Spent two weeks here just before it closed for the end of the season. Generally impressed by most aspects of the hotel, my room was spacious, well maintained and very clean. The bed was very firm, resulting in a sore back in the morning, after no improvement after three days I asked for a mattress topper, this was supplied same day and the bed became much more comfortable.
The hotel was very clean throughout. Sanitizers were available as well as masks, however there was no compulsion to wear them anywhere in the hotel, and most guests did not,
There was a good selection of food at both lunch and dinner, not always to my taste, but I always found something. An alternative at lunchtime was the snack bar at the large pool where you could get burgers and other food. Late afternoon you could also get ice cream here. The hotel is all inclusive and the drinks were quite acceptable. I drank mostly beer, which was Efes, but also some cocktails in the evening, which were also acceptable.
Being so late in the season the hotel was far from capacity, so it was relatively easy to get a sunbed at both of the pools. In high season, although there would be more sunbeds, I imagine it would be difficult. There were plenty of sunbeds at the beach, but again demand was low, so it was always easy to get one. The beach is grit rather than sand, with pebbles closer and just into the water. A pair of water shoes is a good idea to make it more comfortable to walk on.
Location is good, there are plenty of bars and restaurants around, and you can get a dolmus at the front to take you into Marmaris centre, or to Iclemer, and there is a taxi rank opposite the entrance.
Staff were great, very friendly and helpful , special mention for Selin who was best of the lot. There was some daytime activity, I did not participate, so cannot pass comment, but the evening entertainment was dire. Showtime at 9.30 consisted of some form of dance act, but lasted for between 10 and 15 minutes, so definitely not worth staying in for when there was more on offer away from the hotel. As the number of guests decreased, evening entertainment ceased, probably understandably, although other nearby hotels seemed to still have some.
Where I feel that there is room for improvement, most four star hotels do not charge for the safe, but here it was 2 euros per day. In most other hotels I have stayed in recently there has been free Wifi throughout, here it is only free in the lobby area, but can be supplied to your room for again 2 euros per day. With only paper place mats on bare wood tables, the restaurant does not give the impression of a four star hotel.
I did enjoy my stay, and would return. I was in block A, where apparently the rooms are bigger than in B, but if you are in B you may be in a room facing the busy main road, I imagine that would not be a pleasant experience.

i’m currently here with my family ,myself my hubby my mum and my two children on a two week holiday. we have found the hotel to be really clean with clean towels and bedding everyday which is great. The cleaners are lovely and put special shapes on the beds with towels and the sheets and rose petals . they work very hard and our room is spotless.
The entertainment team is the main reason i have scored this hotel so high they are more helpful than any of the other staff and my kids absolutely love ali and mimos who are fantastic ,fun and really funny.
The reception staff the bar staff and the servers are rude, unhelpful and unfriendly 99% of the time, we had issues with the “in room wifi” and the reception staff were just horrible in trying to sort it out telling us basically it won’t work and we can’t get a refund because there’s no record of us paying.
the shower runs scolding hot then freezing cold during the evening busy time’s which isn’t great with kids.
you need to be up really early if you want a space by the pool but this is the same everywhere i have been to but it’s annoying when you see people leave towels out all day on the beds and don’t use them, the staff do nothing to help even when it’s happening 4 days in a row.
the food we found is ok but not great, the lunch is nice but he prepared to queue ! There’s no social distance when queueing(only when the entertainment team are on the meal time shift) and watch out some rude people just push in when you have been waiting for 15 mins, again the staff let this happen.
You can’t get things like ice creams and snacks all day which is a bit annoying ice cream hour slot is at 5 just before the kids dinner not great!
It’s a shame because it could be a brilliant hotel if all the staff would be a bit more like the entertainment staff and just be nice not rude !
unfortunately i don’t think we will be back but if like to thank the entertainment team for keeping us happy and making our holiday so great one more week to go 😁 xxx

Just returned from a weeks stay here and had a pleasant stay . Ok the foods a little repetitive but there’s always plenty of choices we particularly enjoyed the salad bar .
There was a lot of occasions we had to queue for our food but the staff work tirelessly to keep waiting to a minimum so you don’t have to wait to long . All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Sun beds were a problem If you were a late riser but we always managed to get on on the beach before 7.45 am
The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was people who were not guests of the hotel but bought anything from the ala carte restaurant could use the sun beds on the beach which considering the shortage of beds is wrong in my eyes
The hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean , staff were very good we would return without hesitation.

Stayed here in September 2020 and was disappointed by the standards of the hotel. Areas of the hotel itself were lovely, nice pool area and beach area etc however...
Rooms: dirty and upon arrival, we were left with a half used toilet roll (unhygienic in any circumstances let alone in a global pandemic), a previous guests medication was found under the bed along with dirt and dust, bed sheets were never changed throughout the whole stay, continuously had to ask for coffee and water, came back to the room on some days to find we had no towels, floors dirty daily, rubbish left in the room and a beach bag was taken from our room (containing a few empty bottles) and when asked we were simply told they hadn't took it-maybe keep an eye out for the hotel ghost!
Food: little choice, felt like we were begging for food given that we had to be served by staff. Hurried along by staff when choosing food and often given the wrong foods. When securing tables with drinks staff would still take them away, often no cutlery on tables also. Snack bar open from 12-4 however if you happen to go at 4pm then please expect the food that has been there since 12pm. Queues can be extremely long throughout all meal times so in the end we tended to eat out mostly because it simply wasn't worth the hassle.
Towels: beach towels can only be returned between 4pm and 6pm so if you have any excursions booked that return after 6pm or happen to go out for the day then expect to have dirty towels as they will not swap them for you out of those hours!
Staff: generally rude making you feel like you're a burden to them (besides one guy in the restaurant who was exceptionally pleasant) pretty helpless, never on time when things are supposed to open and rather ignorant.

If you would like a short stay then this is a good hotel considering its perfect location, nice pool and nice interior however I would stay clear if you would like an all inclusive holiday. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a week and it was a complete letdown. The rooms was very basic and when the cleaners come in they only took rubbish and made the bed.
The food was exactly the same all day everyday. You had to stand in a line for up to an hour to get served food.
We complained 7 times about the noisy neighbour to be offered a down graded room.
Never once did they wipe down the sun loungers and people were putting their towels on them then going out all day.
After checking out we had a late flight home so we was allowed to leave the suitcases in their secure baggage room. We asked if we could have a shower coz we was sweaty to be told we could use the spa showers when we got their they made every excuse why we couldn’t. So returned to reception for them to just say it’s ok.
Wi-Fi in your room is charged at 2TL a day per person per device

I would NOT recommend this hotel it should be a 2* maybe 3* at a push.

The stay was lovely but we wouldn’t return.
The mattress was so hard the reception offered us a topper to soften the hard bed. We were moved as my wife couldn’t stand facing into the main road. The pools were clean and the food was repetitive and not as good as previous hotels visited in Marmaris.
The waiters didn’t provide cutlery and the place was way too busy having to que for food every evening.
The staff were pleasant and most helpful on reception ... however they need to teach the waiters the same courtesy.
The place is clean but could do with an update in the rooms.
They need to spend more money on food choice we eat out do not to avoid the stress of long ques and repetitive food. We don’t drink either but when we decided to have the odd drink the waiters were damn ignorant. Poor choice also.
Lots of foreign people which I don’t mind at all providing they have the same manners I was raised with .... the majority DONT !

We won’t return here as we felt the service is below average along with the food and basic rooms with park bench mattresses

Currently here for 2 weeks, been just over a week, i wouldn't want to stay any longer than 5 days, food there is a selection all just average, the dishes they are making in front of the hot plates is sat next to the chef for dinner service(meaning raw chicken is sat next to them in a 30L serving tray for 2 hours).
Drinks very disappointing, you would need 15 within the hour to feel anywhere near drunk, must be very very cheap, cocktail menu "swimming pool" along with the others all turn out green
Pool area dirty litter everywhere as there is no bins to put anything in too even if other guests wanted to, it is cramped around the main pool area with 4 rows of beds by the snack bar with no more than 10mm between them, by either pool if you want to get a decent enough sun Bed with a parasol be prepared to wake and get down for 8am.
Bar staff don't seem happy to be there, feel like it is a mither for them to make you a drink bar 1 or 2.
I don't get the hype over the entertainment we haven't seen anything yet worth staying in for(kids disco is the same with the same songs in the exact order everyday) currently tonight sat in a music quiz where you need to put your hand up for the answer. With the hotel getting busier instead of proper tables they now are using the tables for the sun loungers at night.
As a positive the ice cream is nice, branded Walls ice-cream, the lights outside the rooms indicate if it is occupied so there is no need to be woken by the cleaner and they clean the room with fresh towels each day without fail. Happiest in the hotel is the black bird round the quieter pool.
Very disappointing considering. Won't be returning and don't take the excellent reviews at face value!

We have just returned from pasa beach, we were really looking forward to staying after reading great reviews ?? we arrived early morning and our first impression was a dismal dim looking entrance and reception, we were the only arrivals so quickly got to our room, it had a awful smell, We thought it was chip fat smell so next morning we asked to to moved to a better room, we got a nice pool view room on the first floor which cost us £90 extra, worth it we thought until about 1-30 am when they cleaned the pool area under our room, the awful noise of sunbeds and chairs being constantly pulled and scraped while cleaning and people talking woke us, if it wasn’t 1-30 it was 5-30am so we never had a good sleep the whole time we were there, we also paid extra for a room safe which we then found out talking to other guests was useless. All you had to do was put 00 00 00 on the keypad and it will override your code and open it, Hope this is fixed, I mentioned this as did other guests to reception who were aware of it and said it would rectified, I wonder, broad band is non existent in the rooms or pools and only works in reception, I asked reception about this and he said that would also be fixed that day, it wasn’t, we hated the big pool area, far too noisy and loud and the buffet food there was awful, even watched them trying to make stale buns soft in the oven, the main restaurant is tired looking and not a nice place to enjoy your food, we could manage to eat something at breakfast and we lived on soup for dinner but ate out most of our holiday in the evening, the evening meals were repetitive and poor quality, we did not budget for eating out as it was all inclusive, the evening entertainment was poor and mainly left to the young entertainment team to get people up to make daft games etc. no proper acts that we saw, it’s not a 4 star and nearly not a 3 star, the beach bar is al a carte so you pay for everything, it is clean though, it is handy for shops, we definitely won’t be back to Pasa Beach though underwhelmed and disappointed.

The hotel is very dated, reception area dark and unwelcoming, just like the unfriendly staff, who are quite rude. I had to complain that room service had not been in my room, day four, and that dirty dishes had been abandoned in the corridor for four days, the staff were not interested. The room was cleaned in a lazy fashion, but dirty marks remained on the floor and not all the bed linen was changed, the dirty towels were not replaced.
Food was very poor and repetitive, ate out five nights, as did most people. Drinks also poor quality.
The hotel was overcrowded, difficulty getting a sunbed every day, unless you joined the masses and put your towel on a bed before 7.30am. Towels were on sun beds all day whilst the owners spent the day on the beach. No social distancing around the pool areas. Small pool was clean, but the terraced area around it was dirty, any spilt drinks were there for days, flip flops stuck to the floor. Can't comment on large pool, never stayed there, too many people. Can't comment on the entertainment, never stayed in, too overcrowded. Will never return to this hotel.
Go self catering in an apartment, there a lots of fantastic restaurants in the area and very cheap but good quality food.

I have been to this hotel three times, october2017, then again end of Sept2018, then end of july2019.

I am looking to book again for next year to come back to this amazing hotel! Hotel cleaned, rooms cleaned daily, thr tables around the pool are cleaned repeatedly after use.

The reception staff are really helpful, and willing to answer any enquiries you may have.

The only thing I disliked, and it had nothing to do with the hotel, was people pushing to get served at the bar first, they had no patience.
