We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was well-equipped, modern, and simple hotel. I personally enjoyed the breakfast with traditional japanese fare. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only gripe was the flight of stairs we needed to climb to access the hotel lobby. There was no elevator. It is not so convenient if you had heavy luggages... More

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Very attentive and lovely staff, good sized room, gigantic bed, good breakfast, super location. Very nice hotel toiletries and a free mini bar just added to the pleasure. Fukuoka is a great city away from the tourist crowds and Il Palazzo is a good choice for some urban style and Japanese hospitality.

We booked a good rate on Expedia for approximately $150 a night (excluding breakfast). Upon arrival we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for around 1700yen. We printed out a map of the hotel from the hotel website just in case the taxi driver did not know where to go. This served to be a good idea... More

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel. Before, it was for business so I did not get a chance to scroll around the area and just "in and out". As a business traveler, I love the design elements in this hotel, feeling very modern & hip. The only grief is there is no readily Wi-Fi connection (but... More

Selected this hotel as it is part of the SLH and I wanted to avoid the usual chains on my recent trip. It's a typical millennium-style boutique hotel in a dark colour scheme, showing some wear and tear, but still in acceptable, clean condition. Bar and restaurant are on the hip-side for my taste (and do not keep up with... More

Nicely decorated hotel with interesting exterior and interior. I was there for one night along with my girlfriend. The location is a bit hard to find and the parking lot... There is just not enough. What is the best about the hotel is the location where it's nearby virtually everything. It's merely 10 min. walk to Tenshin area for shopping... More

A modern character hotel. Very friendly helpful staff Hotel is very conveniently located for access to transport, restaurants and shopping. Main restaurant requires a days notice but there are a Sushi and a Tepanyaki restaurant on the ground floor underneath. No wireless but free LAN cable connection. Spacious rooms
