If you would like to experience onsen and have some time to kill, then Saspa is a possibility. The most difficult part of this journey was the reservation and check in process. I had some Japanese friends help me out, but if you only speak English this will be very difficult. I arrived around 10PM as the facility was closing...

We are very glad we booked a night at the SASPA. Summary: Travelling around Japan as a non Japanese speaker can be stressful and some time at an Onsen hotel is perfect to kick back and relax. We booked in for one night which when we arrived thought might not be enough, but we left in a very relaxed state...

I was hesitant to stay here because I couldn't find any English reviews. However, as our 1st 2 accomodation choices in the area were full, we didn't have a choice. No regrets staying here. While the service staff couldn't speak much English, service was really good. The rooms were spacious, and the food (breakfast & dinner provided) was superb. The...
