Me and my partner stayed for 7 nights arrived early hours of the morning, fridge in room had bottles of water and we were greeted by friendly reception staff. Room was clean, even under the beds! (I checked) pool area always clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was lovely and the chef would always pop into the dining area and would tell us what something was if we weren’t sure! Read negative reviews before we went and was quite unsure about staying here… but we had a great holiday and couldn’t fault it for the price we paid! You can’t please everyone but all in all I’d say it’s a good hotel with lovely staff! And the Brit’s pub next door do very good cocktails X

Went to this hotel for a cheap week away and I found it to be good for what it was.

Rooms

Rooms were cleaned every day with new towels and lovely decorative flowers on the bed. Beds were a little hard but was fine for me. I could hear every word from the neighbours but I just put some music on when getting ready at night and that sorted that. Bonus was having a fridge as don’t usually get one when going A/I and also aircon was included also.

Restaurant

Food got better as the week went on. I don’t know if this was due to being the start of the season and they needed time to get organised or because they started labelling the food so we knew what was being served, which meats/sauces etc but I felt their was more choice as the week went on and it was cooked really well.

Pool

Pool is FROZEN!!
The pool and sun beds are in the shade most of the day unless you get a bed near the entrance gate.
Waiters are always on hand asking if you want drinks and keeping the area clean and tidy.

Staff

Staff at this hotel are really friendly but I need to highlight Simba, the entertainer. He got my daughter up playing darts and she rarely joins in with anything.
The waiters really couldn’t do enough for you and were always asking if we wanted drinks and getting the tables cleared quickly so there was never a wait to get seated.

Bar

This is where this hotel could make improvements, and was a huge let down for me. The A/I bar only served wine, beer (warm), gin, vodka and soft drinks so my family could not make use of it. I could have got peach schnapps, amaretto etc at the other bar but I would have had to pay for it which defeats the purpose of going A/I. In my experience of going A/I in Marmaris I am used to paying for cocktails but not for just normal drinks.

Now to the question of would I return?

Tbh I would go back if the price was right. (And remember to get alcohol at duty free on the way there 😂)
If the hotel puts their prices up I do think there is better hotels in Marmaris which I would prefer but for a cheap week away I do think it is good value for money and you can’t beat the location.

Having read previous reviews after booking, I was really nervous about coming to this hotel. I needn’t have worried. This is a lovely, clean hotel with attentive staff who cannot do enough for you. On arrival at 4am we were checked in quickly by the lovely man on reception who made us laugh with his terrible jokes. The reception staff during the day, the cleaners, bar staff and restaurant staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The food is good and there is always a selection to choose from. Omelettes are cooked to order in the mornings and for lunch and dinner there was always food being freshly cooked on the grill. The all inclusive spirits, soft drinks, beer and wine were good quality and the coffee was nice. My only feedback for the hotel would be that it would be better if the food was labelled … everything we had was good but sometimes we weren’t sure what we were eating. We’re currently looking at booking to come back in July. The rooms overlooking the pool get the sun late in the day and the rooms facing the street have the sun in the morning.

Coming out of the hotel, to the left is a 2 min walk to the beach. Loungers belong to the hotels and bars but they are happy for you to use them if you buy a drink. To the right of the hotel is a 2 minute walk to a large supermarket, cash machines and the bus stops where you can take the dolmas to Icmeler or Marmaris for 60 TL

To say we are sorely disappointed with this hotel is an understatement.
Upon arrival we were in the wrong room as I’d requested a twin room however had a double bed with a single bedsheet to share, which was completely unsuitable for two females and had to wait two days to be able to move.

Once we were able to move rooms we found the balcony door doesn’t even close properly, leaving us exposed as two female guests as anyone could just climb across and get into our room!

The hotel is dirty, with the sun beds only having been cleaned once due to the complaint of another party who booked through yourselves, the lift and carpets were filthy, reception sofas and tables unclean, full ash trays left lying around and the toilets are atrocious with bins overflowing with used toilet paper as it is unable to be flushed. We constantly have to ask for toilet roll and fresh towels after they’ve been taken away and not automatically replaced and the sheets haven’t been changed once, just the bed gets remade.

None of the food options are labelled so it’s a complete gamble on what you’re even eating and for someone who suffers from allergies which my friend does, she has been violently unwell from the second day with vomiting and diarrhoea so we’ve been having to eat outside every day and they kept running out of alcohol and soft drinks by early afternoon so we couldn’t even have the benefit of being able to have drinks which makes having an all inclusive booking fully redundant.

The amount of false advertising is ridiculous, the the main photo on this booking of the pool with slides and the mushroom water fountain is actually next doors hotel, the bedrooms pictured also aren’t part of this hotel, there’s no snooker table, table tennis, darts, diving board, there is no indoor pool, there isn’t a gym, theres no kiosk and shops, no snacks were on offer at any time, the bar shuts at 10:30 not 11:30 as advertised, there’s no wifi in the rooms, only in the reception and even then the signal is awful, making being able to contact family to let them know we’re ok impossible.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks the end of June. We were both bitterly disappointed. The only decent things going for it were the pool and our view from the balcony.
What is advertised for this hotel and what it actually has is false advertising.
One of the reasons we booked it, was for the gym, of which we were told when we arrived that there wasn't one. There was also no entertainment whatsoever. To be honest, there was virtually nothing present in this hotel that was advertised!
Food was poor, bar virtually nonexistent. Especially when around 80 Turkish kids with teachers turned up over the first weekend. It was like a plague of unruly locusts. You couldn't get anything to eat the first couple of days and nights they were there. The management had no idea what to do and couldn't cope at all. They also didn't give a toss about the paying guests.
The place was dirty, especially in the lobby /foyet/lifts and around and on the sun loungers.
Water in mini fridge never replaced after first day.
They even switched off the water/juice/coffee machines after 10pm,so you had no access to anything food or drink wise after that time. Thank goodness for the local supermarket!
Everyone we spoke to, including some people who had previously used this hotel before, were unhappy and complaining about the place.
The young staff /waiters were pleasant enough, but the owners /managers were awful, rude to people and only interested in trying to sell you their Turkish bath/massage.
Marmaris is a beautiful place and we will be back, we made the most of our stay by going out and about. However, we will certainly never go back to this hotel and I recommend that nobody else books this hotel either. Avoid at all costs!

This has to be by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at (and that really is saying something). The hotel is rated 4 star but really it is a 2 star - very basic. The food was horrendous, it was just slop! Freezing cold! The staff didn’t even know what they were serving, there were no labels. When I asked what one dish was (out of the 4 available) he just said mushroom, spaghetti and sauce, when I asked which sauce he didn’t know (I have allergies so this was important). It was the same food everyday. Chips for breakfast. When bread runs out after an hour, they don’t get more, they just tell you it’s all gone. They change the all inclusive times to whatever fits their need and whether they can be bothered to keep it open to the advertised time. All inclusive advertised until 11.30pm, they changed it to half 10. The bar has one beer. They run out of drinks and give you flat bottled stuff or just tell you that they haven’t got it. No choice of drinks. No ice cream.

The pool was disgusting! They didn’t clean around it. Sticky stains with fag ash left by sun beds all day. Rubbish, cups and plates left round the pool from night before. Young boy who cleans the beds in the morning literally uses the same cloth (without rinsing) to wipe all the beds around the pool. They were constantly filthy. When mopping the floors, they dip the mop once and wipe all the floor with that one go of the water. Beds not changed once during our stay even though we asked them when they would get changed.

The hotel advertises entertainment, what it advertises however, it actually hasn’t got. Furthermore, they play the same CD over and over again all day every day!

The rooms were ok except for lack of cleaning after arrival. The shower was actually very good, always hot and plenty of water. Air conditioning worked well for us but I know for others it didn’t.

All in all, 2 star at best!

From the minute we arrived the staff were rude, didn’t have any towels to give to us for showers for a start, the rooms were awfully dirty down the base of the beds there are yellow greasy stains every where with nails hanging out of the bed, the mattress had no protector on it was all ripped and stained badly, the side of the table was really dusty which day 2 I started getting a really sore chest I complained and they told me if I wasn’t happy find somewhere els, no consideration atall, they also have an ant festation beside the double sun loungers which I pointed out and they said move then,

The food was diabolical it wasn’t edible atall they had burgers that tasted like dog meat 🤢, none of the food had any labels telling you what you were going to be eating and when asked what was what they just told you to try.

Told them I was scared to go on the top floor due to being scared of heights they put me on 5th floor the highest one 😂

I would never recommend any one come to this hotel, they also use the hotel beside them pictures to advertise the hotel.

No entertainment atall accept some music on the speaker.

Worst holiday iv ever had

I want to be honest about my experience as when booking here I could not find up to date info.
My husband and I went here for a short break. The best point was the room was clean and tidy. Basic and not 4 star quality but useable..premier Inn standard. It also had air con.
The staff were pleasant but unfortunately majority had little to no English at all.
The communal areas (pool side floor and tables, reception tables etc) were all dirty and had to be asked to be cleaned.
The food was not the best. They only do breakfast, lunch, tea and cakes and dinner. No snacks. The food seemed to be eastern European. There was a small selection of "hot" food which was lukewarm at best. There was other cold food but none of the food at all was labeled and the lack of English meant noone could tell you what it was. We tried to use the restaurant and managed 2 dinners and 2 breakfast out of 5 days. We tried checking what was on offer and left without eating. If you have children going there was nothing there for them to eat.
The drinks wasn't any better. There was self service still juice dispenser which had orange, pineapple, cherry and water. We tried this but the juice was very sugary, came in handy when my husband had a hypo with his diabetes. Other drinks available was tea and coffee. They also had soft drinks coke and lemonade (the draft machine stopped working day 2 so they were using bottled). For alcohol there was one type of beer, white wine, Gin and vodka- when they had it available I heard people complaining that they ran out of vodka.
The pool was clean enough, small but clean. There is a lack of things for kids to do. The small toddler pool that is seen advertised in some of the photos of the hotel is no longer there.
They have got a beautiful bar and seating area as soon as u walk in the complex but it's not used.
Hotel has great potential but some changes are required.

I’ve never written a review for a hotel but this one is needed. From the minute my boyfriend and I walked in, we were disappointed. It was around 1am by the time we got in, we were given our room key and the room was nothing like advertised on the website. We later found out they use photos from the hotel next door. 3 guys walked in without knocking and took out the third bed that was in the room (this was around 2am at this time), not what you’re wanting at that time of the night. First night we went down to reception, manager wasn’t helpful, said he didn’t know who put up the photos of their rooms on their website and said we could change room the next day as a refund wouldn’t be possible. Next day came and the manager was nowhere to be found, after turning up in the middle of the day he said we could change room till the next day again. We argued and he was rude, arrogant and walked away. Offered to change our mouldy room few days later and we didn’t go for it as there was 2 nights of our holiday left. I had to clean the whole room with disinfecting wipes myself. We requested a double bed and got 3 singles.

Cleaner was actually nice and changed towels and bedding, gave us double sheets instead of singles.

Food was awful, we went for lunch and had chips twice during our stay, spending an extra £800 - we wish we used this for another hotel.

The whole experience was awful and I would never go back.

Staff were nice enough, can’t say that for the manager. We booked through on the beach who also couldn’t help us during our stay.

Hotel was basic... WiFi was intermittent in the lobby and round the pool.... Food was Turkish not international. Our Bedding wasn't changed once in the week we was there. No parasols on the sunbeds. Dirty sun day beds.... Generally unclean. Poolside toilet unsanitary. Reception staff were very helpful. Bar and restaurant staff uncooperative. Eg( asked to wipe table.. Pulled napkin from dispenser picked up two bits of food from table and walked off) partner went to toilet and got paper towel and wiped it properly.
No WiFi in room
