I found this hotel from the web. It is an average hotel, nothing surprise us and no specific complaint. Overall, this hotel is convenient if you are planning to stay in Hirayu. It is close to the bus stop to Kamikochi. There are not too many restaurant near by. The restaurant in the hotel is an average restaurant. The price...

The room is great, gives you an authentic experience. Private and public onsens with mountains view are incredible. Hotels food is average and the hotel staff don't know english. Hotel location is good, 3 minutes walk from the bus station.

For me, having been to Japan a couple of times, this was the best ryokan experience I had thus far. Service was top-notch. Perfect attention to detail was paid. From the entrance, we were greeted by a signboard with our family name...

Very nice ryokan in a lovely onsen town/village of the Japan Alps. Large, comfortable rooms. Excellent delicious kaiseiki evening meals and traditional set breakfast. Beautiful (and large) onsen with 3 indoor baths and 1 outdoor bath.

It is a perfect place for relaxing; it offers absolutely great baths. We also experienced lavish meals: traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff...

We enjoyed a lot this ryokan. Room was clean and big. Food was very nice. Onsen was great. But what we liked the most was the service. Staff was so helpful that we felt like being at home.
