Considering its price (US$75 or so per night), the room in this hotel had good space for moving around. The room and the hotel overall looks fairly new and it boasts of a hot spring or onsen which is free to use by the guests. Location is also great since it's walking distance to JR Hakata City station. Service just...

Good location. Clean and spacey room. Very nice onsen on first floor. Near shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. You can walk to Canal City in 15 minutes. Family Mart next door. 10-15 minutes by taxi from Airport (about 1400-1800 YEN). 5 minute walk from Hakata Station.

I stayed 1 night from 9Mar2013. As it is located near Hakata station, it is very convenient for travelers. The reason of my choosing this hotel is not only its location but also onsen (hot spring). The onsen is so nice that I have very relaxed. The water temperature is just high enough for me. The taste is salty.

Their breakfast is really good and if you have chance, have lunc...

I stayed at the Yaoji for one night en route from Hiroshima before setting off early the following morning to the airport and from there to Tokyo and Europe. I had asked my travel agent to book me a hotel close to the train station and with a European style restaurant because I find the Japanese breakfasts a bit hard...

“If you need nice view, I don't recommend you this hotel. Because it is located around many buildings, so you can't enjoy nice view from hotel windows.”
