    i tried to contact hotel by email but didnt get any feedback until now. i will arrive KIX airport at 10:00pm. if everything smooth from airport, we will arrive hotel at midnight 12:00, can we check in around midnight 12:00 ?
    According to the web page the reception is open 24 hours a day, so it must not be a problem.

    How do we get from Kansai Airport to your hotel? Our flight arrives at around 8 pm. How long and how much is the trip?
    you can take the JR from airport station to Wakayama Station (not directly), the fare around 1000 yen per person, you will arrive the hotel before 10 pm if everything going smooth.

    Are there private hot spring pool provided?
    Is there parking available?
    Yes, the hotel has parking spaces available, but not very many and they cannot be reserved in advance. The cost is 1000yen per day. If the lot is full, there are a number of parking lots within two blocks of the hotel, so there should not be a problem to find a space.

    "Morning is a good time for soaking in the onsen"
    "Onsen is on level 2, Restaurant on ground level. I stayed on top floor. Select "with breakfast" when you book, it is cheaper."
