This tranquil ryokan is really a treat for all senses. After a discreet sign indicating the place, we walked through an atmospheric garden and entrance gate into the main building and reception. It was a wonderful old wooden structure with lots of beautiful details at every corner. Service was discreet and top notch as expected of a ryokan of this...

This was my 2nd stay at this YADO (Inn)! I just love it!! They offer you nice private bathes (of course, it is pure hot spring coming directly from the source) as well as public bath (hot spring as well). You can soak yourself in an outdoor hot spring which is in a middle of quiet forests, and you can...

No doubt about it, this was an awesome experience. Period. We were fortunate to have a lady to serve us who had studied in Canada, so spoke English. With out that it could have been a little difficult to converse. The place was spotless, the rooms very comfortable, the food awesome, the private onsens magnificent. GO there!
