It’s a midway stop for many tourists enroute to many places eg CTS, Tokyo City before taking the flight near NRT airport. Many aircrew stay here overnight. A quick shuttle will take you to Aeon shopping mall or a JR east train station 🚉
Also rumoured to be touted the most haunted 👻 hotel 🏨 in Asia. But kid me not.. nothing seen ever the time I’m here. 😂
Shuttle timing is sparse and crowded best if you take the first few times as it’s shared between two other hotels.
Skip this if you intend to visit Tokyo city and want a low Budget hotel while travelling to and fro. Time taken and poor amenities simply can’t justify the cheaper rates.

This is a solid Hotel option with free shuttle to NRT. The shuttle is shared with the Hilton.
A twin room was ~A$80 per night and was fully equipped as needed for arrival after a flight from Australia.
Nice and handy to walk to downtown Narita and also handy for the 50 minute train ride to downtown Tokyo.

Very nice shuttle bus that we get from Narita station.
After arrived in lobby very fast check in procedure. Lobby quite busy with flight attendant and pilot check in and out but all employees ready to serve.

Convenience store just beside of reception. and it is very convenience and the staff very helpful eventhough she know I'm not able to speak Japanese, she keep tried to helping me to fulfill my wishes and needs.

Room very clean but only one thing I need to suggest. Please provide mineral water or other drink amenities in room rather than tap water. Other than that all is good

The only thing International is this hotel allows foreigners to stay here.

Facts
Hotel is outdated with a 70's late 80's feel.
Beds hard and very firm.
Furniture uncomfortable especially the desk chairs.
TV has 1 English channel that is the BBC news.
No coffee, just green tea in room.
Few outlets to charge up all your devices.
The "gym" is sad and very small.
"Pool" is the size of a hot tub.
The restaurant is for those that have never been or a new aircrew member that doesn't know any better yet. "Not good and not cheap" compared to outside in the town.

Hope this helps the only thing about the rooms that I do really like is the "blackout windows for helping you to sleep during the day".

When traveling to Tokyo, we land in Narita and go directly to Tokyo. On this particular trip, we decided to spend a couple days in Narita before doing to Tokyo. It was a good decision. We stayed at the International Garden Hotel and had a comfortable stay. This hotel is situated about 30 minutes from the airport but the shuttle bus service is excellent. Large comfortable buses that follows the time schedules precisely.
Staff is friendly and speaks English. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room is not as small as other rooms of the same price range. There is a small 7-11 store in the hotel. The Avanti Restaurant is reasonable priced and the buffet breakfast is good.
There is free shuttle service to Aeon Mall and to the JR Train Station. From the JR station, you can walk down to the Naritansan Obote Sando shops to get to the famous Shinshoji Temple.

1. Landed in the morning on 23JAN & the journey from the airport take us almost 10min. The hotel located close to the airport.
2. It was raining the whole days, not music sightseeing or activity to do except journey to the Mall nearby at the village.
3. Hotel provided free shuttle to the village where restaurants, food stall & shopping to do.
4. I’m allocate on the 6floor facing a patrol station. Room is decent in size with two single size bed. Decor is simple but need some improvement. Amenities provided is basic. There some stall to buy snack & drinks. There are restaurants located at the lobby area.
5. Hotel staff, are the selling point. Thay are fantastic. They are warm, friendly, accommodative & always come with a warm smile. What expected from warm Japanese hospitality. Keep up the good work everyone. I felt very welcoming each time I’m at the lobby seeing them did a fantastic job👍👍👍🥰🥰.

Booked a room with D/B meal package for approx. JPY8,500/ USD 60. It was great deal considering the new year holiday period. My room on 7F was big enough for two of us and bathroom was larger side for Japanese standard.
the room temperature was a little higher for my liking (my preference is 20-21 degree), so it was a little unconfortable when I sleep. The room was generally quiet but could hear some noise of airplane departure until 22:00.

There is a buffet restaurant called "AVANTI" located near the reception, my meal package allow us to eat there. Quality of the food provided was typical " Western flavor of Japanese food" and nothing to write about home. If you are expecting decent quality of food, I would recommend eating at airport before check in. If you are with small children, then it is easier to eat there. Service is quite attentive.

Overall, my experience with this hotel was present. If I book this hotel for next trip? Maybe not becuase of food quality and distance from the airport.

A typical 4-star hotel. The room is of a good size - about 25 sq m. Considered to be large in accordance with general Japanese standard. The furnishings and furniture are fine and adequate, but nothing luxurious looking. Same as the buffet breakfast. Adequate choices, including both western and Japanese style. But nothing special. Overall a comfortable airport hotel.

Me and my colleagues are place here for business trip . Due to the covid situation our company require us to stay within the hotel room . We did some shopping online and the parcel was send to hotel front desk . Will like to comment that the room reservation manager yohei Takeshima is very helpful. Because most all of the purchase were in Japanese and we can’t understand if items were delivered . He helped us to check on the delivery status and items were send promptly to our room . There were many boxes and he did it all alone with a smile . Very polite and sincere guy . Really appreciate his kind gesture and a very good customer service . Thank you for making our stay here in Japan a very memorable one and of cause who don’t like shopping in Japan . Will love to come back again n boost Japan economy with more purchases at aeon mall

Bed was firm - good support. One of the few hotels that still provide amenities these days.
Convenience store within hotel (7 Eleven) - very convenient. Fitness room still as before - equipment getting dated, some rust can be seen in some areas. Treadmills are TOO CLOSE together....as if one is working out with a bosom buddy (see pic). Need to be spaced at least 3 feet apart for personal space.

The reception has a time table and at each terminal an information desk should assist you. The shuttle is a bus service and runs very regularly.

Hi Sylvia The distance is about 82 K. There is a shuttle bus service to Narita Airport from Haneda Airport. I am uncertain of the cost or time table, I will look it up and advise.
