This centrally located hotel opposite Hakata station and Mall has small rooms and a smaller bathroom cum toilet. Reception guys and gals don't understand English. But they are very cooperative like all others. Buffet breakfast is good. But reach there well before 930 am as any item that is exhausted after 845 am, will not be replenished. Unlimited free coffee... More

We had visited Fukuoka to attend International Convention of Lions Clubs International. Although this property is located at a central place opposite Hakata station, and the rooms are very clean, I am giving it a three star rating because 1) the rooms are too small like most of Japanese hotels; 2) the bathrooms are too congested; 3) the staff members... The hotel has been renovated in early 2016. In fact, only 10f and 12f are refurbuished. The carpet on the corridor of other floors are very dirty indeed. Location is perfect. Breakfast is adequate. Humidifier is quiet. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Although there are over 100 hotels very near the Hakata Train station (good location), this hotel is the worst one. The manager and staffs only speak korean and Japanese, and they cannot understand English. The Wi-Fi did not work, the air-conditioner in room did not work at all; when I tried to complain to the manager, I found he did... More

Worst room I ever stayed at. Carpet was OLD, worn out and dirty. You can see where the furniture was and where the dirt began. Just terrible carpeting. The bathroom was small, the closet, where you hang your clothes had a terrible paint job which had nicks and marks on it. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.

I used to be impressed by the hotel standard and high-quality service in Japan, but had never imagined to experience this. How ridiculous this hotel has a 3-star rate in this website. Maybe relatively convenient location is its only strength. So when I just arrived I thought it would be a nice hotel. I totally changed my mind once I... More

Location was excellent, just one minute walk from the train station. But the room was very small, and also a bit dark, giving me an impression of the aging of the hotel. I stayed in this hotel for more than three times before, and yet will put this on my list next time just purely because of its location. There... More

In the past 6 years I visited Japan over 30 times, and stayed in over 50 different hotels. I am afraid that I have to say, this is the worst hotel I had experienced in Japan, and I need to use the word "dirty" to describe it. Location: is it 2 minutes walk from the Hakata Train Station, so good... More

This hotel is located near the Hakada Train Station in the city center of Fukuoka. Hankyu Department Store, hotels, lots of shopping centers including underground shopping centers, restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby. It is very convenient to get around to anywhere in Fukuoka by bus, subway, or train. You can use free WiFi in the lobby but it is... More
