On our return to the UK my daughter and partner have been diagnosed with salmonella and I'm covered in bed bug bites- do not book this hotel. Evidence sent to Jet2 including GP records. The rooms are tiny unless you upgrade. The mattresses are very hard , almost like sleeping on the floor. The room was barely cleaned and the pool area was also very dirty. There were layers of dust everywhere in the room. I ended up covered in insect bites and this happened either by the pool or in the bedroom, I did not sleep for the last 3 nights there as the bites are extremely itchy - will be getting these checked out the moment we land. My partner has barely left the room during the last two days , as gone down with something that I can only describe as gastroenteritis, could not eat or drink anything other than bread and water. No DR on site so had to look for pharmacy The balcony was so tiny it could only fit 2 chairs even though the room is supposed to sleep 4, it wasn't cleaned once during our stay . The food was average , with better options available on the grill . Breakfast were the best meal with omelettes made to your taste. The bar and drinks were ok. A member of staff would not leave my sun bed until I submit a 5 star review. I've amended it after she left but she's returned the following day claiming her money will be reduced if I don't give this place 5*!!! Shocking. The hotel cleanliness is a let down to their effort. Jet2 and TUI both should be looking at the star rating there and reconsider sending customers until cleanliness standards improve. The hairdresser Jack was great , the other two staff members, however, always looked miserable and the lady was very pushy and borderline rude making comments about personal appearances - not a great marketing strategy.

2* maximum AVOID We spent 10 days here in September, such a let down. We could not believe the place had 4&5 star reviews it was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room was dated and absolutely filthy, and the balcony was tiny. We did not have our room cleaned once or towels replaced in the full 10 days. Unless you class running a wet mop over flooring and folding your bedding and towels back but not replacing them. Food was shocking, dining area was far too small for the amount of guests. The food was repetitive and not much choice we are not fussy eaters. And unless your child lives on chicken nuggets chips and onion rings then not much choice for children. The tables were dirty and not set just brushed down between guests. Evening entertainment was fine but if you weren’t sat down by 5pm you don’t get a seat. Pool was filthy, the floors were so so sloppy i seen so many adults and children fall. If you want a lounger set your alarm for 6am other wise you’re not getting a bed. Ice cream served 3-5 pointless. We spent most our time at the apartments pool paying for food and drinks which was infuriating after paying for all inclusive. We spent an absolute fortune eating out and drinking. We ate at the hotel for the last day of the holiday and all 3 of us came home and came down with horrendous sickness. So disappointing don’t waste your money… Every one who loves it has clearly never been on another holiday or ventured away from cettia.

Where do I start with this jet2 4star hotel food arrived at 12.30 am to be shown to room which was very small only room for two chairs on balcony and room very dusty in places all inclusive so went for a quick drink before bed to be charged £50 for five drinks as all inclusive Finnished at 11pm fair enough so get up early to go get some sun no beds available no body on them but towels even signs stating not to do it go for breakfast watered scrambled egg and beans pancakes or omelette and that’s breakfast for two weeks lunch and evening meals please don’t bother it is foul horrible food so then go for a few cocktails sorry you have to pay if it’s not on there free list even if it’s made with local spirits no bottles water you have to pay for it as well entertainment are a great team great bar waiters vey good work hard long hours jet 2 rep total waste of time not interested unless you want to buy excursions towels not replace rooms not cleaned unless you ask the list goes on so to sum it it don’t use this totally unacceptable 2* at best hotel this is an honest and true review

It was great staying here, Staff are wonderful and made many friends while staying. Fun darts games and children loved the tui kids club. My family won a Free upgrade but my only problem about that was they transferred us to a room with a couch, and had bad air conditioning, other family members stayed next to us and when I went into their room, you could tell the whole difference with the air con. The food was okay, as it was repetitive and my whole family mainly ate chips and curry. Everything else had barely no flavour and just was bitter. The sun beds was annoying as it was busy and you had to go to claim one at about 7 in the morning. If You woke up a bit late you would have to go to the other hotel across the road, which was not all inclusive and about 4 pounds for the drinks. WiFi was somewhat able to use as it would disconnect every 5 seconds. the sherlock holmes bar was great for people who like karaoke, but it would start at about half ten and take 20 minutes to set up the karaoke machine. The drinks were free until 11 o'clock and then you would be charged for. The spa was AMAZING! also had a gym inside and had great children massages for fun. Weather was not great, as it was stormy for 2/3 days. The shops were great near the hotel, as my family and I booked a boat trip. Another problem was the bees as my family member got stung on the forehead. The arcade was never open, and was overpriced. DO NOT bring Turkish money as They only take pounds and euros. The transfer from dalaman Airport was 2 and a half hours, even though they claimed it would be atleast an hour even though there was no traffic either. Drinks at the bar like malibu would be for money, the cheap ones were free as they came with the all inclusive. Kids entertainment was pretty bad as it started at 9 o'clock (probably because the time is 2 hours ahead) The airport was very pricey for food and litterally anything. The flight time was 4 hours and on the way there it felt like 6 hours because of the 2 hours difference. they tried to stop people from getting insect bites but unsuccessful as I got a load of insect bites. Lastly, I reccomend if you're okay with angry bees, overpricing, bad air con, repetitive food choices, uncomfortable beds, bad WiFi and a kids club, this place is for you.

Fantastic hotel. I have stayed here twice now and haven't been disappointed with anything. In the evening one of the waiters/ bar staff was fantastic always working to help and please the guest (mazlum) The entertainment staff was brilliant from start to finish. Lilly painted our son's face every night and was brilliant with all the children aswell as friendly with all adults always interacting. I cannot wait to book and stay again next year. 10/10 to Barney for his great euthiasm and energy with his entertainment team.

We travelled as a family of 4(2 adults 2 children aged 4 and 6) on the 23rd October for 7 nights. We read very mixed reviews before arriving regarding the food and cleanliness of the hotel but chose to make our own minds up. We are very dissapointed with our visit here. The food is super repetitive we lived off chips and a cheese burger from the snack menu. The best thing about the food was the fresh pancakes, omelettes and pizza. The alcoholic drinks were absolutely awful and tasted cheap and nasty. (we are far from fussy eaters or when it comes to drink) But found the choices here to be very poor and definitely not worth paying for all inclusive. The room- we opted to upgrade on arrival as read bad reviews about the rooms being small for a family of 4 so we upgraded to the senior suite which cost us £260. It was very spacious but very outdated and seriously needed some updating and some tlc. The rooms were rather dirty and the maids didn't appear to clean our room once the whole 7 days. Poor effort of making the beds and re folding the towels to pass off as fresh ones. Didn't top up the loo roll either. Got 2 bottles of water in the room the first night then was told that they didn't get stocked up and we could just take drinks from the bar up. The spa - We did this our first day as they came round and said they had a promotion on as it was the end of the season. We paid £60 for the 4 of us for the Turkish Bath and it was a wonderful experience. Very professional and relaxing and would 100% recommend this. The hair dresser lady was quite pushy and came round every single day asking one of us to go in for some kind of treatment which we didnt. Entertainment - The entertainment was ok. Did start very late. Our boys loved the mini disco and we played bingo two nights. But the actual main entertainment didn't start until almost 11pm. Pool area - We all had a great time at the pool. However it is very slippery and dangerous around all the pools and outside bars never known anything like it. No life guard was on the slide 5 days out of 7 so was a free for all for all the children and half of them wasn't supervised so was pushing other children down the slide etc. Accident waiting to happen! Staff - All staff did seem very lovely and helpful. Always had a smile on there face considering it is the end of the season and they are all just waiting to finish. Only down side i would say about the staff is upon checking out we explained we had a late flight and wasn't being picked up until 8pm. So asked if we could have our room for a few extra hours but they wanted £45 for this! I understand in busy seasons etc but by now the hotel is empty so nobody is needing the room so instead we chose to use the courtesy room which was chaos. A tiny shower room which had 2 showers and a toilet. We locked our door but in order to get out of the room you had to walk through the other shower so ended up walking into someone mid shower... Never fun! Jewellery - 110% recommend going into here and having a look. The loveliest man ever. We purchased our wedding bands and had my engagement ring cleaned. As well as purchasing a few other items. Super professional and goes above and beyond to help you out. If you are looking for a budget hotel this is definitely the place to go.

Came here from 18th October to 25th October with my wife, two kids aged 9 and 14 and my wifes cousins family (3 adults and a 3 year old) We really enjoyed it for a all inclusive quick break that we didn't pay a massive amount for we were all quite happy. Location was great with a few bars restaurants and shops very close by, Delboys oposite was a life saver. The staff were all amazing some of the nicest people you will ever meet, especially Omer, Kevin and Mazaffer behind the bar and Ozzy the entertainer. Plus Suat from the Cettia Appartments bar. The bar staff in my opinion are over worked they are non stop all day and there doesn't seem to be enough of them. Pool was a good size and the kids loved the slide, drinks were great and certainly did the job! Downsides.. Food wasn't great, what there was tasted good but there wasn't much choice and sometimes there were some strange combos. I enjoyed breakfast and lunch more than I did tea. Clientele most people were really nice but our room neighbours were horrible keeping us up at night and a lot of lazy people leaving drinks/plates everywhere in the hotel and around the pool, it really isn't difficult taking your glasses back to the bar when you go for more drinks to help out the already overworked staff. Rooms were cleaned daily but not to a very high standard, there were a pair of undies under the bed which wern't mine. I don't think we will return unless we get another bargain but thats mainly due to the food personally than anything else.

Staying at the hotel at the moment family of 4 children and 3 adults and wanted to write an honest review based on our stay. We have found the hotel to be clean and tidy. Our room which we have 2 are cleaned daily, fresh towels and the bathrooms and floors cleaned whilst I’ve been in the room. The air con isn’t very good but we slept on the 4th floor so had the door open as well and found this to be ok. The food we found to be of good quality and enough choice for everyone, we have two dietary restrictions and they’ve found eating here absolutely fine. We’ve eaten out a few times too as there are a few bars and restaurants around the hotel and then the bus service to the beach is free and the guys on the beach are lovely and can’t do enough for you, or a taxi is only 150L. The hotel is a bit out of the way but we did our research and knew this when booking which was fine for us, Marmaris it’s self has gone down hill since we last visited 5 years ago with a lot of shops with fake clothes and nothing much else. The entertainment staff were good, always putting on activities for the children and adults during the day. Lilly the children’s kids club entertainment was really good my little boy did a few activities with her and loved having his face painted which she was really good at. The pool was big enough for the children to enjoy, although it was very slippery when wet, but if you had something on your feet it wasn’t too bad. The sun beds the first few days was a nightmare having to get up early to make sure you reserved a bed, but as the week went on and the guests went home, we didn’t have to do that! The bar staff work really hard and make sure you have everything you need, making sure your glass is always full and the tables are always clean! Over all the hotel was clean, tidy and of decent quality. We’ve been to many Turkish hotels and this is a really good one for the food, staff and the rooms. I would come back but would come again at the end of October as I can imagine that the summer months are a nightmare around the pool with it being on smaller side!
