Room was very small . Was clean . Buffet breakfast was good and offered western and Japanese items. Good location next to Mito train station. Check in was fast but initially we were not given our buffet tickets.Room heated up during the day and we needed to us the air conditioner on warm but not hot days

Arrived with a business group late around 22:00. The limousine bus station is adjacent to the hotel which is placed by the mito station. (Dinning, cafes,clothing.. just name it) are all around you. -The great thing about the hotel is the location!! Everything is open until 22:00 and some resturant around the hotel open until 00:00. Great! -reception: young staff... More

We stayed there for two nights in March 2016. Here is my review: Location: Excellent. Right next to Mito Station. Easy access to the trains and to the shopping areas at the station. Hotel Staff: Excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Staff spoke some English, which was enough for what we needed but don't expect fluent English speakers when you check in.... More

Hotel Terrace The Garden, Mito, is a reasonably-priced hotel that is up to Japanese-business-hotel standards. Its location is hard to beat, and the rooms are slightly larger than many of its direct peers, but the hotel suffers from a few issues that tend to plague many event-center hotels: inconsistent service to travelers not there as part of an event. Generally... More

The Hotel is located at the entrance of the Station - very convinient. The rooms are comfortable und quite big for japanese Standard. The staff at receptions speaks good English. It is a good place to stay . However, the Hotel has no laundry machines you can use. The have a laundry Service but as a traveller you sometimes rather... More

Perfect location when you arrive with the train and like to have plenty of restaurants and shopping choices. The rooms are not really big but you have everything you need. The hotel facilities offers sauna and a small hot springs (onsen). Unfortunately they don't have a fitness room. The breakfast buffet offers international and Japanese style.

History: Originally built and opened in 2004 Location: South side of Mito train station, only 2 minutes walk from there. Centrally located in the city. Interior Decor: Well maintained and inviting atmospheric lobby on the 3rd floor. Guest room I stayed features good sense of furniture design and style, although window pane was a bit worn. Exterior Apperance: One of... More

This is my favorite medium-size business hotel in Mito. It's located just outside the south exit of JR Mito Station. The limo from Narita Airport and local busses arrive in front of the south exit of the station, very close to this hotel: there is another bus station at the north exit of the station. There are terrace bar and... More

Nice confirmation for this hotel in Mito, which i already tried few years ago. The hotel is cozy and very elegant. Rooms are relatively big sized (with respect to Tokyo for example) and extremely clean. Exceptional position contiguous to the Mito JR station. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Free public path on the 5th floor. Nicely located close to... More

After reading other reviews, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Firstly, if you travel by train, it's just outside the south exit of Mito Railway Station. If you travel by bus around Mito, the bus station is at the north exit of the train station. It's a new medium size hotel with a spacious lobby, terrace bar and restaurant. The room... More
