Gorgeous hotel. Big spacious rooms, extraordinary motion controlled toilet. Bar is nice and quiet and for non-smokers, thank goodness. Very clean and quiet, close to the station. Breakfast buffet is In the Italian restaurant in the lobby and suited to the Japanese palate.

Stayed here five nights for business. Rooms are small by US standards but clean and comfortable. No dresser or closet so I lived out of suitcase. Large shower but only small shelf to set toiletries. Trains stop running at night and are electric so hotel is quiet. Three restaurants in hotel and breakfast included.

This hotel is perfectly located, near the train station. However, all rooms are quiet, clean and their size is correct. The crew is very nice, and provided us service when needed. And it was needed... During our stay, we were submitted to a great Eathquake, Magnitude 5.6. The crew helps us to evacuate quietly the rooms.

I was in Tsukuba for a couple of days and my client suggested this hotel to me. I flew in from Narita Airport and you can reach Tsukuba via the airport limousine bus. It will take about an hour to reach Tsukuba center. Then from there, you'd have to take the train from Tsukuba station to Kenkyugakuen station. The hotel...

Clean, acceptable room size and reasonably priced. Only setback is there is no public bath in the hotel but the shower in our own room is pretty big comparing with other city hotels. Convenient location near shopping malls.

Although this hotel may have its down sides, no wardrobe space for standard 'comfort' rooms, it is not central and has a limited western breakfast, also the TV channels only seem to be in Japanese which can be enstertaining, I would stay here again and again if I were coming to Tsukuba. It is located next to a great train...

Rooms were modern, very clean and well equipped. Staff was nice and spoke good english. Loved the large bed (single room) and the bath tub. Spent 10 days there during a conference and everything was as it should be in a hotel.

This was a very practical hotel in Tsukuba for the beginning of our trip. Good service, nice rooms, very clean. You are within 2 minutes of the train station that takes you to Tokyo, so very conveniently located. Many bars and eateries in the neighboorhood so also very pleasent. Price was a bit higher than normal but ok with an...

Plain exterior and small lobby hides excellent rooms. Rooms were very modern and large. I am giving this Hotel five stars for Value. Best Land may not have all the bells and whisles of a larger hotel, but the rooms are among the best I have stayed in. The Beds are laree and comfortable with a big screen TV. The...

Here for a week on a conference at the International Congress Center in Tsukuba, and feel quite at home. I'm from the States and have traveled to Japan before. On short trips I prefer to find western-style hotels for the sake of easing the jet-laggy adjustments. Generally I haven't been disappointed by Japanese hotels known for accommodating the likes of...
