I had a small room in this place, which is a standard business style hotel in Japan. It was clean and functional and was ok for a two night stay. Reasonable value for the price paid. Public hot bath and sauna available free of charge. I locked myself out of my room one evening and had to explain this to...

Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Toilet is very small though. My Dutch team mates had problems closing the doors to the toilet. Nice hot spring included. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a choice between 4 different sets. Very good quality for the price we are paying.

This hotel is ok. The room is small, have Wifi but sometime is slow. The air condition in room not ok. The bed size is reasonable. The hotel is not easy to find as you can't see the Hotel name from the main road.

The room is small, bath/toilet is very small. Overall is clean and compact. Toiletries provided. Hair dryer provided. Free Wi-fi. The location is a bit far from the Hakodate train station and major attractions, but still within walking distance. There is a Tram station near the hotel which will bring you to the train station and some attractions. The hotel...

Location is good. walking distance to local Fish market. Opposite of hotel, there is a store selling daily good. Further down to the road, about 10 minutes walk, you can reach the beach, and the view is good.

We stayed in several hotels during our three week tour of Tohoku, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The room was horribly small, and I have stayed in less expensive hotels in Tokyo. In order for one person to leave the room, the other had to sit on the bed. The...

I was here with a few colleagues, for almost a week. a small but, comfy room, the bed was superb. There is not much choice with breakfast. but it's easily reachable. Near some shops, restaurants and bars, the station etc. Good enough if you're here for business.

I am sure there are other hotels worthier of praise, but i've got nothing to complain about hotel suncity. It's conveniently located with a few hundred meters away from the train station and the small but really good eating places in Da Men ("Big Gate"). At US$34 per night, it even has a warm japanese-style soaking pool to rid one's...

There are lots of 3* star hotels in Hakodate, unfortunately Sun City is more a 2* star hotel at 3* prices. No wifi, no breakfast, smokey smelly rooms. We requested for a non smoking room, but our request was ignored. Overall not a very pleasant experience.
