We had friends staying here at the same time as us which is the only reason we booked it. Staff have very limited English, the buffet was awful and the shower and toilet are in the same cubicle. Great location though very handy to river...More

Probably a lot of fake reviews from their families to boost their trip advisor rating. The hotel is decent, maybe a 5-6/10 for the price range, but the front desk staff is awful. Extremely rude and disingenuous.
