Walking from this hotel to Wakayama station is within 5 minutes. A sizable supermarket is found in the station building. This hotel provides covered parking space inside the hotel building at ¥700 per day. Rooms are clean, refrigerator, self-contained air-conditioner, working table, are all available in the single room, and is quite comfortable and sufficient. Hotel offers simple Japanese breakfast... 24-hour front service with smile. Comfy bed and great free breakfast! Free in-room foot massage and free parking lot. So impressive with this price. If you looking for place in town with parking, this is the one with highly recommended. It's not the best but value for your money.

I have to confess that, this hotel is not great as other business hotels in Osaka, Tokyo or Kyoto I have stayed, but it is not bad choice to stay in Wakayama. Overall, clean room, service is OK. It is very near to Wakayama city station but there are not many services around there (super market, drug store or convenience... More

I left the room in the morning and very sure that I did not put up any sign in the door. When I return at 9pm, I saw a sign hanging on the door saying "do not disturb". That mean my room was not cleaned on that day. The Reception could not explain or do any thing at all.

It was my 2nd go at the hotel march 2015. Overall, the hotel has made the right steps for improving. WIFI is now available and accessible within the hotel. This time round, ive been given a room with a view of the north mountains. It was amazing. Overall service is good. Have enjoyed my stay.

It's just a couple of minutes on foot from Wakayama City Station. It's spotless, the service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic with choices of udon, bread/toast, eggs, and a couple of other cooked Japanese dishes.

The check in time for this hotel is 3:00pm. I arrived at the hotel at 10am. The front desk staff was kind enough to hold my luggage, gives me my room key and checks me in. However, i was not allowed to enter my room until 3:00pm which i can understand. The toilet/bathroom has a shampoo and soap dispenser. You... More
