This hotel is not in the guidebooks and everything is in Japanese. This is not any issue as the staff speaks surprisingly almost perfect English and are super friendly. For 4500 yen you receive a private single "cabin" with a small private area that includes a small desk and a locker. On the rooftop you have an heated outside bath...

I stayed 4 nights here, my last stop of a 2-week long Kansai-Shikoku-Kyushu trip back in July 2010. Compare my room with that of a business hotel in Takamatsu at which I also stayed during the trip, the room rate is 2000yen cheaper per night but the size of the single room is 1/3 larger! We spent here one night with my wife and my little child. There is no internet website but I booked by telephone ; the lady in the frontdesk was very nice with us and my tired baby. This business hotel provides small western style rooms with a bathroom and grean tea, toothbrush, yukata... we only paid 5.500Y for the room...
