To tell the pros fist: The Hotel rooms are nicely decorated in a western/japanese style. The meals are offered as a comprehensive buffet. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The room we had did not have a private hot spring bath, just a normal hotel bath.
There are private hot spring baths available in the hotel but you must reserve them in advance and they are quite expensive.
