We chose hotel Springs because of the location close to Makuhari Messe which was a 10 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable but a little outdated. Breakfast was good and the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was also nice. There are also a lot of nice restaurants within a…
The room was so classic. You can find such as old style telephone inside, and AM/ FM Radio. The room are quite bigger than other hotel in Japan. The location is strategic, near from some Department Store. You can find branded clothes hear with cheaper price. The location is…
This is solid business hotel, deigned for [people who are working all day and only use the room (Very small) for sleeping. Breakfast is adequate. No gym, and the small pool is only open in summer. Close to railway and local shops.
Room was small, but it's big enough in Japan. Everything was very well maintained, amenities was good enough. Loving the hospitality of the staffs. Most important...it's located conveniently to the makuhari station!

"all rooms are quite and basically the same size...quite small...standard Japanese hotel 3 star rooms."
"The view from the east side rooms may have been better - there's a park over there - but the view from the west side rooms is of the city and quite interesting."
"The double rom is spacious but single rooms typically smaller than western standards as is customary in Japan"
"another hotel far away from this dump"
"Rooms have beautiful views of the city with French balconies, a high level room would be preferred for views of the park next to the hotel and the city. On a clear day we could see slight views of the Sea"
