I found it excellent even in Covid period.
Staff did everything in proper manner in order to keep their visitors satisfied.
Buffet restaurant working normally with necessary precautions something that I found excellent since I don’t like room services.
Of course some services such as massage studios and swimming pools were closed but all the rest devices of a hotel were working normally.
Hotel itself is a huge building, with fully renovated, clean rooms, just 20 (maybe less) minutes from Narita international airport and almost 50 minutes from Tokyo downtown.
Despite there are a lot of taxi at the main gate, in case you need to visit Tokyo the best way is to hire them till airport or alternative till to Narita central station and then use the trains because the fair to Tokyo is around 200 euro.

Well, three and a half Aussies on our first trip to Japan. The enormous Narita Airport was a bit daunting, but after being guided through to the Customs & immigration Officials we were soon on our way after collecting our luggage from the carousel. Next we were looking for a money changer and a helpful Lady told us politely that we would find a money changer upstairs to level three via a lift. The Japanese take Covid very seriously at the moment. Our 4 X vaccination records had to be uploaded to an app that was carefully scrutinised on arrival. Also face masks were pretty much worn everywhere by most of the population. Our aircraft gate was several hundred metres from arrivals processing with substantial brisk travellators for those that chose not to walk. Directions on our Hotel paperwork led us to Bus park #26 for our free shuttle bus to our Hotel.
Seamless & friendly check in soon had us unpacking in our roomy hotel room that included a large flat screen & bath. We scoped out a good sized & well equipped Gym& indoor swimming ng pool. The Restaurant offered both buffet & a La Carte menus & was quite busy but not crowded.
The in building 24 hour minimart was handy for snacks, candy, toiletries etc at reasonable prices. There were also vending machines throughout the Hotel. Despite being advised “Most places only accept cash not cards” this proved to be incorrect & normal Australian credit & debit cards were accepted almost everywhere. We were only 15 minutes from Narita airport (and this applied in Central Tokyo as well) the Autumn air quality was pristine. Also the Hotel was surrounded by swathes of very thick & green bamboo forests, a pleasant outlook indeed. Of note is that Narita airport is some 80 kilometre’s from Tokyo City ($318.00 Uber ride) but very fast & very frequent at reasonable price trains were readily available. Everywhere that we went there were lots of signs in English & Japanese.
If you don’t enjoy your stay here, I will run naked through the foyer.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
We will be back.

Everything went perfectly. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from Narita airport and they also have a free shuttle to Narita town.
We had 16 hours between flights so we decided to stay a couple of days. The hotel cost was quite reasonable in comparison to down town Tokyo. We got a train from the airport into town. You need two tickets, one is for the local train to where you pick up the metro line, another ticket. Just go to the info desk at the airport and they can sort it for you.
The hotel has a brilliant 24hr convenience shop, there is just about everything you could need for a late night binge, and let me add, very inexpensive.
The rooms are spotless and reasonable size. The bathroom ceiling is a little low but that's my problem for being 6'3"
I'll be using the hotel again.

Just checked in to this hotel for 1 night and was very disappointed to learn that the shuttle buses do not run as frequently as mentioned in other reviews.
The earliest shuttle from the hotel to Aeon mall is at 17:15 - certainly not ideal! The lady at reception was very annoyed when I mentioned that according to the shuttle schedule, there was one that left at 15:30 and she went on to strike off all the times which the shuttles are no longer running in red pen.
I asked if the hotel offers guests a late check out however, was quoted a cost of 2000 yen per hour after 11am. After 2pm, you’d be charged for an additional day.
Since the earliest shuttle to the mall is at 17:15 and my flight is at 19:30, I am actually forced to pay for an additional night or just hang around the airport for 6.5 hours if I don’t want to spend on taxis.
Hotel is extremely basic and given the only bonus is a free shuttle to the airport is hardly reason to consider it given you could get better hotels around the area at the same cost offering a better service

We had one night here for a quick layover in Narita. The hotel itself is very spacious and new. The rooms are small which is expected of Tokyo hotels. The bed was comfortable. They provided pajamas and slippers. The main restaurant was extremely disappointing. There’s an a la carte or buffet both of which were not very good. The a la carte menu was mostly western dishes which were not done very well - it would have been so much better to just stick with a Japanese menu. They did have a Japanese restaurant that’s only open on weekends. The hotel is very COVID conscious which would be great for some travellers but really just gave us PTSD of living in Canada’s most locked down province (Ontario). It was a very stale vibe and definitely fine if you’re just having a quick layover. But having travelled to Japan prior pandemic, I was really looking forward to having a great meal but was left disappointed.

This hotel is close to the airport although a taxi ride is pretty expensive. Check in at the hotel was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was sufficient to meet our needs for the single night we stayed. There were multiple restaurants in the hotel, which was pricey to eat at, but convenient. There is a shuttle bus to the airport that runs about every 30 minutes which was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for other travelers needing a place to stay.

We choose this hotel based on proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service. Our room was spacious for Tokyo standards and fit our family of five comfortably. I'm not sure if the third bed was permanent in the room or added for us, but it was comfortable and we were happy that one of us did not have to sleep on a pull out! The room was clean but the hallways seemed smoky on our floor. Be sure to choose non smoking if you prefer!
We only stayed one night, but the meal options were on the pricey side and there didn't seem to be an option other than a full buffet so we just grabbed snacks from the Family Mart. Overall, a decent option for a stopover!

Steven Samuel is the ultimate concierge. He helped us immensely during our stay. Please commend him for us. This hotel is very quiet but yet very convenient to NRT airport. The fact that they offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the Airport, downtown Narita and the Aeon mall makes it the perfect hotel when you land in Narita.
