We were here for just three nights, but very impressed by the suite, the living room and bedroom were huge, the kitchen immaculate - and it had a washer/dryer! The breakfast buffet has a wide assortment of Western and Japanese food. We had great service from the front desk - for people who wrote comments that they only speak Japanese,...

It looks like an ordinary residential apartment block on arrival, the reception is to the left of the main entrance. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Apartment was spacious and had the basic things you need. Bathroom was a little strange, shower was in a wet room type design. Breakfast was in a separate restaurant down stairs that also...

This is an apartment style hotel that we choose during our three-day conference at the nearby hilton. As an apartment unit, this is our biggest room that we have in our Japan trip by far. We have a separate kitchen with a big refrigerator, laundry machine & an onsen-style bathroom. The location is a bit far from the train station....

The room is big but the walls are thin. The voice from next door echos through the entire room. Very annoying. I called the front desk to see if they can do something, and it takes a lot of effort to get the information through in English. In the end the staff told me that she has asked them to...

Facilities are very good, except that it takes a master's degree in engineering and a good command of the Japanese language to operate the washer/dryer. Could not get the door to open, Overall, the major drawbacks to this place are a staff that knows no English at all and a really terrible breakfast at a restaurant next door. The room...

We had a fun in this big room. You can use the kitchen, big table, two big bed, we felt like a camp or school trip. This is not a hotel, just like a house. 1 bedroom, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, separated each places. I give you a big recommend for staying with your many (maybe 4-5) friends!

I read some of the reviews about how things have headed downhill with the change of managing property, so I wasn't overly excited about staying here. I was pleasantly surprised as I stepped into a room that is larger than my Japanese apartment now! The king room comes equipped with a kitchen room, seating area, dining table, lots of storage...

We had a lovely big room with a mini kitchen.the place was feat but kitchen poorly equipped, renting pots, pans, silverware from the hotel was too expensive. A friend bought a frying pan, cheaper than renting one from the hotel!! Gym looked nice too but you only got a free go then you had to pay. Unless you can afford...

We were here on June 4 for one night and got a one bedroom in Tower 1, room was nice and clean. We just came back today on June 7 also for one night but got a room in Tower 2, bathroom is full of urine odor especially the tub. We checked in pretty late and already have all the...

Since my last visit (and review), the property is no longer affiliated with the Hyatt hotels. As a result, the standards have suffered somewhat. As a non-Japanese speaker, I found that the staff now hardly speak any English and I had the hardest time getting simple things fixed. For example, one of the two key cards issued to me did...
