't just have 1 trip advisor review but in some cases had reviews hundreds of places. I have not seen a single bad review on hotel marbella either on here or Facebook pages I've found.
And now having stayed there I know why.
I paid the extra for a sea view room and my god the view from the 4th (top floor) was incredible. The pool is very small but usable for a cool down you may struggle to get a sun bed here peak season but who cares because the private section of the beach is about 10 steps away and you will get a sun bed with table and umbrella if you want to use it anytime of the day. I could go at 8, 9, 10 or 2 o clock and there were always lots of beds available with the most incredible views, drinks can be taken to the beach with no issue and there is a guy who will bring you drinks from the bar, obviously these have to be paid for as the hotel is only bed and breakfast.
The breakfast selection was good and all that I did try was great even having fresh poached, fried eggs or omelettes made for you by the friendly lady. All staff in the hotel were friendly and would say hello or ask how your day was from the reception guys to the cleaners. There was an issue with the toilet not flushing I showed a cleaner as she was nearby and this was fixed within 40 mins.
Safe is only a pound a day if you want one. Beach towels can be hired for pound which we kept for the week. The room had everything we needed and bed sheets and towels were changed daily without fail which is a big thing for me to have fresh towels daily. The cleaners all worked to a high standard and there was always some form of towel art left for you on your bed, I've seen swans, love hearts, boats and this is a great little touch. The hotel was spotless throughout and seems relatively recently refurbed in the last few years.
The location was good yes you're a good walk from the marina area but the dolmus or taxis are cheap. There's endless amounts of water sports, boat trips, excursions etc you can book along with the bazaars, the strip, the marina, the nightly water fountain shop at 9pm. Stacks or great bars and restaurants within a very short walk from the hotel, the hotel also has an A la Carte restaurantand you can eat on the jetty. I had a great time in the Hotel marbella it's not a huge, crazy hotel but I liked that. Honestly I would recommend highly

Just returned today from Marbella beach hotel.
Stayed in 302 sea view room, lovely room very clean, aircon great, shower is to die for, so powerful. Has safe, fitted wardrobes, just plenty of space.
Bed was huge, clean bedding daily and fresh towels daily, basically no complaints.
Booked b +b
I’m not really a morning eater but went down for a brew. The food was Ok!
Usual standard breakfast stuff that you accept, but you get omelettes and eggs made for you upon asking.
No sooner have you just eaten or drank your last mouthful, the young waiters remove your plate, they clean up constantly without giving you time to chew your food or what’s left!!
Getting a pool side lounger is no problem it’s not really that busy with having its own beach aswell. Pool side sun fades about 3pm actually on the pool, but you can stay out and still receive the sun is you move your lounger constantly.
The bar and food around the pool are great, the food is ideal everyday with a great choice, and good service aswell. Saving you time to keep going for a look around.
The beach is lovely
Faran who works the beach really does do a great job, runs around all day, keeps people from the beach unless you reside in the hotel, he will get you anything and makes you feel welcome, he then cleans every bed up every night at 6pm ready for the next day.
It has its own pier for Al a carte menu in the evening, looks lovely but we never went.
If your looking for a hotel, that’s friendly, clean, peaceful, relaxing, and away from the hussle, with only a short walk, then choose this.
Icemeler was 10tlr on a bus, or 100tlr in a taxi.
Recommend from this hotel a boat trip and see REG who is on the seafront, what a pleasant helpful friendly guy.

Having spent a fortnight next door in the grand azur Last year I had reservations about coming here but what a surprise this hotel is. Stayed in room 212 front sea view . Staff are Awsome especially Elmor gokan and ocan also the beach guy fez. I don’t know the spelling of the guys names sorry. Breakfast was lovely and the snack bar is really cheap we used to have chicken wraps and chips for £2 each wow. 2ltr of water is 70p at hotel bar. Hotel is so clean and tidy as the cleaners work tirelessly to keep it that way. Pool is great also as is the beach area. Pool area is cleaned in the evening and following morning every single day. Rooms are small but you got everything you need. Safe. Fridge kettle and hairdryer also soap shower gel and shampoo. Towels are changed every day also beach towels are free and can be changed every day if u want to. Bar area is great aswell
Never tried the ala cart in the evening so can’t comment. This hotel is situated in the quieter area of Marmaris and is perfect location. Local shop is behind this hotel literally 50 yds away that has everything you need. There’s a boat taxi 50 yards away that’ll take you to icemeler and turunc for couple of pounds. Taxi to harbour and grand bazar is only £3 top of street. All in all fantastic b&b and will definitely book here for next year
Only downside is Wi-Fi is poor but I rented a Wi-Fi box for 2 weeks
Couldn’t fault our 14 day stay amazing staff

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The hotel was spotless with cleaning staff always on hand and the bar and restaurant team go out of their way to help you. The rooms are a little small but as most face the sea with a balcony it does not really matter. Soydan in the restaurant is both professional and extremely helpful and the lady that cooks the omelettes, fried eggs, poached eggs etc at breakfast is a real sweetheart. There’s also a choice of various fruits, cheeses, cold meats, pastries, 5/6 different types of breads and also scrambled eggs and baked beans. If you want to stay in Marmaris this is the place to stay. It has its own pool and private beach and is right on the promenade for strolls and near some English-themed pubs and bars but if you want something more cosmopolitan the harbour is a £5 taxi ride or a 75p Dolmus ride away.

Fabulous hotel not too big, lovely staff, rooms were perfect with amazing sea views (upgrade), good bathroom with spacious shower, cleaned exceptionally every day by the lovely staff, good quality bedding and towels, it always smelt so lovely when returning from the beach. The end rooms with the extra windows could do with blackout blinds as it was very bright. Breakfast was plentiful, hot items, fresh eggs made by the lovely lady everyday, various breads and cold items, excellent fresh fruit choices including the amazing strawberries. The beach area was relaxing with cushioned loungers, we never had any problem finding a sun bed and the beach service for drinks and food was good. Nice lunch menu available but personally would have preferred a little bit more Turkish options. Lovely evening eating out on the pier with a varied menu choice available. You can walk to Icmeler or marmaris along the sea front but the dolmus was great to use in the heat, the orange one going to Icmeler is 15tl cash only or the Marmaris one same but you can pay by contactless, they run literally every few minutes, loved this. Recommend the taxi boat to small peaceful Turunc which was good for a bit of shopping and lunch but go early as it gets very busy afternoons when the tourist boats arrive.

Have just returned from 11 night here, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast was good, with lots of variety - certainly recommend the omelettes, which were well made by both chefs, although I have to agree with the previous reviewer about the hot plates – everything in them was lukewarm – although there was certainly more than just eggs available – toast, pastries, cereals, fruit and continental offerings all available for those with an open mind. The shower was great as everyone else has said, and we had no issues with it cutting out.

There are some negatives which is why it didn’t get a 5 star review – the wifi was variable - though not as bad as I'd read - we were first floor so I wonder if that makes a difference, The aircon has an unfixable issue whereby if you open the balcony door, it automatically switches off. That might be fine for some, but for myself and my wife, who have different sleep patterns. it wasn't so good. Finally, surface space was really at a premium, a couple of extra shelves in addition to the one length of wood where the tea making facilities is would have made all the difference.

That said, I would come back, even knowing the above, as location is excellent, and it's a peaceful spot.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. It was immaculately clean, the staff work extremely hard and at all times polite, friendly and professional and the location is ideal, right on the beach front, lots of restaurants and amenities within the area including a big supermarket.

The rooms were cleaned everyday, with fresh towels provided. There is a mini fridge which is useful for getting a few snacks etc for the room. Kettle and tea making facilities are provided.

The shower pressure is fantastic and hot water available at all times.

The room was spacious, we got upgraded to a suite room (101) which overlooked the beach. It's definitely worth the extra money for a sea view.

Breakfast had everything you could possibly want and is buffet style. There is a egg station where the chef will make omelette, poached eggs or fried eggs upon request. There are pastries, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereal and hot offerings including beans, eggs etc.

The pool is on the small side, but I liked this as there were few children. The hotel appears to appeal to an adult audience which is nice. Everyone is there for the same reason to recharge the batteries.

We always manged to get a lounger and when the pool was in the shade at around 3.30pm we retreated to the loungers on the beach. The loungers were wiped down and cleaned daily. There were also free inflatables (Lilos and rings) for guests which was a nice touch.

Food at the hotel was of a really high standard and would recommend the al carte meal on the jetty in the evening (hotel guests get 10% off). Watching the moon come up over the sea was a highlight for me.

However the absoutle highlight was the Spa. While this is located at the sister hotel (sunrise) just a two minute walk away, the treatments were incredible and extremely well priced. Me and my mum had the deluxe package which included the Turkish bath, full body massage, reflexology and a facial and were in the spa for 3 hours, and all this for just £66pp. The spa is not to be missed trust me.

All in all, me and my mum had a really chilled, relaxing holiday and I am so glad we picked this hotel. We booked with easy jet holidays and everything was very smooth including the transfers. The centre of Marmaris is very chaotic and full on and so staying that bit removed was perfect. This is definetly somewhere where I would consider returning and can see why this hotel is so well liked.

First time staying at The Marbella. One of the nicest, cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Great location for beach . The staff make this hotel, cleaners, restaurant , reception and bar staff all very professional and nothing too much trouble. We can understand why people return to this little gem and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks to everyone for making our stay such an enjoyable one.
