Flying in and out of Narita Airport can often have delays between so called connecting flights. This hotel does day rates so you can manage 4 or 5 hours sleep instead of sitting in an airport lounge.
The hotel has a very efficient shuttle they runs every 30 minutes to terminals 1 and 2.
The room I stayed in, was getting a little tired but it was spotless and quite. Crisp sheets and I was asleep within 5 minutes. A quick shower, then back to the airport.
Free internet if you need it and an array of vending machines in the foyer for snacks. Very reasonable.

The airport is situated in the airport terminal area. There is a shuttle service every 20 minutes for most of the day or you can walk to it in ten minutes from terminal 1 and the train station. I stayed two nights and it cost me around half the price of a city centre hotel - although with dynamic pricing that might not always be the case. The room was fine - nothing special but very spacious, clean and functional with everything working and all the supplies that you will need. It fits the bill if you need a hotel for an early departure or late arrival or indeed want to stopover for a couple of days.

... keep the Airport Rest House in mind. It's so close -- just a 3-minute walk from Terminal One. Go out the door on the Baggage Claim level, turn left, and follow the sidewalk. As you clear the terminal bldg., you'll see the blue neon sign atop the hotel about 150 yards away, at about your 10:00. Then up the steps, follow the path, and you're there. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, safe, close, and quiet, and only about US $110 (who wants to spend $250 for an unplanned overnight, anyway?). And if you're desperate, as I was, 3 stars is like 4. Also, I got a 5 pm check-out (rather than the usual 11:00 am) for about another $40. (I could have done 3:00 pm for about $20-25, but I needed the sleep.) This is my go-to hotel now if I'm ever bumped in NRT.

I had an early morning flight from narita back to melbourne and found this hotel for a very reasonable price.
I wasn't expecting much, nor did I need much - just a place to sleep and shower.
The hotel is very walkable from terminal 2 in which i flew in from Sapporro and decided to walk to the hotel rather than wait around for the shuttle bus.
It only took around 15 minutes at most.
check in was speedy and pleasant and the room, although dated, was large and comfortable.
The bed was great and the pillow was big and fat (not a norm in Japan).
The hotel has a restaurant, but i got the train into Narita village for a few beers and some ramen.
There are vending machines for beer, ice cream and meals.
The bathroom is a big sterile, but it was nice to finally have a decent shower with some room to move around.
The courtesy bus left on time the following morning.
I'd happily stay here again.

I've been coming here for years and it's always a pleasant experience.
It's an easy walk from Narita's terminal 1 North so I never use their shuttle
service. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Rooms are always neat
and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fine and satisfying.

The hotel itself is OK, big simple rooms, with a restaurant downstairs. I was disappointed however to discover that one cannot walk to the airport from the hotel. I chose it only because I thought I'd be able to walk to the airport in the evening, and eat andd do some shopping there. It was however necessary to take a bus to the airport. The only hotel one can walk to the airport from (by a suspended walkway) is ANA hotel.

I stayed at the Narita Airport Rest House in January with two friends on our last night in Japan. It wasn't the cleanest hotel that I've ever been to, that's for sure. The carpets were dark from the dirt that had accumulated. The room we stayed in was okay; it wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best room in the world either. It was the usual hotel room. There was a restaurant, a convenience store, and payphones available on the first floor. The food that was served for breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable, and there were kimonos available in the room. There were also a few green tea packets and a hot pot to boil water. The TV had some good channels as well.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for people who intend on staying for 1-4 days.

Yes, its a little old and outdated. But who cares if you've just been flying for 13 hrs, it's late and you are exhausted? Our triple room window looked into the airport, literally, but it was silent all night. The bathroom held lifesaving items that we forgot to pack, like hair ties and shower caps! There were also tbrushes, tpaste, earbuds, all the essentials. The hotel foyer had vending machines galore, so we stocked up on pancakes, coffee and drinks brekkie for 3 people for less than $10 AUD. The airport shuttle service is FREE and was exactly every 20 minutes. Coming from the airport, go to bus platform 32 to wait for it. We were quite satisfied with our quick 1 night stay at this Hotel and will do do again with any future Japan trips.

Once you collect your baggage from the carousel, head over to the information desk and ask where you can catch the shuttle bus to the hotel. The bus stop is on the next island, a very short walk away. Arriving every 20 minutes, the bus does a loop from the hotel, to terminal 2, to terminal 1, and back to the hotel. A timetable is available from the hotel desk. The trip from hotel to terminal 2 was 5 minutes.
We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. Adjoining was not available, but they were at least next to each other. Clean medium-sized rooms, with comfortable beds. Free wifi in all rooms.
The rate was only $109AUD per room; including breakfast - fantastic value!
In the elevator lobby, a row of 4 vending machines have lots of snacks, drinks, and other things for sale.
Finally, the hotel restaurant serves excellent food. We ate dinner and breakfast, and thoroughly enjoyed both.

My recent stay in Narita Airport rest House has been really good. Basically am from INDIA. Though it was not my pick personally, i appreciate my company for giving me a pleasant stay in a great place. Altogether, i can give 8/10 for this Hotel. The main advantage being put up here is, the Narita International Airport ( Terminal 2 if am not wrong ) is just a walk away. So there is no tension of getting struck up in the traffic and missing flights or getting delayed. Jus walk to the airport in 5 mins. You do have free buses going to different airport terminals at certain timings.
Altogether i would recommend this hotel for a stay.

Note : In case if the hotel authorities go through this, i would like to convey few things which i already mentioned in my feedback. Your entertainment system in the rooms ( T.V and Radio ) are not upto the mark. There are no English or any other language channels other than Japanese. Which was really not comfortable for someone who wants to relax a bit. At least a general music channel would do even if its broadcasted by the hotel itself for the customers. For a international hotel with no such channels is not up to the mark. And the radio could not receive any channels properly for some reason. In prove your in-room-entertainment.

Next would be my personal view considering a rare state. Being a vegetarian, it was a bit tough to even distinguish the food around though most of them had labelled boards next to them. U can try helping any foreign veg customer by taking them through the menu once. which would make them feel comfortable. For Non-Veg customers its not going to be a trouble most of the time. Try to incorporate other culture dishes in the menu or provide at least on demand as many as possible.

All the best.

Hotels normally allow for holding, but 5-6 days is really pushing it. Even train stations lockers have a limit of 48-72 hours. Drop them an email to clarify :)
