First the positives: the room was clean and comfortable, though small. The included buffet breakfast (noodles, rice, eggs, sausage, potatoes, coffee, juice) was generous and delicious. The room price was very good (less than US$50/night, single). On the negative side, the hotel is located far from anything, so it is difficult to get a train or procure food. There is...

A bit small or compact room, well arranged, neat and comfortable, clean. A Convenience Store is less than 10 minutes' walk. Breakfast is free. This is not a highest class hotel or 5 star rated. However, if you are lucky enough to win a reasonably priced room, a neat and clean room, friendly staff, minimum but free brrakfast, all together...

It is always value for money wherever I stay in a Toyoko Inn. Breakfast is always provided. Hotel is very strict with check in time. There is no waiting area if you arrive too early before check in time at 3pm (for members). So it's best to stay put at Narita airport till close to check in time then catch...

Great overnight if you arrive late or if the flight is early. Staff with nice english. The room is small, but you can store your luggage under the bed. It was clean and the wifi worked really nice. Don't know if there was no one in the other rooms, cause I heard no sound from other rooms. Also, no sounds...

We're a family of 4 (with 2 young kids) and stayed in a twin room with 2 double beds. The room was enormous!! Great shower room with strong pressure. Delicious Japanese style breakfast buffet included. Suited our needs perfectly for a Narita stopover before heading in to Tokyo.

This branch isn't like other Toyoko Inns. It is quite shabby and run down, although the rooms are much bigger than usual. The free shuttle is really convenient, but there is nothing much in the area immediately around the hotel. There seemed to be a constant stream of tour groups arriving and departing and the lobby was chaotic and disorganised....

The positive comment to this hotel was the driver for the shuttle bus from / to airport and the front desk staff. All were very polite and professional. The hotel was old and outdated. Although my parents were upgraded to suite but it was not as good as we thought. We prefer our double room more due to the size...

First impressions are important. From the start, it was chaos with the numerous Asian tour groups forcing their way onto the bus! Driver clearly lost it and began raising his voice. No control. No professionalism. No good start. Check-in was not that much better. While my room was a very expensive one, I found out that it was a smoking...

Stayed in a family room, was a very spacious room with four beds and a central sitting area. Free breakfast was actually quite comprehensive, though many tourists with tour groups will be there. Nice rustic design of the lobby with a sweet vintage car on display. Staff were helpful and courteous. Do note that renovation is ongoing next door. However,...

If you are coming in late or leaving early this is a great place to stay at 6800 yen a night. Our room was big and had a full size bath but unfortunately no electric toilet seat. Room was worn and everything is a bit neglected plus the bed is really solid so not the most comfortable. This may all...

 of 5 bubbles 536calina, 28 Jul 2015 | Read review
“Our triple non-smoking room was on the 4th floor at the end of a hallway. We can't remember the room number, and since the hotel did not provide us a receipt we can't look it up. Not to be snide, but honestly, if budget is a major factor, try to get into an airport capsule hotel instead of this place. Its just not taken care of and the business practices seem circumspect.”
