We were so excited to get to this hotel so it was really upsetting that they did not honour our reservation and put us in a tiny room. I suppose if you get what you were expecting, you might excuse the bad food and terrible service but we could not. We were made to feel like they were doing us...

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely little villa just outside of the city center. We enjoyed the modern, spacious rooms with outdoor shower area. The rooms were clean and elegant and the service was friendly and helpful. They provide free bicycles to ride around or you can also rent a motorbike, which we did. The ride into town is...

The two of us were the only guests for two nights but that was not why it was such a perfect stay for us both. Great rooms, lovely pool, stunning gardens and water features, beautiful setting and they provide bicycles so you can cycle either into town or to the beach. Just perfect, we loved it...and how many places would...

We stayed 4 nights and were very well looked after by all the helpful staff. The hotel is located a 10 minute bike ride from the centre which makes it very peaceful. The best bit is the setting...

We stayed in 2 hotels whilst we were in Hoi An and loved them both. Villa Hoa Su is the perfect tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the centre of town. It takes about 15 minutes to cycle into town. The swimming pool is spectacular and our 4 children loved chilling out in the pool whilst watching the...

This is superb place to stay. A 10-minute taxi ride from the centre of town it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The 5 pond-side rooms are spacious and very comfortable with air conditioning, indoor and outdoor shower and separate toilet. Each room has a small open sided veranda with comfortable chairs ideal for a quiet read or drink. The one...

“We started in the upstairs room which is bigger and with a private balcony. It was raining very heavily when we arrived and we decided that walking up and down the open stairs would be uncomfortable even with the umbrellas provided. We then opted to stay in a pool-side room which was also really nice. This room could accommodate 3 people if required.”

“Most of the rooms are fairly the same as all the ones downstairs have the same layout and view, however if you want more privacy then you can request one of the rooms upstairs, though these rooms do not likely have the wonderful outdoor shower and bath.”
