This small hotel was my "home" in Hoi An for 7 days. Location is excellent, in the Old Town, minutes away from the riverfront, the Market, and sights. The hotel is small with limited rooms, which is a big plus in my view. My room was spacious, high ceilings, huge bed, fridge, air con, tv, hanging and shelf space. Windows...

What I thought was only a problem concerning my stay seems to have happened to another reviewer here. Most of the staff were kind and somewhat professional, as you would expect, however, one took the cake for being the most abhorrent person I had met in my month in Vietnam. Upon entering the Thanh Binh I hotel, this man was...

The room isn't as nice as the photos depict like for example the bathroom walls had mould and there was a smell of mildew- I guess they can't be helped when the area has a lot of rain. The size of the room was great and the location couldn't be better. We were only told on the last morning of...

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was discomfortable: smelly sheets, ugly room (the photos in internet are NOT the real ones), crazy loud sounds at night and day and, as icing on the cake, they even don't serve breakfast in their building but you have to walk to another hotel every morning to have a terrible terrible breakfast (the...

If you are a single female traveller, AVOID this hotel. Within five minutes of reaching the hotel, one of the staff asked unwarranted questions about my relationship status and if I would be willing to spend the night together. Although the facilities of the hotel were ok, and it was really close to old town, this sort of behaviour by...

We had booked two rooms here. While the location was great, the rooms definitely were not. Both were musty and smelly, and one of them definitely hadn't been cleaned since the sheets smelled of urine making it absolutely impossible to sleep on them. We asked to have a different room for the night since it was too late to go...

It pains me to have to write my first terrible review...... We booked this hotel in June for our trip in December. We arrived at 11pm by taxi arranged through the hotel. We were told our room was in use and they were fully booked, so we'd have to stay in a twin for the first night. Room had the...

Great location and good price....but.....sheets in both rooms were dirty and smelt terrible. The rooms looked nice and recently renovated but smelt musty from the moment we walked in. It smelt a lot like the mattress was either mouldy or wet on the inside. Sleeping on it was impossible. Air conditioner leaked over our belongings as well. Therefore we left...

My girlfriend and I stayed for four days and just loved it. We very quickly felt at home thanks to the wonderful staff. They couldn't do enough for us... We left feeling sad to leave our new friends at Thanh Van Hotel... Location is perfect to explore the old town of Hoi An and theres a lady you can rent...

We stayed at this Hotel as our daughter had been there earlier in the year and loved it as the staff were so friendly and helpful. Sadly not the same this visit where they seemed more interested in selling us things. The location is excellent right on the edge of the old town and the rooms are clean and a...
