Rooms are ok and as you would expect.....clean with firm beds. Staff were very helpful & the gift / souvenir shop in the foyer has a surprisingly good range of items & the prices aren't too bad - of course you can always negotiate ,-) the buffet breakfast was pretty average - your best option is the egg station as...

My sister, me and my 1 year old baby was staying in Gold Coast hotel for 2 weeks holidays in the end of October. I really loved the location of my room just in front of the swimming pool, feels like "wow". All the staff was friendly and we loved them as our family! In the hotel wasn't many people...

My family stayed here for 3 nights and would love to say the place was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also booked a tour from them and rent bike at the hotel. It was nice stay, would love to stay back if I came back this beautiful city Danang.

Our room was clean and they tried hard to look after us although their level of English was quite poor for the hospitality industry. Breakfast was okay. Enough variety but we were a bit late to the table and somethings were gone already. Did not seem interested in getting more. Pool was fine. There are some maintenance issues to address...

This hotel was disgusting and dirty. On our arrival our first gag moment was when I found a used sanitary pad in the bathroom bin then sweat or whatever strains on both of the chairs in the main room. Dust and smear marks were on about every surface. The wardrobe door was cracked and would not shut properly. As Danang...

Four of us booked this place online for three nights. Our friends bathroom had a used sanitary pad sitting in bin. There couch had filthy semen stains on it. They had no mattress on there bed, just a base! Our room wasn't ready until 6pm and then we were told it was going to be ready at 8pm. Our room...

It looked a lot different from the pictures but it was still nice enough and a lot nicer than a hotel we had in Hue! It was clean, it looked nice, they had daily cleaning services, it had all the amenities that we needed. The elevator was broken at one point but they seemed very quick to get it fixed!

We were greeted with a welcome drink which is a good touch. At app. 3kms from the City, Marble Mountain and a 10-15 minute walk to My Khe Beach we found the hotel convenient for our needs. Clean, Air Conditioning and complimentary water, the only issue was the room we stayed in was looking tired as it lacked the finishing...

Although the 15 minute walk from the 1st accessible public beach is a negative, the $3 or so half-day motorcycle cost, makes up for it in time and convenience. This hotel has large, well appointed rooms, very attractive in appearance with small but pleasant balconies (ask for a room with balcony) overlooking the pool. The pool is beautiful, but just...

“Don't bother to book a room with a balcony - they are at the back and look over some very dilapidated houses with laundry hanging up and have no view. We had a suite whic I can not recommend - I'm not sure what else is available. So if you come - on your head be it!”
