I spent 2 nights at this amazing Ryokan and loved every minute of it. The location is in the new part of town, just 2 minutes away from the JR station and Expressbus terminal. From the minute you arrive, to the minute you leave, you feel like royalty (it was almost too much). There is a lot of love for...

Service was excellent (a little too polite though hahaha). The breakfast and dinner menu was very elaborated and very filling. Also paid to use the private bath for 40minutes and it was definitely relaxing and pleasant. Located only 2-3 mins walk from the JR station and family mart, and is a nice 10mins walk from the shops and old village.

The entrance is very unassuming, but once inside the door, we feel completely at ease with the space and decor. Service is warm and attentive. English level is good. Our room is spacious and comfortable with all amenities, plus a capsule coffee machine. During day...

Impeccable service from the moment we stepped in the door. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the onsen bath was great, and the nightly 8-course meals were delicious. Bonus marks for the rubber boots and traditional jackets available to borrow for a walk around town and to the temples.

We visited for two nights in a period of very heavy snow falls. The ryokan is only about a 2 min walk from the train and bus stations. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed a heavenly experience. Warm tea and a snack on arrival to relax. A choice of yukata to wear. Excellent in door/out door onsen with a...
