About 10 mins walk from JR station. Lobby entrance quite surprising - directly in the heart of a pedestrian arcade (shops, restaurants, Hirome market). Near Sunday market. Easy walk to Kochi castle. We felt this location was very good. (Not easy to define "the place to be" in Kochi.) Well-designed room layout (Hollywood twin), feels less cramped than a lot...

we only spent one night there, but we have very pleasant experience with this hotel. first of all, the front desk reception speaks english. and they are very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is right n the middle of shopping streets, we can easily find a restaurant or shop for necessaries, eg, drinking water from the convenient...

We stayed 3 nights at the Richmond Hotel. Not the cheapest but well located within a shopping Mall. Lots to see for example The Kochi Castle, The Botanical Gardens and the 5 Story Pagola close by. The Sunday Markets are great to walk around to look at the local produce. Lots to eat and drink close by. The Kochi Station...

高知のアーケード街にあり、夕食に飲み歩きに便利な立地にあります。 This hotel is located in a shopping street (caaled "arcade" in Japanese) which is covenient for dinner and drinking. あなたもご存じの有名なはりまや橋もこの近くです。 Harimaya-bashi, you know, which is the most famous sight-seeing sight in Kochi city, is also near this hotel. 便利ですが、タクシーが横付けできません。 As above mentioned, the location of the hotel is convenient but you cannot call a taxi just in front of...

This hotel is on an island between various parts of Kochi, there is almost nothing on the island except another hotel...the food in both hotels was okay...The hotel was designed with good intensions so al the rooms face the lovely courtyard and pool, however this means if you are not near the elevator you have a mile walk to your...

This spotless chain hotel is well located and accessible from the long covered shopping arcade that runs for a few city blocks. We bought breakfast from nearby convenience stores but should have just paid the Y1000 for the hotel breakfast - it would have been more satisfying and better. Wifi worked in our room ( a welcome change from some...

Very professionally run. Checkin and out was a breeze. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms are tight but well equipped. No onsite parking as it sited next to the shopping arcade. Parkade 2 blocks away 700yen per day. Free laundry with detergent provided. Location is very convenient...even walkable to castle.

Good standard hotel with clean rooms and friendly service. Soundproof rooms, availability of washing machine and dryer. I had a single room which was of good size but it was in a corner and so a little bit dark for me. Could not open the curtain because at the opposite site was a building with people. I would stay here...

Typical of Richmond hotels - no fuss, functional and clean. And of course attractively priced. The hotel is right in the middle of the shopping alley and this brings a negative point if one drives - unloading of bags will mean parking illegally at the back of the hotel in a cramped one directional lane. And the carpark is some...

We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist, who noticed we had made an error in our booking, but was kind enough to sort it out immediately. The women were handen over a very nice goodie bag with beauty products. A nice touch! We had a twin room and a semi-double. Twin very large including sofa. Semi-double ok size. The...
