I spent two different nights here for easy transfer to the airport after staying in Kampala. Don't get me wrong, the Sheraton Kampala is a very nice business hotel. The Boma just has all the things its lacking; a sense of Africa, coziness, human scale and good food. The staff here is terrific from the time I booked until departure.... More

The rooms are lovely, the gardens spectacular with the pool area a particular highlight. The menu is simple but really well executed. A definite welcome addition to any trip to Uganda with the benefit of never getting stuck in traffic when trying to get to the airport!

We spent 2 nights before and after the Rwenzori climb. The first room was a little bit dark, but we were so tired that fell asleep very fast. But the next time after 10 days we were accommodated in a very comfortable room, light and had very nice view. The food was amazing! That's why I rate the hotel 5*.... More

I often travel through Entebbe for work and have had the opportunity to stay and eat at many spots. Boma remains #1 on the list from start to finish. The ambiance, food and service are superb! David and Bernie go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. Thank you!

Stopped in to the Boma for a few hours for dinner before a flight. Was able to sit by the pool, use Internet and get work done. Also wrote this review after speaking with the very warm and welcoming owner who checked in to make sure we were all doing well. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing... More

Cozy, clean with amazing staff. This place is a gem. Very serene and well maintained and also within walking distance or thw botanical gardens. The rooms are spotless with tasteful decor. Had the best sleep on a very comfortable bed. Would recommend for anyone looking for a positive experience staying in entebbe.

Made a very late booking into this hotel due to a change of plans. On our first night on the continent and a little nervous of what to expect. There was no need. This is an absolute gem which delivers far more than expected in terms of relaxation, food, choice of wines and sheer bliss!! And of course I must... More

I can't get enough of the Boma. I was checking out at 5AM the last time i stayed here and i was skeptical if i can have breakfast at that time. Indeed it was possible and i was so stoked. The Ambiance is Fascinating, the shower is heavenly. I love all the detail they put in the rooms. Every time... More
