Complete with a bath, couch, air conditioning, TV, kettle and mosquito net this little hideout is perfect for anyone looking for some peace and quiet whilst visiting Hoi An. We stayed 5 nights with our 6, 10, 14 and 16 year old children. Everything was perfect! Very nice and relaxed staff, cool pool, nice bar, free bicycles and if you stay some nights a free dinner and cooking class. Positive: A lovely oasis with almost all the comforts of home. We stayed at the 2nd property about 6 meters from the main property. We were put in room Jasmine 2 which was perfect for my girlfriend and I. There was a couch, mini fridge, tv, queen bed, bathtub, refilled toiletries and the all important AIRCON. A small pool was...

Clean, Cheap what more could you want. Excellent Staff who are very helpful. The villas are 2 bedroom and have plenty of space. They are clean and to a nice standard. The only downside is they are 2KM from the old town but there are a few restaurants close by. There are bikes you can use for free.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it flew by. Main reasons were massively friendly owner and staff, great food for the price, pool that was fine for younger kids and overall welcoming impression. Amazing value as well.

This place is great! Right between the beach and the old town. You get free bike hire to check the place out and the breakfast is awesome!!! It's a great little spot and it's pretty quiet too, unlike the old town, plus lots of cheap little eats all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it!

Vang, whose home it is, is the most hospitable and welcoming person I have come across. We had a fabulous time at Botanic Garden Home Stay and will be sure to return. The location was great - just 30 seconds from the beach, where we also had free sun loungers. I couldn't rate the stay higher.
