Detailed Reviews
I loved my stay at this lovely hotel. As a solo traveler, I really, really appreciated the shuttle service. The room was new, clean, comfy, and featured AC and a very nice bathroom with good shelving. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff are kind and very helpful. I loved the tips and recommendations provided for restaurants, sight seeing, etc. The area of the hotel is calm, quiet, and safe. It is about a 15 min walk or 2 min affordable taxi drive away from the prime old city destinations like the Bibi Khanum Mosque. Wifi was reliable, I even got some work done on my laptop one evening. Would definitely recommend this family-run, beautiful hotel.

I stayed here for two nights in September 2022 and was pleased with everything the hotel offered. The rooms were clean, had all amenities you might need and comfortable beds. The lobby and entirety of the hotel were all very well kept and the courtyard was very peaceful and enjoyable for breakfast. The breakfast buffet included a selection of warm sweet and savory treats, fruits and cheeses/meats - a little something for everyone. The staff were super friendly and willing to help with booking taxis, travel advise and generally chatty, making your stay feel homey. Overall, great experience and stay.

Wonderful hotel in the city center, 30 minutes walk to the main attractions. The room has everything you need: kettle, refrigerator, water, slippers, clean linen and towels. Breakfast for every taste and appetite! Very welcoming hosts and hotel staff. They will always help you call a taxi, tell you where to eat and help with organizing excursions. We vacationed with friends, two married couples. We are very pleased that we chose this hotel, the best price-quality ratio. If we were to go to Samarkand again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality!

Hotel is very nice with an included breakfast that has many choices. Owner is on site to take care of mostly everything you need. Rooms are nice, hotel is set a block back from the main road so easy access to all of the sites by walking or cheap taxi. Nice courtyard to relax.

The rooms are too small if nan is traveling with luggage for a nearly 14 day trip. Staff friendly and helpful, with English entertainment only possible with 1 person. Cleanliness sosolala. Breakfast buffet was good.

I'd like to thank @hotelbillurisitora for all the kind help in solving issues and organizing transfers and great trips, during my stay.
The hotel is situated in a strategic position, in a walking distance from Registan and all the monuments.
In this family run structure, you can find a warm and welcoming atmosphere and in particular Samandar is always up with a proposal for solving any issue may occur.
It's in a quiet secondary street, and it's ideal for couples and families.

We spent four nights in this beautiful property. Cleanliness, courtesy and completeness of services are the strong points of this structure. Breakfast plentiful and full of choice. The best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Uzbekistan. A few minutes by taxi from all the main tourist attractions of the city

We have stayed at Hotel Billuri Sitora back in summer of 2013 during our family visit in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Since that I have highly recommended this hotel to my family and friends whoever planning to visit Samarkand from United States. The hotel is very cozy, family owned and operated. During our stay we felt like we were part of the family and that was a amazing feeling. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is run by a friendly family and you immediately feel welcome there.
The distance to the Ulug-Beg Observatory is a good 3 km, the train station about 5 km. The Ulug Beg Observatory is about 3 km away, Registan Square about 1.5 km and the Shahi Sinda Complex about 2 km (all in a southwesterly direction, a visit is highly recommended!).
My room was neat and clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the breakfast buffet was a very positive surprise.
