We stayed at Osmaris Boutique Hotel and really cannot complain about anything. When we first arrived, I was reluctant about using the toilet as the toilet seat was slightly grubby, but the manager replaced it with a new one the following day. We had a sea view room, which was absolutely stunning. The room had a double and a single bed, a dressing table, wardrobe, safe, a fridge, a television and a small round table and chairs on our balcony. The bath room was well equipped with a large mirror, a hairdryer, large shower and a bidet.

The cleaners were amazing and nothing was too much for them. They provided fresh towels and sheets at our request and ensured that essentials such as toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, soap never ran out in the bathroom.

The waiters downstairs were all friendly and very welcoming.
My only grumble was that Marmaris itself, didn't cater with traditional food. The food at our hotel was lovely and clean and the chef was amazing. Infact, I'd say it was cheaper, cleaner and tastier to eat at the hotel. Everyone was genuinely
very nice to us.

The hotel has a private beach and has 2 swimming pools for adults and a small pool for children. The hotel is well maintained and clean.

All in all we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

There is a pharmacy across the road from the hotel and the 2 gentleman that worked there were amazing and genuine.

We also loved the fact that you can literally hail a bus wherever you are.

We had a very relaxing holiday....

TUI placed my booking wrongly with the hotel and then didn’t seem to care when I arrived - however the hotel promptly sorted everything. Their reception service is nothing short of superb for listening and action, and Selen should go and train the TUI customer service centre!!
Daily servicing of rooms - housekeeping are very friendly.
The guys serving on the beach and in the bar restaurant are very friendly and unimposing too.
The whole atmosphere and experience with the Orsmaris was so relaxing and such a pleasure.
... & all while they are clearly taking the COVID rules seriously

Lovely hotel not overcrowded plenty of space. Having the option to straight on to the beach or to the pool is amazing. There are 2 pools and found them both quiet could spend all day chilling there. Staff are so helpful and friendly carrying our cases to our room and bringing them back down. Rooms are cleaned daily and are in great condition some of the rooms have beach views which are beautiful. The hotel is a 5/10 mins dolmus ride to the main marmaris strip so it’s set in a quiet area as a family we have had an amazing relaxing time just what we needed.

We’ve just returned from Marmaris for the 5th time and this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, location great. Fabulous rooms, we were in 607 on the 2nd floor the sea view rooms are definitely worth the extra money , I love that this hotels smaller and more personal, very member of staff we encountered were kind, polite and professional, food was good and no mad dash queues at breakfast. Rooms spacious and beds lovely and comfortable. Only wish we had stayed for longer! And no fighting for sun beds!! Thank you for a wonderful stay have a great summer

The hotel is sea-facing with idyllic views and its own private beach. There are always plenty of sunbeds. There is a beautiful peaceful garden at the rear of the hotel with two pools. The hotel is situated halfway between Marmaris marina and Icmeler in a quieter part of Marmaris.

The restaurant looks out to the sea with magnificent views of the surrounding area. Breakfast is available from 8am to 10am. The breakfast fare is good but limited. You can have a freshly cooked omelette which is delicious. My wife and I had a tasty evening meal in the restaurant on several occasions. The meals and drinks are competitively priced. Service is generally ok but the waiters can be a bit overfamiliar at times. Although the hotel is quiet the restaurant tends to play dance type music throughout the day. This can be annoying more especially in the evening when trying to enjoy a relaxing meal.

Our room looked out over the sea with fabulous views of the bay and the surrounding hills. The balcony was large but it can get very hot as it receives the sun for most of the day. The bed was big and comfortable. The room, bathroom and shower are all a good size. It was quiet at night.

There are a few maintenance issues which need addressing. eg. loose ladder in the pool and a loose rail which leads into the sea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Orsmaris Hotel. It is ideal if you are looking for a quieter stay in the Marmaris area.

We spent 7 nights at the Orsmaris Boutique Hotel during the last week of March 2023 and it was fabulous. The room we stayed in (304) was spotlessly clean and tidy, with ample space for all our belongings. We opted for a sea view room, and if your budget can stretch that far we’d highly recommend it as the view when the sun is coming up is fabulous. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was very good and we’d highly recommend trying the Menemen, it was lovely. One point to note is that this hotel is at the far end of the main beachfront strip, and the walk to the far end of the marina is about 3 miles. Whilst we loved it, as we like walking and taking in the sights and sounds, it might not suit everyone. If you wanted to walk to İçmeler, this is about 2.3 miles away along a pleasant sea facing walkway. Great hotel and would stay here again if we ever came back to Marmaris.

We arrived late, we booked in and was shown our ground floor room which was very small for three adults we had two single beds, and one pull out bed which was very unsuitable for my granddaughter as she is tall and her legs was sticking out of the bed / chair. I phoned reception and told them this is not what we booked, she said it was only for one night we will sort it out tomorrow. We also found out the patio lock was broken as well so this was unlocked all night I complained about the door to the woman on reception and she put the phone down on me.
So I went to reception to be told, we will sort it out tomorrow she was very unprofessional, and basically told me we cannot do anything till tomorrow it looked like to me they didn't have the room I booked. We had a very uncomfortable night with the door being unlocked, we did not feel safe.
The next day we saw a new younger receptionist who was very helpful when I told her what had gone off the night before we had too wait a few hours before we was given a better room. I can say the hotel deor was a bit dated and looking
tired with wallpaper peeling off in places.
I can highly recommend the restaurant all the staff in there are great and very helpful. The beach area was ok but the hand rail going into the sea was broken at the base and was not stable, my wife had a bad fall coming out of the sea, she badly bruised her upper arm, a member of the restaurant staff saw this and rushed down and got a bag of crushed ice so it would soothe the injury I reported this to reception again. And they didn't do anything about it.
I found out that three others had fallen down as well, I reported all this to my travel
Operator . And they will be looking in to it.
Overall the receptionist on the night shift was very rude towards and was not very helpful.

What can I say about this Hotel
We’ve used the beach for the 9/10 years but never stayed in the Hotel itself, finally this year we stayed here and I honestly say I wished we had stayed here before now.
Absolutely a little gem in its self rooms are spacious and beautifully well kept to a very high standard and maid service every day and clean towels daily. The restaurant and food is definitely 100% (garlic mushrooms to die for) such a vide variety on the menu and service first class. We stayed B/B and the breakfast buffet we were spoiled for choice on what to have each morning, nothing was a problem if you wanted something else. The staff made you felt so welcome and were so pleasant even the beach service was outstanding. I could say a lot more and more about the Osmaris but give it a try and find out for your self I can .

Me my mum and my Auntie decided to go on a girls trip and we’re looking for a quiet hotel. When I was first looking at the reviews it was putting me off that there was no reviews from few years etc, but still decided to go ahead and book. And I can tell you WE ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL! The hotel itself surrounded by trees , flowers and is very private around the pool. 2 pools which you will always have spaces , and literally few seconds to the beach front where you have sunbeds and amazing view ! Rooms are for those who like to feel like at home, mattresses are soooo comfy haha! Not gonna lie rooms would go with a tiny bit of touch up but definitely did not bother us! Cleaning ladies are there every day and are very helpful welcoming and always there if you need them! Reception , we didn’t use it that much as we had no problems nor issues , however when we did have questions it was dealt within seconds with smile! Bar staff , oh my my , Selcuk , Berzan and the bar manager went over the top while servicing us , always there to have a laugh , always care if there is anything we needed , honestly we felt very cared and looked after and it was with a broken heart when we were leaving ! They made us feel so special as they offers us coffee and tea on the house while we were waiting for our transfer and when we were leaving they clapped and it was so emotional ❤️ You won’t believe but we are already booking for next year !

Guys , thank you so so so much for such a lovely experience at your warm family owned hotel , we loved it there and cannot wait to see you soon!

P.S the food is to die for 🙆🏻‍♀️❤️

Katie , Larisa and Tatiana ❤️🌹🌹🌹
