Clean, big rooms. Stayed so that we could go skiing at Belleayre Sunday and Monday nights of Presidents' week. We were able to take advantage of the 2 for 1 nights so price was GREAT! Ate in the bar area the first night. Food was average. WiFi connection was very spotty in the room. My husband would bring the laptop...

We have stayed at the Andes for several years on our family Catskills ski trip and love it! Rooms are clean and people are friendly. Close to both Belleayre and Plattekill. Great discounts on both room and lift tickets in March! 2 thumbs up😊

Seems to be a bare bones operation today. We were the only patrons inside and several occupied tables on the porch which overlooks Main Street. We both ordered the French toast and it did not taste good and was rather flopped on our plate. The bacon was either burnt or fatty. I asked the waitress about the bread used for...

Very disappointed, as I had a great experience communicating with the chef before our trip. Wish I'd gone with my gut and listened to the older reviews, however, even though the five most recent were very good. When we arrived two gentlemen sitting on the porch had to ask another guest going into the restaurant to send staff out with...

Loved dropping in at the bar. Great food, good beer list. It has been too long, way too long. For hotel, best stay in main house. Cottages are so and so, mainly as smoking rooms dominate. Andes is great little town

Have visited twice whilst staying nearby. The ambiance in the bar is so like the English pubs we're used to. A warm and friendly atmosphere. The food was great and service excellent. An excellent asset for this small, quaint town. Love the rocking chairs on the porch to watch the world go by. We'll be back.

My husband and go to the Andes Hotel regularly and always bring our guests. The bar is fun, friendly and always popping. The restaurant has a great menu and very generous portions, cooked to your liking. The hot fudge Sunday is the best and staff great. Ed and Sally really know how to run a bar and restaurant.

My family and I had been on the road for hours. Our actual hotel was another 2 hours away when we were passing by the Andes Hotel and decided we'd had enough so we stopped to see what they had to offer. What a great find! We entered tired and done with the day! We were greeted immediately by friendly...

Once again we stopped at The Andes Hotel for lunch on our way to Cooperstown and, once again, we were not disappointed. Clean and antique looking environment, very friendly staff and delicious food. Great big, juicy burgers freshly cooked to perfection, excellent grilled chicken sandwich mated to a delicious house salad made with different kinds of baby lettuces, tasty and...

This is a review of the motel only. First the positive. The staff was friendly, the room was fairly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. But, and these are big. The motel is old inside and out. Not charming: old. The air conditioner struggled to cool to a comfortable level, the bathroom floor tiles were sticky and the bath mat/rug...
